The listing of this place as a four star hotel is at best misleading. We had superior rooms with sea view, which would pass for three stars at best, especially considering the bathrooms. A proper room cleaning had to be always asked for, which was annoying. The food was terrible: as an example we had within about 10 days a mutton stew, consisting of just bare bones with a little of gravy. A choice for someone who cannot chew on bones are sausages or tasteless meatballs. Sea food seems to be nonexisting. Desserts are very artificial mass production of some external supplier, choice of fruit is very limited, juice only with artificial flavoring. No pure butter spreading at breakfast, just a mixture butter/margarine, Cheap drinks. We had to eat every day outside in restaurants. Hotel pool rather small with not enough of sunbeds. Location is close to beach with paid umbrellas and sunbeds, access across a small promenade road,…
This place was very good. Its a bit old fashioned and plain but the staff are nice and friendly the animators are fun and friendly the games were great to play. The food looked amazing alongside the deserts. It didn't taste great but I think that is because I'm used to the Irish food back home so that's nobodies fault. I would recommend this place and come back again! I had the best time here with my family. The staff work tiredlessly they really do. Thanks to all the staff.
b rillent hotel staff realy nice beach just out back of hotel would go back food ok grandson had great time entertament staff where goodbut mostly played adult games good clean hotel rooms not bad we all had great time
Everywhere else seemed a better choice. Food was awful. Standard cheap drinks served by non caring staff. Yuck. We spent twice the cost of an all inclusive holiday just eating and living outside the hotel. Room was not as advertised. Blank and prison like room. There were nowhere near enough sun beds for the people even in the late season, staff did not care and allowed people to reserve sun beds all day long even overnight. Will never go back. Been so many places this was the worst.
Couldn't fault the place. Staff were great and very helpful, animation team were ver good with the resources they had. Oleg in the pool bar was the best barman I've experienced on my travels, hard working, very friendly and just an all round good guy.
