Hotel is in great localization, and this is an only good point in here. Old building, poor pool, no parking place (don't cheat ourselves - if u give your guests place for 8 cars in two lines, and if its full you just shrug - the truth is there in no parking place...)... about cleanness i think i don't have to write - in 4 stars holel i expected more care about it, but they are bulgarian, they don' t care about cleanness at all... The staff is realy care, in particular kithen/restaurant staff (except receptionists- they're behave like the work is punishment...) I never came back here, and i don't recommend it to nobody - if you spend a lot of money for holidays in 4 stars hotel, you can expect something better than they can offered.

The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for a long time. Small and old poll. When the wind blew, the coffers from the ceiling fell off in the bathroom. There are only two lifts, but very slow!!! Going down from the 10th floor was a miracle and we had to go down the stairs. 1 key per room - completely nonsense! The worst problem is the restaurant, Huge queue to eat, at least 20 minutes of standing. You had to come early and make a table reservation in the same time partner waits in queue for food! Opening hours are too short for the massive number of tourists. Moreover, the Bulgarians themselves are a very loud and dirty nation. Taking food to room is prohibited but they took 5 plates of food to their rooms! 6 people got into the elevator, then the elevator was standing, so they got off one person at a time. Bulgarians were able to take all the pieces of pizza as soon as the cook brought it, without looking at other tourists! No one respects covid spacing, not even the staff themselves! Shock!!! There are two pluses to the hotel, location - in front of a wonderful beach, food - is really good, with lots of different dishes and fruits. hotel located at the so-called a promenade where thousands of people are crowded every day. You can dream about silence. Hotel for Bulgarian only!

Perfect location, very clean, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was great. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The beach is right in front of the hotel. There are a lot of shops as well as restaurants in the area. The food was so delicious and I literally could’t stop eating. Every day there was show cooking and we could watch how the chef prepared everything. I had a wonderful time here! I enjoyed it very much! Thanks for the beautiful memories! I would definitely come back.

Super jídlo, čistý, obsluha příjemná. Slabší Wi-Fi a výtah. Pláž jen přes promenadu. Super drinky. Perfect food, clean, service good. Wifi, not enough strong and capacity for such people, Only 2 elevators. Nice drinks.

The listing of this place as a four star hotel is at best misleading. We had superior rooms with sea view, which would pass for three stars at best, especially considering the bathrooms. A proper room cleaning had to be always asked for, which was annoying. The food was terrible: as an example we had within about 10 days a mutton stew, consisting of just bare bones with a little of gravy. A choice for someone who cannot chew on bones are sausages or tasteless meatballs. Sea food seems to be nonexisting. Desserts are very artificial mass production of some external supplier, choice of fruit is very limited, juice only with artificial flavoring. No pure butter spreading at breakfast, just a mixture butter/margarine, Cheap drinks. We had to eat every day outside in restaurants. Hotel pool rather small with not enough of sunbeds. Location is close to beach with paid umbrellas and sunbeds, access across a small promenade road,
