So, to pay for staying at this place, no matter what type of room you choose, stuff is same - unpleasant, unfriendly, pretty ignoring the guests and they are available only if you have to pay something. If you have any other issue, they pretend to be dead.

Property policies guarantee you free paring without reservation, but they don't have space and they call parking service to pick up your car, as parking boys doesn't botter to fund the parking lot for their guests.

Food is same, towel never changed, its dirty and only pool is quite clean.

We drove to Sunny Beach over 10 hours and ended up stressed and upset. Beware of this hotel. Read all the reviews carefully, if has bad score everywhere for a reason. We were foolish to didn't listen the other people.

just returning from a 4 night stay here with a friend, I had never been to Bulgaria before,
the hotel was ok. i paid 300£ for 5 days 4 nights so really is a case of you get what you pay for. we were BnB . the breakfast was the same every morning but you can cope with that for 4 days. Still, it was ok.
The hotel is dated and the room we were in was very small. The bathroom was particularly small, however, manageable for 4 days. the pool area was lovely, though, shared with the hotel next door. Maintenance needs doing around the pool and cups etc were not collected throughout the day. Being July not too many people either which was nice. Wouldnt like to think how Aug would be with the size of the pool for 2 hotels and enough sunbeds??
literally, across the road was the beach. the most beautiful beach. the sea is stunning...a tad rough which was so much fun on the lilo. the beach was cleaned every night by the tractor.
The strip goes on for miles with a huge array of resturaunts and bars and a thousand things for kids to do (not my thing) but GREAT for families. I came out here for for a few days WITH a friend to eat and drink many cocktails and relax....this was acheived! Would I come back again? YES for a few days but this wouldnt be my main holiday. ;)

Hotel clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool bar staff brilliant always available with a smile.
We stayed bed and breakfast and wouldn’t recommend. As food very limited and stone cold. We were by far in the minority being English. Although this was not an issue. The food reflected this.
Rooms large comfy beds although sheets were very small on bed so never stayed tucked in. Towels changed every other day and room cleaned everyday. It was quiet with no noise at night.
No entertainment at all just the radio at the pool bar.

Returned for our 8th visit after along 3 year gap due to Covid
This is not the most luxurious hotels ever n Sunny Beach but it has the best staff.
We were meet as we arrived by the staff like we were returning family.
Stanislava and her team on reception will do everything in there power to ensure your stay is as good as it can be, Dimitri & Naz and the bar team will ensure you have great dats and evening a around the pool bar . £1.50 for a pint of local beer, £3.50 for two double local spirits
Plenty of sun beds around the pool.
Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed every couple of days, plenty of hot water.
Hotel is located right on the beach and at northern end f Sunny Beach so around 25 minutes walk to Flower Street or you can catch little train for £2.50 each way.
Plenty of bars and restaurants close to hotel

If you are looking for a five star hotel, this hotel is not for you, if you are looking for a clean, great location and great staff hotel. Would recommend to book hotel Slavyanski, we will be returning again next year

The room smelt fusty all the time with a rusty fridge and dodgy plugs in the room
The receptionist was rude and didn't want to know when asked a question.
The food was terrible and after one night we moved hotels. The only good thing was it had a large pool.
Wouldn't go back there ever again

Let's start with the advantages of this hotel - proximity to the sea. And the view from the windows, lucky to have a sea view.
The rooms are miserable, a Soviet sanatorium from the 90s. The door to the toilet opens halfway - the toilet is in the way. There is only one socket. for the whole room, there is a refrigerator and a TV. There’s nowhere to charge your phone anymore, and if you’re alone, there’s nowhere at all. Doesn't fit modern standards. Furniture is from the same 90s. The shower is obviously small, but all the water is on the floor, toilet, and there are no towels for feet. You can only get out of the shower onto the carpet.
Breakfasts! Disgraceful, not breakfast. Cold sausages, cold eggs and omelette powder. 1 type of cheese, feta cheese, 2 types of sliced sausage, and unappetizing fried sausage. Cucumbers, tomatoes, olives. A transit hotel in Poland can afford to feed you this way, and even does it better... but on vacation, no! And every day is the same, without variety. Coffee....this liquid can hardly be called coffee.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Inconvenience in everything.

Very good hotel, very clean, the rooms are been cleaning every day, they changed the bed linen while we were in the hotel and towels every three days, the pool and the stuff was very polite. the rooms are not lux but good. Positions on the beachfront and clean swiming pool it is also good. The bathrooms can be better but it is ok, no one goes on sea to stay in the hotel so it is excellent for me. the breakfast was also ok.

Stayed only one night. Never again.
Carpeted floor from the 70s.
One contact throughout the room. Dirty and dirty.
Large pool that 2 hotels will share. Breakfast beneath contempt. Cold fried eggs and strange coffee.
Nice view near the beach.

Looking to book this hotel to go 2 weeks in July! How much roughly would you need for 2 weeks for 2 people also is the hotel worth going to I have Seen mixed reviews it's just appealing as it's direct on the beach! Though is it near the town and is there much in the town to do? Looking to do trips like water parks and shopping? The only option I am being giving is bed and breakfast would really like a fridge in my room would there be one in it do use know? Any other things use could tell me I'd be most helpful even if there is a better hotel etc

You would be better to stay B&B I love this hotel and been 6 times, only ever eaten there once as food not very good ( much like most hotels in SB) Plenty of places close by to eat Enjoy your stay, can’t wait till I am back in 4 weeks

Drinks at Slavyanski are cheap but strong, Dimtri the barman is one of the best in Sunny Beach. Last year it was 3 lev for a large beer and 6 lev for 50ml local spirt and mixer and you get two. If you eat on the beach front it can be around 30-40 Lev per person for 2/3 courses If you eat on other side of main road near market it is a lot cheaper. Don’t book trips with your rep as very expensive, book with local person, I use BG taxi have a look at website. I would recommend Khans Tent / Nessebar / Sozopol You have booked a good hotel, clean, friendly staff, large pool, great location Enjoy
