We booked this hotel for a friendly get away 4 friends.. Sunny beach itself is a beautiful place. We would definately return but not this this hotel..
Pros: Good location Comfy enough beds.. Lovely sea view.. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds.. Maid was very good. Everywhere nice and clean Very good air con
Cons :
3 of us jammed into the smallest hotel room ever Shower bracket was broken and never any hot water! Only beer and wine avalible on the all inclusive which our group found undrinkable. Staff spoke no english and were all VERY rude My friend required an iron which they could not provide. Food I was very very bad
All in all we enjoyed our trip! BUT this is not a 3.5 star hotel.. more like 1 star. We would rather pay a bit extra for a better quality hotel.

Very good food. Good service. Poor quality of bathrooms. Very unpleasant reception manager. Bad impression of the reception manager softened by the rest of the service. The good side of that hotel is location near to the beach.

Bulgaria, Hotel Condor, Sunny Beach I have just returned from my holiday in Sunny Beach. I stayed at the Hotel Condor ( formally the Shipka Hotel ) Before I went I looked it up on the net, I was quite concerned as it had very bad crits. When I arrived I was most relieved as it was very nice. The bedroom was very clean and had a lovely sea view. It is well situated and the staff were really friendly. I only had breakfast in the hotel as it is cheap to eat out and you get more choice.

We had a really great experience at Condor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was great (a mix of local specialities and more common dishes), the pool area suitable for both children and adults and very close to the beach. It is a bit old and the gym is malfunctioning, but apart from that really great!

Hotel located at few meters from the beach, tasty and varied food, friendly staff. The rooms are not big but it doesn`t matter when you spendall time on the beach. It all depends on your mood. Enjoy your vacation or look for negativity where there is none.

The hotel is very nice. The beds comfortable. Me and my family felt like we are at home. Good location, varied food, great view everything was аt a very high level. Staff was lovely and helpful. For sure we will visit you again next year. See you soon

Everything was really good! Tasty and varied food, great sea view, clean and comfortable room, the location is very close to the beach. I’d like to mention the hotel staff specially. Both at the reception and in the restaurant, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back here again!

Very cozy hotel near the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean and the food was varied. Thaks to the front office, Olena, who responded very politely to all requests. The hotel is under a new brand since last year and the service is wonderful. Hotel is well maintained and managed.

We spent here 7 nights and the hotel had everything we needed. Nice pool and facilities around it, all-in bar, really tasty food and snacks, great location, friendly staff, young people around and music, overall great vibe. It met our expectations.

The location of Hotel Condor is the best. Just 150 ft away from the water. I had my coffee every morning on the beach. It was clean and people were friendly. We were there for 21 days, and we were very pleased. Food was delicious, and the restaurant and all bars were open 24/7 with free buffet, with all kind of sea food and drinks. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and I hope not the last. Thank you for the good service. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

Hi here atm....no you don't if staying here BUT just to warn you pool and lounge area is only open 10am -5pm. .you are asked to leave the pool area at 5pm everyday.. even if sun is still shining...and there are no other areas around hotel to sit in sun after 5pm....very disappointed .
There are more places to choose from in the Sunny Beach area.
