When looking at the hotel from the beach you would think it was small, but when you walk through the hotel to the back it's like Dr Who's Tardis (absolutely massive),great for young children, water part is great, lots of like guards on hand, always felt safe, they are not shy with the measures of drink the give you, very very clean hotel, good served all day.had a brilliant holiday here, definitely booking this hotel again.

Hotel was clean comfortable and lovely. Food varied and lovely. Cocktails great! Would recommend this hotel - excellent location- a bit down the beach. Handy for tat shopping. We were upgraded to premium room but bot to premium restaurant - a bit disappointing but no real drama.

Ok, I was at this hotel the same time as some of the other reviews on this page and I am surprised to read such awful things said about this hotel. There were 11 of us and all of us enjoyed our stay very much! We all went home gaining weight because the food was so delicious and fresh! (no idea why others are saying they have upset bellies, because I think I tried everything and i'm fine lol) The pool area was clean, I didn't come across any broken tiles myself and the pool and area surrounding the pool was very clean. They also have signs up everywhere saying that it is forbidden to reserve sun beds which was great! No battles for sunbeds in the morning :) The maid was lovely, we had the same one every day (I always popped back to the room when she was there after breakfast) The beach was my favourite. All inclusive bar on the beach, the lifeguards were friendly and made sure only hotel guests used our part of the beach. The slides were awesome! They did only open 4 hours a day, but when they were open we all made teh most of it! The shower did flood but it was a wet room rather than a bathroom anyway so it's not the end of the world. Only bad thing was the entertainment was non existent ! I have no idea what happened on that big stage thingy, because it wasn't open any day we were there but I think that was mainly due to it being end of season and the weather the first few days was rubbish. Also I swear the beer had no alcohol in it. They really need to change the beer, the taste was ok for me but the men in our group didn't rate it at all. The local beer was lovely but the hotels beer was watered down 100%. We had free late checkout, and despite the fact we should have checked out at 11am we could keep our rom until 8pm so could enjoy our last day properly, for no extra charge. One other thing, I would not advise going the last week of September. Everything was closed or closing down, the weather was unpredictable with rain and clouds the first few days and then 27/28 the last few days. The locals were wearing coats and scarves! Nessebar was dead. Everything closed in the night. Overall enjoyed staying at the hotel, and had a lovely holiday and would love to return one day, but mid season.

Most reviews are pretty poor, but I don't think it was that bad. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, yes there is a thin duvet, but there was also a spare in the wardrobe if you needed more, same with pillows. Housekeeping every day, clean towels every day, carpet was a little stained, but you could tell it was cleaned every day. The shower was powerful, and prone to flooding the floor if you had it at full pelt, but we turned down the power and it was fine. We loved the food, there was good food for every meal, sometimes the same, but we enjoyed plenty of variety. We were AI. Always fresh bread at all meals. Breakfast - Cereals, yoghurt, lots of fresh fruit, pancakes, usual eggs bacon etc and continental selection of cold meats and salads. Lunch and dinners - nice fish, pork was delicious, chicken was a little flavourless, pasta and sauces, lots of fresh salads, cheeses, plenty of fruit and lots of cakes and pastries and ice cream. You can also visit one of the a la carte restaurants if you wish. Drinks were good too, no complaints, however the bar staff weren't the "happiest" of people, not rude, but no smiles either. The pool was very cold, but the slides and water park and rides were great for kids if you have them. The animation team was poor, we were at the end of the season and they seemed to have given up.
