Hotel nice and in great location. We paid extra for the upgraded room and supposedly "exclusive use of the premium restaurant", which was promptly opened up to all after only two days. Standards then fell, with food not being as hot, or freshly prepared, or as wide a range of choice as before. Pool water very cold, and had to buy your own inflatables for water rides but couldn't use them elsewhere. OK, but not a place we would re visit.

Stayed at the Evrika beach hotel for 10 nights, never again! We upgraded to premium through tui and was disappointed that what we had upgraded for was no longer available due to being end of season! Room was dirty, needed a good dusting, our coffee machine was thick with dust as seen in pic , beds weren’t moved after the last occupants were in their as found a kids toy, when complained to guest relations nothing was done about it, in 10 days our room was hoovered once and that’s because we asked. Food was cold and the coffee machine was always out of milk! For all inclusive and premium we were only offered hotel cocktails made with syrup, beer, soft drinks ( none being sugar free or hot drinks. Entertainment was awful, that’s if there was any! Staff were rude, never engaged with guests, lucky if you got a smile, in fact the only staff member who smiled was a young lad on the front desk, security were rude, we were called European foreigners by one asking to see our wristbands, the only thing positive was the lovely beach front.

Stayed here for 1 week with my mum, sister and 3 nieces(ages 59,35,32,15,10,6) When we first arrived the reception gave us a sandwich, and an apple which was a kind gesture. We stayed in the premium rooms, which took us a little while to find but once we got our barings it was fine. Room was lovely, had 2 single beds & a pull out bed for my niece. Decent wardrobe space, decent amount of sockets, fridge was good- although as someone who drinks A LOT of water, it would have been nice if the hotel stocked the fridge with atleast water for us. The curtains were black out & the windows were noise cancelling! When we woke up it was silent until we opened the balcony door! Which is perfect! Balconys were tiny but thats not a huge issue for us. All staff were lovely, attentive, friendly and work very hard Premium restaurant was lovely. All the meals we had were great & they catered to a lot of tastes. Breakfast & dinner had a huge variety of things. We ate in the other restaurant one lunch time and I personally wasn’t as much of a fan, i was happy to have the snack bar. Allday every day ice lollies were stocked up in the freezers at the bar & snack bar, they were amazing! The drinks were always great too, although it was slightly annoying constantly getting up for drinks as the cups werent very big. The premium area was great and security would remove anyone who wasn’t premium guests- instantly! Very quick to spot them & remove them without fuss. Both the premium pool and the other pool was fab, clean and lovely. The kids area was great, the lazy river was fun, i went round with my nieces & they loved it. Although there was some children near the water jets area of the lazy river and they were pushing and bullying some children and no staff or parents did anything. Some slight negatives were Lack of bars. As mentioned before, the fridge in the room wasnt stocked, the kids entertainment area was some distance to the rest. The ala cart restaurants weren’t to our taste, they were fine. Not bad but not to our taste. The main issue for us were sand flea bites. We had seen reviews stating bed bugs, and my sister was bitten so badly, she thought maybe bed bugs too.. but it turned out to actually be sand fleas. Also there were these little black beetles that would constantly land on you that would really hurt when they nipped. Overall, our first holiday to bulgaria was very very good. It catered to all of our ages, the whole family absolutely loved it. Would 100% come back to not only bulgaria but definitely to this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay

Good for if you're on a budget. Food was a bit hit and miss but the facilities were good. Bar staff were probably the worst thing about the holiday.. had no idea how to make drinks properly to the point where they were undrinkable. Rooms were nice and well kept by kind and helpful housekeepers. Reception staff were also good.

Hotel & room was nice, great view of the beach. Food was shocking, chicken most of the time was pink and same thing every day, themed restaurants had hardly an options. Main pool& kids pool were absolutely freezing. The premium pool was not as cold, The main pool was infested with wasps and mosquitoes. Entertainment was good for both kids and adults. Hotel was close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We went on a 7 day all inclusive break be aware very cold in the evenings take a fleece. As for the rooms they were vert nice but the staff are untrained bar staff have no clue and they keep running out of Pepsi and vodka and then coffee, this review will never see the light of day I know but if it does the evrika beach has a comparison to faulty towers. Holiday buyer beware..

Visited 12 years ago with my teenage children, came back this year with grandchildren & was disappointed. Food was awful, same dishes EVERY night, lunch was no different. Entertainment was sparce & boring to be honest. I don't think hotel is geared towards British people at all. Arrived at 2am, checked in, reception staff not helpful didn't' tell us where our rooms were just gave us the key cards & we proceeded to walk around complex looking for the room(3) Majority of staff especially the catering ones were quite honestly ignorant. Lots of Romanians on hols who were also rude & witnessed on several occasions British people having "words" with them about it as they just pushed to the front of queues in restaurant bar etc. Our room was kept clean. Wouldn't revisit

Very bad wi-fi almost everywhere (just reception) but I would write a bad review if not this moment. So we checked out today at 11am (the bracelets that’s allowing you to stay as all inclusive were taking off but who knew it would have been a problem when collecting luggage). As per hotel policy we were allowed (plus we asked if we can leave it until later today as our flight is in late evening) to leave our luggage in the luggage room. And it was allowed. After our happy walks, we went to collect our luggage and here the fun begins. As I damaged my ankle, I was way at the back of my husband and son when they entered the premises of hotel. I noticed that one of the guys who was working in local hotel shop started pointing at my husband and screaming at the security that he let them in as they had no ‘bracelets’. Un-respectfully, rude and out of manners. So when I got closer. I said that we are just going to collect our luggage as we checked out earlier this morning. Yet, this security man Ivan, didn’t listen and almost straight away start screaming at me (beside my son) and calling another security. What type of staff is that, that screams at its guests?! - A WOMAN WITH A CHILD?!? Very aggressive, rude, out of manners and complete impatience!

So we are just finishing up our week hear and sunny beach. The hotel grounds are lovely and very well kept. We stayed in a premium room you get a extra pool and restaurant. I had trouble with my room the first 3 days ( spot light literally flickering on and of outside all night) they then decided to change my room. Would highly recommend having premium adults only as there is no escape from kids. There are 3 special restaurants and 2 buffets. The Mexican was terrible and very rushed. Asian was ok and Italian had some good meals. The food everywhere always seamed to be cold. We got so sick of it we had our last meal out. Staff everywhere where miserable apart from one bar staff ( young girl) and the animation staff. The animation staff brought alot of energy to the result and made our stay enjoyable. The pools are freezing ( this is not exaggerated) the sea was warmer. It seamed if you where rude and arrogant you got served before everyone else. (Tip) dont book trips through tui ( disaster) go to places around sunny beach much more comfortable, fun and informative. There was no escape at all from smoking you could smoke around pool, restaurants and bars this just made us feel sick all week. Also there is literally no where to relax from screaming children than your room ( until abouu 7 in the morning). Would definitely not return.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a premium room. Well worth the extra cost. Always got a sun lounger at the pool. Reception and bar staff very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff came every day with clean towels and bedding. Always found something to eat on the menu. The only down side was the very rude guests. No manners and don't believe in taking their turn when in a queue. Would definitely go back to this hotel
