Worst hotel I have stayed in ,staff rude and unfriendly, room had mosquitoes due to air conditioning not working, fridge broke, pool after 4 days could not use.Complained everyday just got (we will sort it out),fixed fridge, rest of holiday spoilt. Complained to jet2holidays ,they said basically it was our word against the hotel.Advise everyone to keep away from this hotel.

First of all wow! Read the reviews on the hotel some were not good but we would like to put people straight. On arriving we were greeted by Sevdolina Lozeva in the reception. What a lovely welcome we had. Fast and efficient and she couldn't do enough to help us through out the whole fortnights stay. Room was amazing and cleaners were very efficient. The food was fantastic' and all staff along with management were extremely polite. Would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return again in May 2023. Huge thank you to all for such a wonderful holiday. Kindest Regards, Pam and Roy Room 110

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews we stayed for a week from 12 Sept we stayed in a suite which had kettle, fridge etc ironing board on every floor for anybody who wants to use it, reception staff always said hello and were pleasant, the free breakfast was great you always had some sort of egg whether it be boiled fried or scrambled you had bacon 1 day and hot dog sausages another, you got a decent coffee and fresh juice not diluted. The pool and sunbeds were cleaned every morning pool looked lovely but was freezing. The safe is behind reception and is cheap enough. Its a few minutes walk to sunny beach and if you are active you can walk down the beach to nessabar which we did a couple of times to the old town. All in all we had a great holiday no complaints.

Left a review on Google, leaving one here aswell, most unfriendly staff I’ve ever came across, other’s staying agreed, felt like a burden the whole stay, staff very sarcastic and rude, charged us for a safe we didn’t even use, atrocious customer service and won’t be back.

Will never ever come back to this hotel or Bulgaria again, the hotel itself was clean and tidy, the staff hardly speak English and come across as quite rude ! Sunny beach is awful 😖 it's dirty and derelict unless you want to drink all night and sleep all day ! The pavements are shocking for anybody on a mobility scooter which my friend was,NEVER EVER again I will stick to turkey 🇹🇷

The so called 3 star Karlovo Hotel where do I begin. You sleep in one hotel, go to the pool in another and the most exciting part is eating else where as the food is not fit for animals never mind humans. The perks go on …Manager drinks more than I do! I guess she must feel that it helps put her day in or aid her abysmal management skills. In fairness I can sympathise with her. The first few nights I had a few drinks and slept like a log, that said any night I wasn’t half winged the beds were uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, apart one girl she took the edge off our stay. When I asked to hire a kettle I was told no, yet right before my eyes I could see several kettles for hire. Breakfast, was absolutely disgusting. We ended up skipping the breakfast, going somewhere else or the last and most successful plan was to bring our own food down and make our own breakfast. The pool had been closed from the 11th July due to a problem with the water and jets. The water looked like swamp water. I was horrified to find out after our rep complained to them and we were able to get full use of the pool next door the pool reopened to new guests. We asked for late check out several times as our flight home wasn’t until 6.30pm. Every day we asked all we were told was ‘maybe tomorrow’ … that seemed to be a line they used for everything! Eventually, our rep got us free checkout for the inconvenience of the pool being unfit for use. Unwillingly, the Manager of the hotel agreed to this with face like thunder! (Or maybe she was extremely hungover from her drinking the day before). The toilet roll would be really handy for a bit of DIY around the house as it’s like sand paper. The rooms are spotless but it would be on my list of hotels to ever revisit. The hotel next door Hotel Klisura- Gracie is the Manager there is amazing. Lovely pool and friendly staff. Saved our holiday!

Stayed here for one week with my 3 kids hotel basic and clean cannot fault at all but most of the staff are absolutely ignorant which is very off putting as your not made to feel welcome even to get a drink at the pool bar the man serving seems irritated and grumpy no smile also when we were there witnessed him shouting at customers over a broken glass near the pool when he was the one gave them the glass my kids were that afraid of him they couldn't even go ask for icelollys themselves couldn't even manage a hello, also pool was full of staffs kids kicking balls and messing about which put my little boy off getting in as he didn't want splashed or hit up the face with there football, Bulgaria itself is a lovely place will visit again just not back to karlovo. Also there cocktail lobby bar noone will acknowledge you to come serve.

Stayed here with my friends for 11 nights. A very nice hotel for that price. The location is good, close to center and not far from the beach and bus stop, restaurants and so on. Rooms are spacious and clean each with a balcony. There is a small TV in the room and fridge. Bathroom was spacious enough with shower and hairdryer. There are enough sockets in the room, one in the bathroom. All placed logically. The breakfast was good enough for a 3*, could be more various. Dinner was nice. Staff was very kind, they tried their best. The cleanliness is a big pros here. I recommend this hotel.
