I've been in this hotel some 15 years ago as a teenager and visited again in August 2021 with my wife and 2 kids. Nothing's changed! Let's start that way. There are too few parking spaces which are paid. The hotel looks neglected from the outside with dirty windows and facade. The room was spacious and clean but the lights at night were too dim. The balcony was also big with a place to hang towels and bath suites. The AC was good enough. There was plenty of funrniture where you can put your stuff in/on. In the bathroom everything was just like I remembered from my 1st stay. The shower zone was pretty much neglected. There were rust and limescale spots everywhere. The shower faucet was swaying by any bare touch. I was afraid I would brak it every time I go under the shower. There was a broken soap dispenser next to the shower. The bathroom door's edges were rotten and falling apart. Rooms were cleaned every day. The are around the pool was fine with plenty of sunbeds. The water in the pool was clean but too cold. Pool looked a bit sad with all these missing bits and pieces of the facing and the marks of not so well done renovation which happened at least several years ago. There were long queues at the bars most of the time because there's just one bartender which always seemed overworked. Drink are ok if you like cheap local alcohol. The animation team was friendly but the whole kids area was pretty neglected. There was a small mini golf area with 4 holes where the surface was worn out and with plenty of holes. The table for the table tennis was skewed and the darts board was falling apart. There was also a small stage where the kids were supposed to have a mini disco but it was getting overcrowded pretty quickly and it wasn't easy to be around your kids as there were stepped seating places around the stage. The restaurant offered some decent variety of food if you're not too fussy but it was luke warm and not so tasty. After just a couple of days all 4 of us got pretty nasty food poisoning and had to cancel our further stay. We're still recovering after a week now. Especially our 2 years old daughter. And it wasn't just us. A few people that we met there had similar complaints. I even saw with my eyes other kids vomiting in the restaurant! And an old staff lady cleaned that with a cloth rag. Staff was not so friendly some of them did not speak english some others were foreigners and did not spek bulgarian as well so we had fun time communicating with them. Would not visit again even after another 15 years!

Aside from the rooms and the pool being nice and clean, there is not much that is worth about this place. Most of the staff is very unfriendly, aside fom the maids and a few people at the reception, and you can't communicate with them efficiently since some of them barely understand basic english. The food is a tasteless mess, with mostly the same dishes being served every day, some if the stuff I got was cold. Three of the friends in the group I went with got food poisoning after the first day. The bars are very crowded all the time, there is only one slow bartender attending each of them at any given time, everything you get from the bar is served in small and cheap plastic cups, the drinks are poor quality and they make it even worse by messing up the cocktails combinations (a few of my friend got "gin and tonic" made with sparkling water and no lemon/lime). The hotel is huge and it only has two very crowded elevators, one of them was even out of order for a day or two during our stay. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe if you want to choose it just for accommodation, but stay away from the all-inclusive option, there are plenty of other places around for food and drinks that are much better.

I went about 2 years ago, I just can't put the dates any lower and I'd recommend this hotel! Perfect for relaxing in the pool area and a snack bar is open until around 11pm,the food was alright, the room I slept in was nice, I didn't have much noisy neighbours, though heads up, there's stuff going on in the pool area up until midnight so be prepared to be kept awake a little if you go to sleep early, also, just remember if you want breakfast from the hotel you HAVE to get up reasonably early since breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10:00 But anyways, I'd recommend this place for a vacation.

This hotel is terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Would not recommend at all. Food AWFUL. Restaurant like a school dining hall. STAFF RUDE and most didn’t speak English. Lifts constantly out of order and only 2 for the whole hotel. URINE STAINS on sofa bed mattress. HYGENE IN SNACK BAR DISGRACEFUL. People were putting their hands into food while staff watch. Very little variety. THANK GOD I WAS ONLY THERE FOR ONE WEEK AND NOT TWO.

The rooms where nice but cramped. we ordered a crib for my younger brother and it came as a pop, bright pink, ripped up princess bed ! the food was good and the pizzas are very nice in the daytime. the bar staff where very nice but the restraunt staff where not ! my family where very disapointed with the seating area at the night time so we went out every night, (there should be a dress code ,kids where in bikinis!) ! overall it was a good experience but wouldnt go back.
