Spent the last week here. After reading some of the reviews I thought I would do one as I feel some of the comments unfair. We are bed and breakfast. Room clean. Ladies come in every day. Towels have been changed every day. Rooms cleaned every day. Bathroom good size. The water from the shower goes onto the main floor as its more a wetroom. Just a small point. We didn't pay extra for a room overlooking the sea and are glad we did that as come nighttime it's very noisy. The pool is large and great for kids. Little ones have their own with a small slide. Large pool have 3 twisty water slides. Staff are all lovely. No one has been grumpy or rude. Breakfast is typical what you would get in East Europe. However there is plenty and lots of choice. I wouldn't though stay full board as I prefer to go to all the pubs and restaurants for meals. All in all a super hotel on the front stones throw off beach and surrounded by bars shops and amusements. Great hotel I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in the Glarus for 2 weeks, and throughly enjoyed it. We were only bed nd breakfast, but we're happy with that as like to eat out. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very pleasant. We asked for a sea view and paid the extra at 10 lev per day which was nothing for the lovely view. We also asked for a safety deposit box which again at 8 lev per day was nothing for peace of mind. I have checked for next year, but can't see who is taking bookings. Would d definitely go back.

On reading some of the reviews I was kinda dreading it tbf. How wrong was I …the staff where pleasant and always smiling . Ivan the barman was the complete professional ,the receptionists where courteous and very welcoming ….perfect location on the beach. Pool bar did not open as we where told but didn’t really make a difference. Food did get repetitive but I expect that in Bulgaria and Turkey and there was always something there I enjoyed. All in all a very positive experience and if we go back to Sunny Beach it will be at the Glarus absolutely no doubt.

Service was pretty good. Food a little repetative. Barista was very nice. The pool is mildly warm with average temperatures 20 - 22 degrees. The beach is literally 3 steps away. As soon as you step off the bridge you take 3 steps and you’re on sand.

Rude staff that obviously don't like tourists even though that's their main business? On arriving I had booked a sea view and when we got our room it wasn't sea view so I went to ask reception and she said there wasn't any available and to come back the next day went back to her next day and she charged us a ridiculous amount to "upgrade" to another room where the TV didn't work and it looked dirty. I was done arguing with the staff though so I just left and went to the beach. On returning home Our flight was delayed until 4am the next morning and I asked reception could I PAY for another night in my room and she said she didnt have ANY rooms available. So I went online on booking.com and booked one myself and went back to reception and she just handed me a key and said something rude in Bulgarian to her colleague. They should be grateful for their paying customers and guests.

The bed is very comfortable, the room are veri larg and clean and the see view wow, the parking is a bit small but ok and it is free, as is the internet. Very large pool. The beach is 5 meters from the hotel, you practically leave the hotel and reach the beach.I highly recommend
