Two 50 something females who visited for an AI week in September. Reception is big, open and light but once you head to your room, the corridors are very dark (actually painted black) with lights that come on as you walk along. The stairs are the same so don't go running up or down them as I guarantee you'll take a tumble especially as the top and bottom steps on each level are, very strangely, of different heights.
The rooms are very spacious but basic, think 1970s Soviet era deco. Our 1st floor room (known as the 2nd floor in Bulgaria) looked onto the pool and had a good view of some hills but I guess the higher up you go, the views would include the beach and more of Sunny Beach.
The hotel itself is on the very edge of Sunny Beach but it's very easy to get to the heart of the action, there are frequent buses and taxis and it took me an hour to walk to Flower Street and The Strip. You're also just 30mins walk to Nessebar but again, there are buses or a quaint but bone rattling train.
The food could have been tasty enough but unless you arrived at The Cantina as soon as it was dished up, it was cold or lukewarm at best. Plenty of choice every day but very repetitive and no themed nights like many other hotels lay on.
The staff were friendly but looked bored most of the time, could've been because it was the end of season and the hotel was half empty. Please make an effort to learn a bit of the language though, as the more you try, the better you'll be treated and the friendlier the staff and locals will be.
There was a DJ by the pool who pumped out thumping dance music from about 9am to 11pm even though there was no one there but staff. It did get a bit annoying but as the hotel is aimed at teens and 20somethings, not surprising. The pools themselves looked clean but as it was September, the water was freezing so we didn't go in, neither did anyone else, even the young party folk.
Sunny Beach itself was loud, garish and very much party central so if that's the vibe you're going for, you'll enjoy it but I'm getting a bit too old for it. Nessebar is a beautiful old village but completely ruined by stalls selling touristy tat and, of course, by all the tourists including me.

We visited for a week right at the end of the season. It was the hotels last week of opening so very quiet but as a couple in their 40s it suited us as would be pretty manic in the summer as a large adults only hotel near flower street.
The hotel is lovely very open plan lots of seating inside and out.
The room was basic but comfortable.
Beds comfy shower great, we had a balcony over looking the pool which was great but the music is on round the pool from 10-2300 so if you wanted peace during the day ask for a room at the back.
Room has air con fridge and safe all no extra charge.
Pool area is lovely loads of sun beds 2 big pools………however absolutely freezing like it hurt cold.
The all inclusive drinks are great cocktails pretty lethal !!!
The breakfast and lunch was great plenty of choice but found the evening meal not so great. It was quite samey which was fine for breakfast and lunch but we ate out at night and was very cheap to do so.
The hotel is a 3 mile walk to flower street and about 2 mile to nessebar.
We used taxis home Amd walked in as the taxis rip you off £10 in the Sunny beach £15 home.
The walk is fine early evening but wouldn’t advise it late at night drunk.
All in all a nice hotel would recommend for groups and couples looking for a lively hotel during season

It rarely gives reviews, but there are many things that can get better here, such as the staff and the rooms that are spacious.

Although we were prepared for music as this is an adult hotel, we did not expect this to play from 9 a.m. to 23 p.m. Even during dinner party music was played, and it is not so pleasant for most people. We recommend (if you do not want music all day) to book rooms that are not sea views. Me and my 25-year-old friend like to party, but sometimes it's okay with some peace and quiet without music and.
The breakfast buffet I have been through much better than at this hotel. The bread and round pieces were dry and felt like they were several days old. Not fresh. Much looks delicate, and there were several days, for example, there was no chocolates, even though we were out early for breakfast. Have been to many all inclusive hotels in Turkey, so here I think you have a lot to learn.

A lot of plus but something minus too.

We went as a family to sunny beach club hotel. The hotel is more like a youth hostel than a hotel. It is very LOUD all the time- techno, rap and occarionally bulgarian music from mornong until 23. It is impossible to have a conversation because of the volume. It seems like even the coolest youngsters are finding the music annoying at times! Our kids age 18 and 20 found the hotel stressful. We spent our holiday mainly on the beach. The hotel has a trail to the beach which is really close by. The beach is beautiful and windy most days. Will recommend walking to the cafe area to the left not kiki bar at the end of the trail ( also extremely noisy and the food is not good there!) The hotel has some nice rooms and some bad ones. Our kids got an amazing, big room while we got one in the old section. The beds were nevertheless very comfy in both rooms, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The hotel could have been very nice if it had more of an lounge/ ambiance atmosphere. The way it is presented now it is more like a youth hostel. We would not recomment this hotel for mature adults or if you want to have a relaxing holiday.

Dear Piggmor, the concept of the hotel is Industrial design and Boho style and we are sorry that it didn't meet your expectations, and was not up to your taste. The music is from 9:00am till 23:00pm due to the Sunny beach law regulation and it's balanced for the specific time during the day. We are happy you appreciated the cleanliness and we wish to welcome you back again. We wish you an amazing summer, Sunny beach Club team

I stayed at the hotel with my boyfriend for 6 nights. I would have liked to go home on the third day.

When you arrive at the hotel, you are neither greeted in a friendly manner nor received in any way. We got our room straight away, but that was the only positive point.

When we got to the room, we were shocked the first time. The floor is uneven, there are small steps everywhere and the old hotel has simply been painted over cheaply without investing much money. The bathroom is like a dungeon. The shower drain is under the sink. So when you take a shower, the whole bathroom is under water. On top of that, the floor is

so uneven that all the water never drains away.

The air conditioning is really loud, and the whole room is generally thin. The patio door lets noise through, as does the room door. You don't even need to think about sleeping before 10 p.m., and especially not with the air conditioning turned up.

The beds are equipped with cheap spring mattresses - back pain is inevitable.

The room is cleaned sporadically every day. We once accidentally spilled lemonade on the balcony. This was still visible on the balcony 2 days later and was not cleaned.

The buffet food is very sad. The salad and starter buffet is the same every day (lunch and dinner), as are the desserts. Minced meat is grilled every day, with chips and vegetables. Overcooked pasta with sauce and pizza made from ready-made dough round off the offer. I have often been to all-inclusive hotels, but I have never experienced such a poor offer. After the 3rd evening, going to the buffet was more of a torture than an experience. To drink there are local drinks. The soft drinks consist mainly of syrup with water.

The pools are nice, loungers are free and available all day long. A reservation in the morning is not necessary.

All in all, the photos on the website do not correspond to reality at all!!

The hotel is a weak one, without many facilities, it is 3 stars. The food is extremely bad and very little for an AI type hotel, the dishes are repeated every day, the cakes are not edible and very little, the drinks are the same, very poor quality. The pool is large, enough sunbeds if you occupy them immediately after breakfast, the water is clean and treated. The beach is public, crowded and at a distance from the hotel.

the room is not cleaned, only the towels are changed daily, the bathroom looks pathetic compared to the pictures shown on the website.

The hotel should not advertise as a 4 star hotel, more like 2.5 stars at a push.
First impression after the arrival was that the floors on the corridors and in the rooms looked like ghetto/prison floors, same for all the bathrooms floors and walls. they were clearly not finished, they looked like the hotel owners must have ran out of funds and left them like that, very uneven and ugly.
We didn't have a single good night's sleep in all the 8 nights we were there, there was constant noise from the nearby rooms (the walls are extremely thin, like cheap carton walls) and the younger drunk guests coming back from the discos in Sunny beach at all hours during the night and early morning were extremely loud, shouting on the corridors, knocking on others doors etc.
We chose this adults only hotel as we wanted to get away from the whole family with kids scene hotels in Sunny beach and instead we found a different type of kids- the older bad mannered ones.
If you are 16-25 years old and your idea of a good holiday is getting drunk on cheap alcohol and partying 24hrs a day then this is your ideal place to come to.
The music around the pool during the day and the DJ sets at night time were brilliant.
The shows were not good at all. The magic show was the worst. The guy didn't do a single trick and the jokes he was trying to make in a very poor English were rubbish.
The food was nice, always fresh and always different choices at lunch and dinner. One of the reasons why I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1.
There is no table service, again another negative point for a so called 4 star hotel. You need to get all the drinks and even the cutlery yourself. Hey, might as well get the guests to clean after themselves too to make it full self service ha!
Finally, the only other positive thing about this hotel was the view we had from our balcony on the 5th floor was magnificent. The location is good, only a half hour scenic walk to the beautiful old town of Nessebar (or you can catch the touristic train) and 5 mins walk to the gorgeous sandy beach.
We won't come back to this place , the vibe of it is not 4 star adults only hotel, it's more like 2 star Magaluf young drunk inconsiderate cheap fun hostel.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Spacious rooms extremely comfy beds and lovely view from balcony. Land train outside of hotel takes you to either Sunnybeach strip or Old Nessebar Town (stunning place)
Pools where big and very clean the beanbags at the edge of pool having your legs in the water was perfect to cool off. The food was standard all inclusive and always nice things to choose from - snack bar really good too. Great selection of drinks and cocktails (only slight issue was no diet soft drinks at the bar but you can get diet coke in the dining area if you do really prefer that) over all a lovely stay great atmosphere around the pool with dj on most of the day.

The hotel itself looks very appealing and the way things are made here makes a solo travel very appropiate. However there are things which i believe should be mentioned before your arrival. First of all the all inclusive bar stays open only until 11 PM. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing and the staff is very attentive with your requests, i have requested an iron and it has been sent in 10 minutes at max. After 1 week of stay here although the things started to become too repetative for me, the food is not at it's best standards but it's ok for an all inclusive. Sadly there is not a really large area of choice as the food is almost the same everyday.

Our first holiday since 2019 because of covid. We wanted a chill relaxing holiday, and that is exactly what it was. The food was great had nights dedicated to certain food we had “sea food night” and “bulgarian night” however there was still options if you didn’t want what was specific to the night. There were always fresh fruit, olives and cured hams on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream bar and desserts.
The animation team were amazing always offering activities during the day. staff that worked in the spa also came around every day asking if you wanted massages and other reps for boat parties etc.
We had 2 critiques one was the amount of plug socket’s available in the room and our air con wasn’t the best which we resulted to opening the balcony window and getting bit by the mosquitoes however that was our own fault as we did not tell the front desk but we liked our room so we put up with it.
The hotel is a literal 5 minute walk from the beach which is perfect and there are local supermarkets and souvenir shops just found the corner.
The DJ that starts from 10 am till 11pm was also great, playing tunes all day long, we even had a comedy night for the first time ever which was good.
Overall our stay was amazing and couldn’t have gone better
