This hotel is adults only. That means not children crying or screaming or jumping into the pool all the time, what is where we were looking for. There is everyday some chill out music that make it nice to enjoy it laid down in the swimming pool area. The beach is a just a few meters away but at the end you prefer to stay in the swimming pool with is nicer and no so crowded as Sunny Beach, at least in Summer. The buffet is fine, not great but god enough and you almost have something to eat anytime of the day. Drinks included are low quality, but this is what you get for the money you pay, but if you look for a good cocktail this is not the place. There is music until 23:00 in the night with a pool party but I had to say the DJ is terrible bad. During the day the music is great and cool but in the night it looked like the guy was angry with the world and decided to play the music he only liked, but no one else because there was no one actually dancing. After that time, there is no music but still it is allowed from the hotel that people follow up the party without limit so difficult to get sleep if your room is facing the pool after 1 or 2 AM. The best is the adults only part that no many hotels offer and the great pool area with the cool music.

I just want to say that this hotel is the best for people who expect some party vibes near to the pool and rest with massage and the atmosphere with music and sun at the pool, Mirela from reception and the girl from( I don’t remember she’s name) bar is the cutes person which we meet there! I will recommend this place from all of my heart! P.S. I’m gonna miss my super comfortable bed and the view from balcony

The hotel does not live up to 4 stars officially stated. Disappointing all includive deal. Very low quality and variation on food. Sometimes no food left when we arrived. Long queues. Groups of noisy guys being too drunk and having after party in the pool area long after bars closed. Its a party hotel if you are 20 years old not interested in food but binge drinking. Hotel lacks quality and cool vibe from other Cook’s club hotel. I do not recommend it at all.

Plus: the swimming pools are the main assets of the complex. The staff was ok as well. excellent daily cleaning of the room. The hotel is located quite closer to the see (300 m). The sand is fine, the beach is ok, there is a discotheque with beach bar on the beach. The food is good and the staff refill always with fruits, drinks, and so on. Minus · On booking.com is saying that the hotel has it's own parking. It's a joke. There are maximum 20 parking places on 450 rooms. The hotel assured parking in a dirty place 4 km far from the hotel. If you need the car, announce to reception, they call the parking point, a parking point's car (usually very dirty) is coming and pick you up and move you to the parking. I waited 75 minutes to come the car to pick me up even the receptionist told me that in 10 minutes the car will be in front of the hotel. The hotel has an "industrial minimal" style. It's too industrial and too minimal for my taste. The halls, rooms are dark because of the dark petroleum paint used to walls, wood, doors, bathrooms, etc. On a sunny holiday I expected to meet sunny colors not dark all over the places. Another extremely unpleasant think was the quality of the mattresses. Ours were old, soft, with the springs you felt when slipping. This was why our sleep was a nightmare. Another negative aspect was the quality of the wi-fi, almost unusable in the rooms, more usable to the swimming pool. Last but not the least, close to your head in the beds, you don't have any power outlet.

The Hotel is very nice, modern, rooms are big and they have balcony (great view-if you select sea view you see the interior of the pool and also the sea). Food is very good, plenty of variants for all tastes, is fresh and cooked good(not oily, not over or undercooked). The staff is amazing:they are so caring to ensure you everything you need and they always smiling even tough they are working heavily- you see them from morning til evening. Nessebar is a nice sea city, you can take walks on the pier, seafront, old city.

Despite a COVID pandemic situation we spent nice holiday in this hotel. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The meas was good. The hotel was clean and pool was very nice. We appreciates especially that the hotel was only adults. Accomodation is simple but practical what is sufficient for standard holiday accomodation. Very good is, that the hotel is close to sunny beach in Sunny Beach area where is incredible sunny beaches at all from all surrounding resort destination. We are fully recommending this hotel to all travellers.

In a year where everything is closed and with a lot of restrictions the fact of being able to have endless drinks and to have good music while enjoying the pool and the food is a luxurious feeling. On top of that the beach is just few meters away. Definetely will come back once the new normality is back and the parties start again.

Everything was just as they described it. The value for money was excellent. I read the reviews and i have to make some comments. The rooms were clean and the towels were changed daily. They looked as in the pictures, industrial, “unfinished”, minimalist. The food was good. Not a large variety but more than enough. Pizza, pasta, fish/seafood, chicken, pork, potatoes, rice, veggies, fruits and lots of salads and desserts. The icecream amazing. The sunbeds at the pool were desinfected daily. The staff was friendly, always helpful, and they spoke english very well. There was nice music by the pool, not house and not too loud. The music stopped at 11pm. There were no sunbeds at the seaside this year due to coronavirus but they were nice enough to refound us the money at the end of the day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. All in all, everything was excellent

Visited in July 2020 for one week stay. The hotel looks very nice. Rooms are quite big, easily but modernly furnished, each with balcony. Sea view rooms also available. Meals very good and tasty, good drinks, beatiful pools and relax zone. Important: there are just swimming pools, this is not aquapark, so children would be dissapointed, and the fact is, that there were just couples without children. When walking around, we found out that this hotel is one of the most beautiful in the location. Beach (public) is about 3 minutes of walk. We really enjoyed staying here, and maybe will come back. Staff was very professional and friendly, and we felt safely (C-19) as we could see the care of the hotel.
