Myself and my partner visited this hotel during August therefore it was busy will it be in season time. The hotel is exactly how it looks on the pictures and the rooms are super clean and spacious. We also had a room with a pool view and Seaview so this made it beautiful to sit out on the balcony. The only thing which massively lets down the hotel is the food. Both me and my partner are huge foodies and not picky eaters at all but we struggled to make a meal from the small selection each day. Often leading to us eating our despite us paying all inclusive. This hotel would would be so much better if they had a variety of food each day on a 2 week rota as we ended up eating the same food for ten days. However, the animation team and DJs were 10/10! Activities on everyday and always super happy and gets everyone involved. By the end of the holiday we knew them on a personal level and even personally thanked them for their efforts on the last day. No faults in that area.

The Hotel is very nice, modern, rooms are big and they have balcony (great view-if you select sea view you see the interior of the pool and also the sea). Food is very good, plenty of variants for all tastes, is fresh and cooked good(not oily, not over or undercooked). The staff is amazing:they are so caring to ensure you everything you need and they always smiling even tough they are working heavily- you see them from morning til evening. Nessebar is a nice sea city, you can take walks on the pier, seafront, old city.

We visited for a week right at the end of the season. It was the hotels last week of opening so very quiet but as a couple in their 40s it suited us as would be pretty manic in the summer as a large adults only hotel near flower street. The hotel is lovely very open plan lots of seating inside and out. The room was basic but comfortable. Beds comfy shower great, we had a balcony over looking the pool which was great but the music is on round the pool from 10-2300 so if you wanted peace during the day ask for a room at the back. Room has air con fridge and safe all no extra charge. Pool area is lovely loads of sun beds 2 big pools………however absolutely freezing like it hurt cold. The all inclusive drinks are great cocktails pretty lethal !!! The breakfast and lunch was great plenty of choice but found the evening meal not so great. It was quite samey which was fine for breakfast and lunch but we ate out at night and was very cheap to do so. The hotel is a 3 mile walk to flower street and about 2 mile to nessebar. We used taxis home Amd walked in as the taxis rip you off £10 in the Sunny beach £15 home. The walk is fine early evening but wouldn’t advise it late at night drunk. All in all a nice hotel would recommend for groups and couples looking for a lively hotel during season

Two 50 something females who visited for an AI week in September. Reception is big, open and light but once you head to your room, the corridors are very dark (actually painted black) with lights that come on as you walk along. The stairs are the same so don't go running up or down them as I guarantee you'll take a tumble especially as the top and bottom steps on each level are, very strangely, of different heights. The rooms are very spacious but basic, think 1970s Soviet era deco. Our 1st floor room (known as the 2nd floor in Bulgaria) looked onto the pool and had a good view of some hills but I guess the higher up you go, the views would include the beach and more of Sunny Beach. The hotel itself is on the very edge of Sunny Beach but it's very easy to get to the heart of the action, there are frequent buses and taxis and it took me an hour to walk to Flower Street and The Strip. You're also just 30mins walk to Nessebar but again, there are buses or a quaint but bone rattling train. The food could have been tasty enough but unless you arrived at The Cantina as soon as it was dished up, it was cold or lukewarm at best. Plenty of choice every day but very repetitive and no themed nights like many other hotels lay on. The staff were friendly but looked bored most of the time, could've been because it was the end of season and the hotel was half empty. Please make an effort to learn a bit of the language though, as the more you try, the better you'll be treated and the friendlier the staff and locals will be. There was a DJ by the pool who pumped out thumping dance music from about 9am to 11pm even though there was no one there but staff. It did get a bit annoying but as the hotel is aimed at teens and 20somethings, not surprising. The pools themselves looked clean but as it was September, the water was freezing so we didn't go in, neither did anyone else, even the young party folk. Sunny Beach itself was loud, garish and very much party central so if that's the vibe you're going for, you'll enjoy it but I'm getting a bit too old for it. Nessebar is a beautiful old village but completely ruined by stalls selling touristy tat and, of course, by all the tourists including me.

Location is a bit off from sunny beach. A few supermarkets close by. Staff was ok, some trouble with their English. Helpful, but I never saw any smile from them. Part of the reason I choose this hotel was the sunbeds at the beach. Turned out they didn't have any. Only by the pool area. Pool area was nice and clean. Room was ok, like expected. Lack of paint and flooring/ carpet was making it look cheap. Hallways and stairways was always superdark. Paintjob must have been done by a drunk guy at 3 am. Room was decent. Good bed, good aircon. Breakfast was good.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and was just nothing to do due to everything starting to close because of end of season and wasn’t aware it was at the beginning of September! There wasn’t much entertainment in the hotel due to this as well we think… We was constantly woken up by loud people in the hotel. When we arrived we noticed a stain on the bedding that we asked 3 times to be changed. One member of staff was nice and offered to move us to another room but said no as we had just unpacked and it only needed to be changed. Another man was very rude and wasn’t helpful a number of times we needed assistance. The lady on reception was very nice however and was very helpful and always said good morning, she was the only nice things about staying there. The food wasn’t all that, the same stuff everyday especially for lunch and dinner, wasn’t much options. The pool was freezing and seagulls was a massive issue because of food being left around the sunbeds. It stated that there was in indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym but there wasn’t as it was empty and surrounding it was filled up with clutter.

As a travel representative we visited Cooks club for one night and in one word it was a big disappointment. First of all a very arrogant young guy at reception start our stay with his attitude in a way you have not expected. Did not answer our questions about hotel - just replied See infosheet instead of explaining basic stuff about our stay. So first minutes of our stay we just tryin to get some basic info from bartenders - should not be like that!! When we arrived at room we would like to get away soon as. The room itself is spacious but you feel like the management did not have enough budget to finish the room. The bathroom looks like my grandpa ´s from mid 80´s - designers probably try to make it look cool, but the quality is misarable and the whole feeling is not very comfortable. Windows portal doors are broken, the balcony is very small and you have no privacy at all. The main hallway to the rooms on each floor is very dark and you feel like in some horror movie when you are going back from dinner. BTW the organization of catering is very chaotic and you have to wait in long line - especially during lunchtime. They invest a nice sum of money to the pool area and lobby bar so the first impresion is nice but when you stay longer you see how poor quality hotel is ...very dirty bathrooms, dirty stuff near pool including sunbeds. The variety of drinks at bar is ok, but you have to pay for some drinks extra even you are on all inclusive stay. We were happy to leave hotel next day cause our expetations were higher and we have been very dissapointed by the reception staff and the quality of the standard room. For this price you have much better hotels nearby (HI hotels etc). Try to think more about the management of reception and improve catering services that are not very organized. The whole feeling in hotel is that there were no managers at all and hotel managed itself by this kind of chaotic way. I can´t recommend to stay in this property. The value you get for money you pay is not a lot. Maybe for young clients is acceptable but for average traveller is a dissapointment.

2 week all inclusive holiday here and my first time in Bulgaria. The hotel itself is modern, boho chic industrial probably best describes it. It’s a little walk away to most places - 25 mins mins walk to Nesebar and 35 to Sunny Beach, 10/15 mins in a taxi which is around 20 LEV, or €10. Good: Modern hotel and rooms, Clean, Friendly staff, Options for dining in terms of timings and choices, Large pools, Plenty sun beds, Young and lively crowd Pool tables, PS4, Air hockey, Great, friendly DJ / Music, Free Yoga Bad or Could Do Better: Food - often cold, they need to find a way to keep the food warm during dining sessions, Drinks - mixers are watered down and no Diet Coke available on all inclusive , Bathroom - No plug in bath, so you have showers all the time, Music - it’s great to have music at the pool, but chill out tunes in morning would be good, then dance in evenings, then maybe reduce volume during the meal times. It would also be great to have the music off day between 5-8pm to allow holiday makers some peace to get a nap before the evening. Overall, a lovely stay and I would recommend. If they take on board my and other guests comments this hotel could move from being good to great!

Pool/bar/buffet areas The pool area is good - very clean and modern. As long as you get up at a reasonable time (before 9am) you won’t struggle for a sun bed. Bar staff were the friendliest staff in the hotel and you can tell they work very long hours. Still we’re the happiest to help. Food was not great at all. Nothing really tasted fresh. Cooking stations are mentioned on the website - there is one. This station cooked pancakes for breakfast, burgers for lunch and kebabs for dinner. We only ate dinner at the hotel once during our 7 night stay. Some amazing restaurants with Bulgarian classics are nearby and particularly in Nessebar. The room Phone was attached to the wall with 2 plasters. There are 3 irons available for the whole hotel. We only managed to iron our clothes for 3 nights because the other rooms had not returned them. For some reason, the staff were not able to call those rooms to ask for the iron to be returned. Do your ironing before or bring your own! Room was big and had a nice balcony. Bed was also comfy but not one good night sleep due to constant slamming of doors and girls and lads screaming and running through the corridors. Sunny beach - one of Europe’s top locations for bars and clubs is only a 10 minute train/bus journey and is open all night. Unfortunately, this was every night. Family of ants in the room but due to sleep deprivation this was easily overlooked. Staff Out of all staff, only around 3 or 4 were actually friendly and didn’t make it feel like it was a chore to speak to us. The older staff were mostly very rude in our experience. Like to think that we are polite and say please/thank you. Overall I would visit Bulgaria again but would not stay at this hotel. If you are on a lads/girls holiday then you’d be fine. My girlfriend and I are 28 and 26 so not like we were looking for early nights every night. Amazing restaurants for you to try: Bulgari - just outside of hotel and must try the Mussels Flora’s bar and grill (best prawns I’ve ever had in my life) - Sunny Beach The Old Sailor - Nessebar Djani’s - Sunny Beach Eco Bar (for drinks) - Nessebar
