The hotel is on the beach. I recommend sea- view rooms, as the look is breathless. Studio, as it is larger and not too expensive. The meals are diverse, tasty and healthy. The staff is nice, specially the manager, I think, a young lady (with golden shoes...). The rooms are cleaned daily, though, as a suggestion for the hotel, I would mention to also provide permanent soap source at the tub, the way it is at the sink. Just yesterday we returned from vacation at the Hotel Burgas Beach. And I can say that we spent one really wonderful week there. All inclusive at this hotel really has a lot to offer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the form of buffets full of excellent food, lots of vegetables and fruits and of course great desserts. The only thing I would point out was that the coffee was relatively weak due to my caffeine addiction. The outdoor pool was probably my favorite place throughout the day (noting that the beach is located directly across the pedestrian crossing from the hotel). Between breakfast and lunch there were offered snacks and after lunch several types of ice cream. There are also two water slides run at certain hours during the day. In the morning, various games with animators, such as darts, were played there. In the afternoon there was water gymnastics or water polo. The animators have always been somewhere nearby full of positive energy, great game ideas and enthusiasm to make clients at the hotel their stay full of fun. They made our days even more pleasant even in the rainy weather in the indoor bar. Where you could also have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee at any time during the day, and cakes were also offered there after lunch. You should definitely try the Bulgarian shot if you visit this hotel. In my opinion, it was too early to close the indoor bar at 11 pm, because that's when we would probably all want to keep having fun, but whatever. For the rooms I would say that the view from the balcony is worth about from every side of the hotel. The rooms are nice, cozy and always during the breakfast time the cleaners will do their job and have a creative time with the art of folding towels. I think that could be all for this amazing vacation on the Sunny Beach. I would recommend anyone who reads this to come and visit this hotel, because if I ever plan to visit Bulgaria again, the Burgas Beach Hotel is a definitive choice for me. We stayed at 4* hotels in Bulgaria which offer better services than Burgas Beach Hotel (3* hotel). We have been misled by the good online reviews. Probably, due to the pandemic situation they offer very poor services this year. We only enjoyed the location (you are practically on the beach all the time), the sea view of the room and the kids disco. What we didn't like was: 1. the food typical for an ordinary canteen, not a 4* hotel. Also, the plates and glasses weren't all cleaned properly (we found some food traces on a couple of plates and glasses). Another ridiculous behaviour of the canteen employees is that they gather the rest of the food in some grey buckets inside the restaurant, near the guests. We found this really stupid, as you can loose your apetite instantly if you look at them. 2. the drinks, except beer and wine, were awful (don't bother); 3. the room is small and the bathroom smelly; 4. the maid made towel swans, but didn't ever refill the soap dispenser. We had to buy soap, as they offer only the soap at our check in. 5. one of the porters pushed away my wife and child from behind, to carry some luggage in front of the hotel. 6. the interior design of the hotel is old fashioned with boring and grey colours. In conclusion, if you want to stay at a hotel close to the sea in Sunny Beach, look somewhere else. We will not come back here and won't recommend to anyone else.

My family stayed for 5 days at this hotel and it was the worst experience. The food was the worst part, it was inedible and disgusting, lunch and dinner you practically could not eat anything - undercooked unseasoned meat, cold wilted sides, disgusting sauces, faded fruit. One other very bad part was the staff - rude and very disrespectful to the guests, shouting at (elderly) women in the restaurant - unacceptable! The pool area is very hard to access and extremely crowded. The elevators don’t have any AC so they are basicallly floating saunas. The beach is wide but the water ia dirty, and you have to pay for the sunbeds (why do you call it Beach hotel if you don’t actually have a private beach?) Maybe the prices are for 4 starts but the quality is for 2 stars. DO not recommend this hotel at all.

Initialy I booked to Nessebar Beach Hotel in the proximity but with a good luck we were transfered at Burgas Beach Hotel in one appartment WITH NO EXTRA COST!!! To mention that Burgas Beach Hotel and Nessebar Beach Hotel belonging to the same holding toghether with Trakia and Trakia Plaza. There are quality services and friendly personel, I haven't seen drunk or unfriendly bartenders. I saw many germans (maybe over 80%), english, russians, romanians (my case:). Recomended for families because of the silence and order. 3 minimarkets downstairs with everything at regular prices.

We have just returned from 3 weeks in the Burgas Beach Hotel and will be booking to return next year. Everything was even better than last year and although we were 2 of only 4 English visitors, this caused no problems. The other couple also told us they will be returning next year. The staff, food, rooms, and cleanliness were of the usual high standard and this year saw the addition of 3 new pools. Two of these were for children and one for adults. There is also a poolside bar and plenty of sunbeds as well as tables and chairs. This area also has a disabled access. We still cannot fault the Burgas Beach itself, but this visit was not as enjoyable as usual because of an influx of Hungarian visitors. They treat the dining room as a 2 star by wearing vests, shorts, and flipflops and drinking beer at breakfast, and not bothering to control unruly children. This is such a shame when the hotel definitely is a 4 star and the staff work so hard to maintain these standards. Cant wait to go back.
