Almost everything was fine, located on the beach, two sunbeds and an umbrella included, the beach is cleaned several times a day and evening in detail, large and clean rooms, beautiful sea view, daily cleaning and changed towels, although it was not need even daily, better food than any of the hotels in Bulgaria I've been to, drink as everywhere at all-inclusive, but the staff and especially the bartenders are extraordinarily pleasant and benevolent and that's the most important thing, I felt like friends: Cristian and Manol from the lobby bar, the bartenders from the Pool bar, the waiters from Bendita (the open circuit restaurant of the hotel where we served an Italian dinner offered by the hotel), the waiters and chefs from the closed circuit restaurant of the hotel, everyone deserves appreciation and respect. As well as the team of animators who occupied the free time of our children, very dedicated and involved in their work. A downside was that we could not enter until 2 pm, although we arrived at 11 am, we had to stay after a long walk on the beach or at one of the hotel bars. Although I will never return to the same place, I would definitely return here.

Very good hotel … nice and helpful friendly staff… cleaners lovely too.. hard of in wheelchair as ramp is steep to the dining room but a lady who was in one said she just asked staff and they helped her lots to get up and down …she said they were very accommodating lots of choices of food.. I’m veggie and had to improvise like have plain pasta put chilli oil on it and then cheese and olives.. potatoes, lots of salad choices and fried aubergine . they do egg and beans at breakfast … non veggies lots of choices… beach is beautiful and clean.. sand lovely .. sea nice and calm till the afternoon when gets a bit more waves… so morning is best.. Sun beds are 27 leva for 2 of them and umbrella so about £12 for 2 beds all day … can get bus to nessebar old town for 2 leva (£1) by supermarket opposite the hotel front .the bus says nessebar on it and you pick the bus up back to sunny beach from same place they drop you off.. . if going with TUI you must download app as otherwise you don’t can’t book in easily to go home or know what time bus back to airport is coming … you get dropped off at the barrier out front of hotel and picked up there too … you have to share the pool with the green hotel next door so you use the blue and white sun beds they use the green sun beds … not a problem in sept but imagine nightmare in July and august … we got drinks from pool bar and took them on the beach no hassle… there are 2 sets of lifts one by reception and one up the other end by the dinning room if in a wheelchair you need to go to the far end lift (not the one by reception) and then go to floor P this will bring you to the lobby bar and to outside and to the ramp to dining room.. entertainment was good every few days had a singer or something.. there’s lots of bars near by … if you go to nessebar st stephens church was spectacular not going to say why as it will spoil it for you but trust me worth the 6 leva (£3) to get in.., if in nessebar go to the ‘emona’ sea view restaurant just keep walking straight up till you can’t go anymore and it’s on the right hand side it was amazing view and gorgeous stone baked pizza 55 leva for 2 pizzas and two alcohol drinks so about £26 .. coco beach was my fav bar near the hotel not far on right of the hotel it has bean bags on the sand and sofas looking out to sea with palm trees very bohemian… yeah all in all it was great hotel, great location great staff, even as a veggie I was happy with the food just got to improvise… all in all you will love this hotel go all inclusive so much cheaper as don’t have to buy drinks in between and can take drinks to beach 👍

I stayed at this hotel and I did enjoy my stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were always emptying bins and cleaning throughout the day. The buffet was good food but it's not massive so can get crowded. The sunny beach is a few steps away which is lovely and at night time it's busy and it's great nightlife. The downside of the hotel was the sun beds, a lot of people were reserving sun beds so we sat on the Green ones which was the other side of the pool and we got told off by a guy from the green hotel. He said we wasn't allowed to use them because they belong to his hotel, nobody told us this and it's not on the website when you book the hotel ( I used Tui), so I was frustrated as there was half blue and half green sunbeds and we could only use blue. The staff are friendly and hotel is nice and in a good place. I wouldn't return only because of the sunbed issue, there wasn't anyone on the green sunbeds so I didn't see a issue but we was asked to move and they was telling other people also and I could see that they were frustrated aswell.

Just returned from a week's holiday and this review is my personal experience. After reading the reviews we had high hopes but I was really disappointed. The best part is the Italian restaurant that we had on the last evening the food was tasty and service was good. The issues start with the "shared" pool area the hotel has less than 50% of the beds and to say competition is fierce is an understatement. There is no staff reviewing the usage and often towels are on beds all day either to never be used or used for an hour. The beach is the next option but you have to pay 9 Lev for each piece (beds plus umbrella) so for 3 of us that was 3 beds and 2 umbrellas thats around £20 per day. The food in the main restaurant was just OK with a lot of Pork (not eaten by everyone) and not particularly flavoursome. They often ran out of breakfast items when we arrived around 9am. Often tables where not available and again it was a challenge to get a table for some time and outside was nice but too many smokers ruining my meal. Some of the staff really made an effort, like the grill lady who makes great waffles, but the pool bar staff are not at all a friendly bunch. There is supposed to be 2 drinks limit per person at the bars (there are signs) but again on many occasions I say 5 to 6 drinks being taken causing some queues. The hotel is very dated with the rooms looking like 1980's design and not in a good way and there are often long waits for lifts (5 mins +) which when your on the 10th floor is painful. I saw no signs of any COVID cleaning measures in the week only a couple of hand sanitizers and i would question the cleaning as several cobwebs in the main area and the rooms was not really cleaned in the week just a quick tidy of beds and additional towels/toiletries. Finally the internet is abismal I raised it with reception but whilst you can connect OK only in a few places did it actually work (and then very very slowly) and when your operators use apps that's not helpful there is also zero entertainment in the evening. Booked all inclusive through TUI and hotel looked great from photographs. It is not really a 4 star hotel though. It is ok, cleanish (cobwebs and sandy carpet), spacious rooms and we were lucky to get a balcony poolside which got sun most of day. Staff are ok, some are better than others on the friendly front. The pool and loungers are slightly crowded and the shared hotel seem to have lion's share of space. We mostly managed to get loungers however but used the wooden ones next to hotel mostly. The poolside loungers do need renewing as looking a bit tired. Food is plentiful and basic buffet but plenty of choice, don't expect piping hot gourmet food but we found it very nice. I would advise going early to get table outside as inside is hot. The snack time food at the outside hatch needs to have a system in place, your not sure where to queue for what items and as your queuing people are just wandering up to hatch and getting served, it's very disorganized. Drinks are ok but maybe a little limited for all inclusive and there could be snacks provided but if you want crisps or peanuts with your drinks you will need to bring your own. Entertainment was ok for us as we don't like a lot, but if you want good entertainment every night it's not provided here and everything shuts at 11.30, again not a problem for us as a family. Location was good for us as it was nearer the quieter end of sunny beach, there are a few bars to the left, funkys being great if you like karaoke and a bit of liveliness, they also show sports which makes a change from walking the strip. If you want it even livelier you can walk 15 mins to the right as you come out of hotel and there are any number of restaurants and bars and casinos. All in all not a bad hotel and location was good for us and the staff as a whole were good, like I said probably a 3.5 star. If we ever returned to Sunny Beach I think I would pay extra and get a resort hotel but I think the lack of UK guests would put us off from returning any time soon.

The hotel to be honest is not bad rooms large we had room 911 corner sea view but rooms need updated they are more like 1980s with a shower curtain the beds are very comfortable but you only really sleep in your rooms Food and drink Food plentiful and mixed all cooked well and very tasty you will never go hungry only had breakfast once went down late and was cold.drinks are good apart from machine cocktails spirits you have to ask for small if not you get half a pint bar staff very friendly always on the go . Pool was cold but it was 28c 33c so you needed it.the only thing is if you wanted a sun bed by the pool you have to get up early we never did but always got a sun bed spent most of the time on the lovely clean beach over the road . I have seen reviews this hotel does not cater for the British maybe but the Bulgarian Romanian guests all vey friendly and polite . On whole has a couple we pad £548 each a week all inclusive and was very impressed we are looking to go back next year for a cheap getaway. You will not be disappointed

Probably the worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to and does not deserve 4 star status.
The only reason I can think that it gets decent reviews is that sunny beach is like Blackpool so attracts certain types of people.
Room wasn’t clean Staff were rude and miserable Food was awful Sun loungers always dirty Pool bar always sticky No safes in rooms Air con is archaic Lazy security (reported a domestic disturbance and security ignored it)
There’s more to it but just in general it wasn’t a great experience. There are much better and nicer hotels out there for the same prices.
Sunny beach wasn’t much better but do recommend Hawaii Bar. Prices were very reasonable, and food was lovely.

The Sentido Bellevue hotel in Sunny Beach is in a very good location with sea front and lots of shops and pub restaurants close by and only 25 minutes from airport. . The food was really good specially for my fussy husband, he was sort of satisfied . We were all inclusive and the restaurant outdoors and indoors , very clean with variety of dishes , with really tasty and tender meat which gave satisfaction to meat eaters who wanted tasty and tender meals with different options of seafood and vegetables, and there was lots of options for different tastes. It was very clean traditional hotel with very friendly staff. We had a good time there. Only the weather was not nice, which I recommend to go to Bulgaria nearly after June for a hot sunny weather. Unfortunately we had rain and a bit windy weather and couldn’t swim in the pool or the sea, but had a good sunbathing. Some of the hotels were closed in sunny beach due to the weather I think.

Due to a mix-up with our travel agency, we ended up with a one-night stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is large but quite outdated. It's located near Sunny Beach, but to reach the beach, you need to cross the street. We were a family of three, and our room was on the 8th floor, supposedly the largest in the building (Room 813) with a partial sea view. Although check-in was officially at 3:00 PM, we arrived earlier and couldn't check in until 2:00 PM. After explaining our situation with the travel agency, the reception staff kindly provided us with all-inclusive bracelets, which is not their usual policy before check-in.
The room was spacious and somewhat clean, but clearly in need of renovation. It still uses a standard key instead of a digital system. There was no minibar, but you can request one for an additional fee. We had lunch at the hotel, where the food was decent, though the selection was limited. The drinks were just okay.
The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and oddly enough, the pool bar is located across the street. The bar offers a limited selection of cocktails, with a maximum of three per person, served in very small plastic cups. This setup makes going back and forth across the street a bit awkward. In the afternoon, they serve burgers, fries, pancakes, waffles, and a variety of sweets, fruits, and ice cream for the kids.
The hotel pool is shared with another hotel, and by 7:30 AM, all the sunbeds are taken. If you use the other hotel’s sunbeds, you’ll need to pay an extra fee. The pool itself is small and not very clean. Parking is nearly nonexistent, with limited spots available for 20 BGN outside the hotel. Lastly, be prepared to wait for the elevators—they're slow and unreliable. Overall, this hotel doesn't offer good value for the money.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and we need to know why we fell short in this case. Just to clarify you have been accommodated in a renovated room with brand-new refurbishment and all hotel common areas have also been renovated this winter. As most of our guests love the renovation we are quite surprised that the hotel's new look doesn't please you. It's difficult to understand why you considered the one minute walk from the hotel to the beach as a bit of a walk but everyone has his own perception and we respect yours.

We're in the second time in this hotel. The first was perfect, and this time is also. The hotel is very good for families, older and younger guests, so everybody who likes the high quality of services, the kind staff, the good foods and the beautiful beach. The rooms are clean and the cleaning is everyday and thorough. The bathroom and toilet is just fine for a famile with 2 children, the beds are very comfortable, the TVs are OK and pendrive-compatible, the view from the balcony is wonderful (we were face to the beach). The staff is very kind in every point (reception, restaurants, bars...) of the hotel. Some of them can speak in english so we could speak everything. They helped us with everything, and to solve some problems: fail transfer to airport, children programs in Sveti Vlas, bustransport to Nesebar... so everything. We are very thankful to them. The bars are very good. The free drinks are enouh. The fodd is very good and varied. The staff in the restaurants are the best. The beach is perfect. The best sand which i've ever seen. The sea is cooler than in Turkey or Egypt, but its not too cold. The children love it. The life is just fine in that point of Sunny Beach. Not too loud, but it is teeming. We always could do something. We were not bored. So it was a perfect holiday, in a perfect hotel with perfect services from perfect staff. And we are very thankful because we were in the middle of COVID-19 pandemia but the hotel and the staff was make everything perfectly and professional in this hard situation.
