Definitely not 4 star I’d say a 2 at most. Room filthy even after supposedly being cleaned. Filthy mattress with excrement on it and blood stains on supposedly fresh linen on pillows, bathroom stank like public toilet, went all inclusive with Tui and only had 2 meals in restaurant. Food cold mostly uncooked and could of worn the pork chops as sandals ate at the Melina restaurant and that’s 5 star at low prices so recommend that place. Sunlougers and parasols were extra as well even though being told it was included yet tui must of known this as just seen another review saying exactly the same in July so no excuses tui you lied and gave us all false information. Very disappointed will not return to this hotel or use tui ever again. Avoid both.

Pros. Hotel is fairly nice looking. Large spacious room. Beach is in front of hotel. Cons. Most staff were unfriendly. No kettle. Bathroom needs updating. Food range was really bad. Food quality wasn't great. Breakfast food selection was always the same.

Dear Jess D., we are really happy that you like our spacious and clean rooms and our friendly staff. We sincerely regret reading about our disappointment with our entertainment program. We would like to use the opportunity to explain that from this year onwards we will have only kids’ animation. We try to provide our guests with varied programs during the nights and two times a week we have live shows in the evening: on Wednesday a live performance of a singer and on Friday folklore program. Every evening we have a musician in our A la carte restaurant who is very popular with our regular guests. We are sorry to read that our buffet offer did not meet your guest's expectations in terms of food temperature. All trays of our buffets are being constantly checked by our kitchen staff to ensure that the temperature of the food is adequate and that all options are being replenished throughout all services, nevertheless please rest assured that your comments will be shared with the team and management in order to avoid receiving this kind of feedback in the future.

The hotel to be honest is not bad rooms large we had room 911 corner sea view but rooms need updated they are more like 1980s with a shower curtain the beds are very comfortable but you only really sleep in your rooms Food and drink Food plentiful and mixed all cooked well and very tasty you will never go hungry only had breakfast once went down late and was cold.drinks are good apart from machine cocktails spirits you have to ask for small if not you get half a pint bar staff very friendly always on the go . Pool was cold but it was 28c 33c so you needed it.the only thing is if you wanted a sun bed by the pool you have to get up early we never did but always got a sun bed spent most of the time on the lovely clean beach over the road . I have seen reviews this hotel does not cater for the British maybe but the Bulgarian Romanian guests all vey friendly and polite . On whole has a couple we pad £548 each a week all inclusive and was very impressed we are looking to go back next year for a cheap getaway. You will not be disappointed

please read before booking!!! good points: room, was very spacious and had a lovely sea view with a good size balcony, bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed, there are no tea making facilities this would of made the room better, you have a fridge with mini bar which you have to pay for, we didn't used so cant comment on that. drinks: the drinks are standard all inclusive , cocktails are good had far too many :) the bar staff were great. bad point: the food was terrible, mostly cold had the odd thing which was hot, the snack bar at lunch was burgers that looked like they had been cooked 2 days before and heated up, the choice wasn't great and were not fussy eaters and will try most thing, breakfast was a joke the bacon was just twisted bits of fat reheated to an inch of its life. at least the toaster worked well after 2 goes around. on the Saturday night we had some chicken wings looked nice on approach after biting in to one it tasted fishy and realized it was raw. area: the beach was beautiful and that's as far as the nice bits go, lots of thing closing down as the week went on, but I feel it wouldn't have been any better in the summer season. the locals aren't the friendlies. hotel: pool was nice but cold, you share with the hotel next door but that had already closed so didn't have to fight for a space around the pool. not very wheelchair assessable, we hired an electric scooter and struggled getting it through reception to charge it, luckily the lady from the restaurant let us charge it outside there.

Dear Mrs. Smith, We are sorry that our hotel didn’t meet your expectation for 4 stars property. But we are quite hopeful to read that you like our very spacious rooms with lovely sea views, a good size balcony, and a very clean bathroom. Thank you for the nice words you share about our AI drinks, good cocktails, and great bar staff. We are sorry to read that our buffet offer did not meet your guest's expectations in terms of food temperature. All trays of our buffets are being constantly checked by our kitchen staff to ensure that the temperature of the food is adequate; nevertheless please rest assured that your comments will be shared with the team and management in order to avoid receiving this kind of feedback in the future. We are happy that you find our pool nice and I‘d like to use this opportunity to advise that we didn’t advertise it as a heatеd pool. The pool water temperature corresponds to the weather temperature and we are sorry that at the end of the summer the water is a little cold. We didn’t advertise the hotel as wheelchair friendly either just the opposite we try to keep all our guests informed before their arrival that there are plenty of stairs around the hotel facilities and outlets. As we use feedback from guests on Tripadvisor to improve our business, we are very thankful that you share your experience with us.

Very good hotel … nice and helpful friendly staff… cleaners lovely too.. hard of in wheelchair as ramp is steep to the dining room but a lady who was in one said she just asked staff and they helped her lots to get up and down …she said they were very accommodating lots of choices of food.. I’m veggie and had to improvise like have plain pasta put chilli oil on it and then cheese and olives.. potatoes, lots of salad choices and fried aubergine . they do egg and beans at breakfast … non veggies lots of choices… beach is beautiful and clean.. sand lovely .. sea nice and calm till the afternoon when gets a bit more waves… so morning is best.. Sun beds are 27 leva for 2 of them and umbrella so about £12 for 2 beds all day … can get bus to nessebar old town for 2 leva (£1) by supermarket opposite the hotel front .the bus says nessebar on it and you pick the bus up back to sunny beach from same place they drop you off.. . if going with TUI you must download app as otherwise you don’t can’t book in easily to go home or know what time bus back to airport is coming … you get dropped off at the barrier out front of hotel and picked up there too … you have to share the pool with the green hotel next door so you use the blue and white sun beds they use the green sun beds … not a problem in sept but imagine nightmare in July and august … we got drinks from pool bar and took them on the beach no hassle… there are 2 sets of lifts one by reception and one up the other end by the dinning room if in a wheelchair you need to go to the far end lift (not the one by reception) and then go to floor P this will bring you to the lobby bar and to outside and to the ramp to dining room.. entertainment was good every few days had a singer or something.. there’s lots of bars near by … if you go to nessebar st stephens church was spectacular not going to say why as it will spoil it for you but trust me worth the 6 leva (£3) to get in.., if in nessebar go to the ‘emona’ sea view restaurant just keep walking straight up till you can’t go anymore and it’s on the right hand side it was amazing view and gorgeous stone baked pizza 55 leva for 2 pizzas and two alcohol drinks so about £26 .. coco beach was my fav bar near the hotel not far on right of the hotel it has bean bags on the sand and sofas looking out to sea with palm trees very bohemian… yeah all in all it was great hotel, great location great staff, even as a veggie I was happy with the food just got to improvise… all in all you will love this hotel go all inclusive so much cheaper as don’t have to buy drinks in between and can take drinks to beach 👍

Hotel is good. I was worried a bit because some of the reviews on here are pretty scathing but we booked it based on the 4 out of 5 overall rating. Rooms: clean and functional. Bathroom is fine and the showers was powerful. Food: yes it’s kind of “samey” but it was pretty good. I especially liked the rice dishes. Breakfast, snacks, lunch & evening dinner were all fine and pretty much as you’d expect from all inclusive. Drinks: again, pretty standard for all inclusive. Plenty of them. Bar closes at 23:30 Pool: Wow! Pretty cold. This was a bit disappointing because it puts you off wanting to pop in & out as much. Also , it is not accessible for disabled people. We had to chair lift a lady who got in and then couldn’t get out! Sun beds: not many blue ones at all which are for Bellevue hotel guests. We were ok though because it wasn’t very busy so we were able to use the other hotels beds without anyone ushering us off . I can imagine in busy months this would be a real inconvenience to you though. Entertainment in the hotel is poor. A chap sings on odd nights but, in all honesty he is awful. We went out after dinner every night & drinks are cheap. Be mindful that the further up the strip you go, the more expensive the drinks get. Bars this side of the Ferris wheel are cheapest but they’re nowhere near as expensive as home anyway, so it’s fine. Plenty of evening entertainment & music etc. on the strip. Keep waking & you will see loads. Takes around 25 mins to walk the strip at a leisurely pace. Beach is 1 min from hotel & is gorgeous. Things to avoid: Markets. They are rubbish. Stick to the shops. Markets just sell fruit, knives and old fashioned tracksuits of no brand. Kebab stall outside hotel: we were in a group of 7 and 2 ended up with a dodgy stomach courtesy of a late night pizza/kebab from there. Late night walks home: lots of groups of young men loitering on the strip after 1am. They may ask if you want drugs if you look drunk enough but it’s a little off putting if you are few in numbers. We were ok as there was a group of us so they left us alone. They didn’t seem to persist but nonetheless it’s not ideal. If you’ve got teenagers, be mindful of this if they go out alone at night. All in all we would definitely return for a cheap no frills holiday with family & friends. We paid £500 each from 12th sept for a week.

Food not to bad on the whole with plenty of variety. Breakfast quite disappointing as very much for the European taste. Having said that, it was plentiful and great omelette. I had no issue getting served at the snack bar. Totally disagree with any bad reviews about the bar staff. They were all great. I find if you treat people nicely then they treat you the same way. Meal at restaurant Bendita was great and a nice change. Location superb and whatever your tastes in entertainment, you could never be bored. The hotel doesn't need its own animation team with all that is available nearby. Room cleaning good but I found the mini bat charges a bit unnecessary when booking all inclusive. My only request would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room. If I was visiting sunny beach again I would definitely pick this hotel

Booked all inclusive through TUI and hotel looked great from photographs. It is not really a 4 star hotel though. It is ok, cleanish (cobwebs and sandy carpet), spacious rooms and we were lucky to get a balcony poolside which got sun most of day. Staff are ok, some are better than others on the friendly front. The pool and loungers are slightly crowded and the shared hotel seem to have lion's share of space. We mostly managed to get loungers however but used the wooden ones next to hotel mostly. The poolside loungers do need renewing as looking a bit tired. Food is plentiful and basic buffet but plenty of choice, don't expect piping hot gourmet food but we found it very nice. I would advise going early to get table outside as inside is hot. The snack time food at the outside hatch needs to have a system in place, your not sure where to queue for what items and as your queuing people are just wandering up to hatch and getting served, it's very disorganized. Drinks are ok but maybe a little limited for all inclusive and there could be snacks provided but if you want crisps or peanuts with your drinks you will need to bring your own. Entertainment was ok for us as we don't like a lot, but if you want good entertainment every night it's not provided here and everything shuts at 11.30, again not a problem for us as a family. Location was good for us as it was nearer the quieter end of sunny beach, there are a few bars to the left, funkys being great if you like karaoke and a bit of liveliness, they also show sports which makes a change from walking the strip. If you want it even livelier you can walk 15 mins to the right as you come out of hotel and there are any number of restaurants and bars and casinos. All in all not a bad hotel and location was good for us and the staff as a whole were good, like I said probably a 3.5 star. If we ever returned to Sunny Beach I think I would pay extra and get a resort hotel but I think the lack of UK guests would put us off from returning any time soon.
