This is an excellent family run hotel. The large room we were given had a spacious balcony on the top floor with a great view overlooking the town and the hills beyond, and was kept immaculately clean. Despite the language barrier, we were the only English speakers staying at the hotel at the time, the staff answered all of our enquires and were exceptionally helpful, friendly and attentive. They simply couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The food was plentiful and there was a good selection of cooked foods and salads. Shops, restaurants/bars, and Sunny Beach are all close by. I can't praise the hotel and its staff highly enough.
I stay here for 5 nights. It is a 3 star hotel but believe me that is better than more 4 star hotels. Is is very nice, clean . The rooms are very big with a big balcony, they do clean every day and change the lenjery after 3 days. The best thing is the food. You have many different types of food to choose from and very tastefull. Who said that he doesn t have what to eat here or the food is awfull it means that he have bad intention or is a stupid . The distance to the beach is aprox. 500 metres but it isn t a problem that. This hotel in one world is : Excellent . The best for your need. The staff is very friendly. They don t speak very well english but you can understand with them and if you have one problem they do anything to help you. Go to Riagor and you don t regret
We arrived at the hotel mid-day and booked through booking.com. We spend £295 for 7 nights all inclusive for 2 which is very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is smaller than those we had been in around Sunny Beach before and it was fairly quiet for the first 3 days of our holiday with around 10 guests at most. However after the third day there was more people arrive. The food I will admit was not the best, but it was adequate; with a variety of salad stuff, a fish and meat dish as well as vegetables and chips/potatoes. The all inclusive drinks were standard vodka and other spirits and a green spirit type which I did not like myself. Although the juice available in the restaurant at meal times was very nice. There wasn't an abundance of sweet treats but unless your that way inclined it wouldn't be an issue. Now the bad things; the staff were not the most friendliest and it felt like they could not be bothered to serve or clean up and like we were a burden. The drinks were served from a shed next to the pool which looked quite shady and not at all inviting. We ended up buying a bottle of peach schnapps to use from a local shop for around £5 which wasn't too bad! The cleaners were okay, however more often that most they just sorted the sheets rather than changed them. On one occasion, we had put a do not disturb sign on the door, however I saw the cleaners in our room window from the pool. When my partner went upstairs to confront them, they were rude. When he went to reception, the receptionist called the cleaners over who then preceded to speak in a foreign language and laugh. The whole incident left us feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed. The pool is very cold, which is standard for Bulgaria but it was also not the cleanest as you could see bugs and scum upon the surface. Furthermore there was absolutely no entertainment at all and we travelled in the middle of June! Because of this we spent most nights along the seafront. Overall this hotel would suit you for exploring Sunny Beach as the bus is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel (past the boomerang hotel), or you can walk 10-15 minutes to the beach or around 30 minutes to the strip, the choice is yours. This hotel however would not suit those who just want to spend some time within a hotel relaxing, drinking and being entertained.…
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was spotless and the room was spacious and linen and towels changed daily, the food was varied and typically Bulgarian.I don't drink alcohol but if I did I would have been very disappointed with the limited choice available and the 10pm closing
It was my second time in Bulgaria and it was pretty amazing as the first one. This hotel is really good for nightlife lovers(like me),its near the centre ,but not noisy,so you can sleep well. There was not much food, but good and tasty. Really liked our room because it had amazing terrace with wonderful view(look at the photo),so i recommend to take room in 5th floor and enjoy it as well. The staff was nice ,helpful and friendly. Poll was not big ,but actually enough because many people were near the sea(about 10min to go) so you always had a place near the pool(whenever you wake up) . So to conclude,i am really happy that chose this hotel ,it made my holidays better! And about sunny beach: its a good curourt for young people(most of tourists were 18-24).I can compare it to golden sands and say that they both are amazing, full of people and fun . Golden sands maybe as a curourt is more elegant and maybe for older ones(i mean like 25-30 😄).Best clubs in sunny beach : Den glade viking! (Amazin place) , Iceberg and orange disco. Hope i helped you and recommend to choose this one!✌🏻️…
Hotel was okay, rooms were average. The roomservice changed our towels and sheets only once, altough the towels were a bit dirty before already. Breakfest was poor. Lunch and dinner were average, but every day same things. I wasnt even allowed to eat the ice cream from the bowl, had to take a waffle altough i said i dont like it because it was tasteless. Boys from the bar were also a bit rude. Every time we wanted something, they looked us like, why are u here.. altough we were sober and wanted only water. Mostly none of the workers didnt speak english only few from reception a bit. Even the managers didnt speak english. Beach is nearby also center is not that far.. 30min walk. Wifi was only on first floor but it was okay as well.
