The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes walk to the main strip and the hotel pool opens out straight onto the beach. 30 minutes walk to Nesebar
The room sizes vary, one of our rooms was very spacious where as the other room and balcony were on the small side, but the room was well presented clean and tidy with no problems
All inclusive was really good and you couldn’t have asked for more, food in the restaurant had a good variance and selection, like all buffet style occasionally the food was not so hot, but generally the food was a big positive. Also food available by the pool such as chips and kebabs which was a nice plus.

There was lots of positives about this hotel, if you pay slightly extra for the seaside view, I would definitely recommend you do it because it’s definitely worth seeing the sunrise in the morning over the water and it’s a much better vibe! The food is okay, very similar every day but the pancakes for breakfast were to die for! And the coffee machines were great, the rooms were very tidy when we got there and the cleaners came in every few days. The alcoholic drinks menu wasn’t amazing but the beer was nice enough

Arrived on 20th Sept 22 for two weeks. Basic hotel,definitely not "ultra all inclusive " poor choice of local drinks only on offer. Lift was out of order for two days. Ran out of coke coke zero,hot chocolate five days before we left. Our fridge failed and it took two days and several trips to reception to get another. The food was cold,bland and repedative,poor choice and quality. Had to eat out every day. Poor housekeeping,sheets changed once in two weeks,bathrooms not cleaned. They emptied the icecream freezer on the second week and unplugged it. I do not recommend this hotel it was truly awful.

Lovely hotel, wonderful setting and all the staff I’ve encountered so far are great. However…whilst I didn’t pay loads to come here, I paid the exact same price for me and my toddler daughter as the adult couple we travelled with for us to be put in a room we can barely move in while our friends, who paid the same, get a very spacious one bedroom apartment. All I asked for was a chair on the balcony so I could sit comfortably while my daughter settled down for the night and that’s been ignored. Needless to say had we been treated equally in the first instance I would not have needed to ask for a chair. Very Disappointed to find I pay full price for a child to be treated like a single traveller.

Our stay at Blue Perl hotel in Sunny Beach was amazing. The hotel is located just in front of the beach and offers free umbrellas and sunbeds. The breakfast was really good and delicious. We didn’t have all inclusive package but I am sure the lunch and dinner were also very good. I liked very much the possibility to use the garage of the hotel as parking on the street is very difficult. I would like to thank to the management of the hotel for the excellent service and attention which they are paying to every guest. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

I have been with my family at Sunny beach and for the first time visited this hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice! I had booked 2 bedroom apartment and the view was stunning! The hotel is located at the very sand and the feeling to stay at the beach is amazing! Very nice international cuisine served at the buffet station with a lot of desserts - some of them in typical local style. Hygiene was at high level at all time and we felt at all time safe.

Just got back from a holiday from hell !!!! Food : food is the same every day very repetitive now T hot warm luckily they had a microwave to heat it u . Entertainment: we booked this holiday through on the beach on the understanding there was day and night entertainment in fact we hand no day activities at all and being there for 8 day we had one night a singer but the pool bar electric went off so this was cut short. Once the electric went all the guests carried on singing but to our surprise the security man came to our table to tip it up and in shock we all stood up , the security man then ran around the table and grabbed my partner it was defused with no apology. The pool area was lovely until the security man came woke my partner to tell him to get off his large round bed and moved it . The room was ok until we showered the it flooded all over the bathroom. The staf are so miserable and never welcomed anyone in the restaurant the only staff that where helpful was thee receptionist and bar staff. We paid all inclusive and ended u spending a small fortune due to cold food and no entertainment 100% will NOT be going back to this hotel……

We have just returned back from a fab 10 days in the blue pearl. We visited sunny beach last yr & couldn’t wait to return this yr. we were anxious about visiting the reviews, but don’t believe them, we had absolutely no Complaints at all. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apt it was clean spacious, amazing sea view room from the balcony. 2 toilets & 2 large TV’s in the room. We were given fresh water everyday when the room was cleaned. We had a small Fridge, to keep stuff fresh. The only issue’s was the storage, one wardrobe for 3 of us & there wasn’t a curtain for the balcony door in the living room, so the sun came In from 5.30, but it didn’t disturb our daughter We stayed in room 3210, on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast was definitely the best meal of the day, the lunch & evening meal was basic, no issues with the food, but we do like eating out. There is a small snack option( nuggets, chips, salad & sandwiches mainly) there is also a icecream buffet between 12-5
Plenty of drink options, we used the pool/beach bar mainly, the barman that worked on the afternoon, was really canny. All the staff are friendly & hard working.
The best part about this hotel has got to be the animation team. They have bought my daughter’s confidence on so much. Last yr we stayed at the melia in sunny beach, she lasted 40 seconds in the kids club. The 2 boys & especially the young blonde girl, from Ukraine, are an amazing. They made all the kids feel welcome. They did the hotel dance 3 times a day & Layla loved joining in. They taught her to play uno, she loved archery & playing the treasure hunt. I can’t praise them enough. Layla will really miss them. Thank you for making her holiday
Another great thing about this hotel is that there is always plenty of of beds round the pool, so no hurrying down early in the morning & the hotel have the first 5 rows of the beds on beach. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the main square & the pier for the sea taxi. Close to the little train stop for Nessebar.
We can’t wait to return, gutted we had to leave. Take a chance on this hotel, you won’t be disappointed

There is a large selection. Chef present to cook omelettes and pancakes. Mixture of foods. No bacon but a kind of cooked ham. Good selection of cheeses etc. Limited fruit selection usually plenty of watermelon though.
