Lovely hotel, wonderful setting and all the staff I’ve encountered so far are great. However…whilst I didn’t pay loads to come here, I paid the exact same price for me and my toddler daughter as the adult couple we travelled with for us to be put in a room we can barely move in while our friends, who paid the same, get a very spacious one bedroom apartment. All I asked for was a chair on the balcony so I could sit comfortably while my daughter settled down for the night and that’s been ignored. Needless to say had we been treated equally in the first instance I would not have needed to ask for a chair. Very Disappointed to find I pay full price for a child to be treated like a single traveller.

The hotel does not meet 4 stars! We went on holidays on 04/23/22. We were accommodated in a dirty and cold room. It turned out that the heating system was not working. I wanted to be moved to another room. Lots of nerves and quarrels. In the end, nothing! Ultra All inclusive does not correspond to what is described on their website. The food is not good.

The first thing we noticed entering the hotel is how friendly the staff is. We booked one night on the 6th floor, which had gorgeous views of the Black Sea and Nesebar. The room was simple but HUGE, the bathroom had a walk-in shower AND a bath, 2 TVs, a sofa, a desk, a large closet, mini-fridge, and extremely comfortable beds. The snack selection was small (maybe because it was slow season); open-faced sandwiches, a few fruits, sweet pastries, and ice cream. The dinner, on the other hand, was AMAZING, better than a lot of restaurants in Sunny Beach! Large selection of salads, a variety of bread and dinner rolls, oven-roasted potatoes and countless other sides, fresh grilled veggies, and succulent chicken skewers grilled right in front of you. Lots of desserts to choose from. Again, the staff was so nice and friendly! The location is great, right on the beach and on the downtown boardwalk.

Don’t ever stay here. The scruffs drank my Fanta out of my fridge and had the cheek to steal money when me and my mates were having a drink. The ultra all inclusive package should be re named and called The ultra all inclusive theft package. The vodka is £5 a litre and they serve it to you with ice cubes with are made from their tap water. The food is terrible I think the chef was drunk or high on Charlie. I would never stay here again or even come to Sunny Beach again. If you want to be robbed then please go the the Blue Pearl hotel! 😁

If you want to stay at a hotel that offers ULTRA all inclusive stay away from here, the food is pretty terrible, I've never ben served an egg with a runny yolk but rock hard on top, they put premium spirits on the shelf and tell you you can't have them, they then proceed to serve you with £5 a litre paint stripper, the cleaners over our 4 days took £100 out of my bag and £50 from my friend, swapped mine and my friends passports in different rooms and different bags, took sweets, drinks from our room, never actually cleaned the room just went in to take things I think, the hotel also has a serious problem with seagulls and the staff are happy to stand there and watch people feeding them in the restaurant and jumping on peoples tables, they swim and poo in the swimming pool all day, everything around the hotel is derelict and looks to have been for a good while.

I have been to this hotel last week (Aug 17-20). Wee were 4 adults and 1 child. We arrived earlier than the check in hour but we have been offered the card to the room at 14, which was the starting hour for check in. Only the receptionist and us were wearing a mask. All the guests in there weren't. The receptionist informed us that thy do not have a parking space at their hotel but thy can help us with a car parking space at another hotel. Our apartment was at the 7th level. What can i say about thee room? Quite big, and clean, small balconies. The beds were ok, but you could not sleep on the couch. It was too heavy for the people with back problems. The 2 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom (which is a minus). The ladies that clean the room entered the room while i was in the shower and my kid was in a room. She came to me saying that 2 ladies are in there. They didn't seem bothered by me leaving the bathroom without clothes telling me not to worry. The sheets and the towels were very clean. Even though there were dispensers with desinfectant everywhere they were always empty. The toilets in the hotel (the on in the hall was stinking literally; the other one, near the restaurant had hand sanitizer only once. In the restaurant, only very few waiters were wearing a mask. The space to take the meal outside was small and people had to eat within the restaurant. I do not see why under the coronavirus situation, you could not take the food into your room and eat there without being exposed. The food was indeed very good. I have been to Bulgaria 3 times during the summer and it was the first time I could eat their food. The chef was indeed very good. The beach bar (taking into consideration the Ultra All Inclusive) was very poor. Sandwiches, French Fries, nuggets, pizza. The ice cream was not so good as in the restaurant. The drinks let's say they were ok. The fruits there were only apples and seen twice some plums. The bar inside the hotel was closed during our stay. There you could find very nice drinks but didn't have access to it. The water from the swimming pool was cold for kids. The sunbeds and the sun umbrellas were ok, but the hotel did not offer you towels as I know other hotels offer to go to the beach, They gave us a card to buy towels if we want to have. My dad asked for water in the room but he was denied by the cleaning ladies. So for an Ultra All Inclusive experience...I do not recommend.

Our stay at Blue Perl hotel in Sunny Beach was amazing. The hotel is located just in front of the beach and offers free umbrellas and sunbeds. The breakfast was really good and delicious. We didn’t have all inclusive package but I am sure the lunch and dinner were also very good. I liked very much the possibility to use the garage of the hotel as parking on the street is very difficult. I would like to thank to the management of the hotel for the excellent service and attention which they are paying to every guest. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

I have been with my family at Sunny beach and for the first time visited this hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice! I had booked 2 bedroom apartment and the view was stunning! The hotel is located at the very sand and the feeling to stay at the beach is amazing! Very nice international cuisine served at the buffet station with a lot of desserts - some of them in typical local style. Hygiene was at high level at all time and we felt at all time safe.

Pool, food, icecream, coctails was perfect. Every day they clean our room even put nicely our clothes if there were not on right place. The best all inclusive we ever had. Thank you again, and see you next year
