Amazing hotel with beautiful views and lovely facilities. We paid for the preferred club and this meant we had a separate restaurant for breakfast, which was quieter than the main one. Maid was brilliant and our room was always clean and the minibar was restocked daily. Bottled water supplied daily and internet tv in the room allowed us to access our own netflix and prime accounts.

Food was nice but after 5 days we felt it had become a bit repetitive. Just a few tweaks here and there would make a big difference.

Pool areas were lovely and never struggled to get a sunbed, even wandering down at 11 o clock. The “wasps” mentioned in other reviews were more like bees and never caused us issues, just need to make sure you put cups in the bin when you are done with them. Pools are cold but once you got in they were lovely, clean and really refreshing.

Already missing the beautiful views and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

We have been to sunny beach before and this hotel is not in sunny beach. It is round the cove from the main resort and this gives it a lovely peaceful setting, with the shops still in walking distance.

Overall good hotel, very clean but some issues regarding staff attitude & entertainment. If you are looking to book this hotel wait until it is fully open, as not a lot of entertainment & some areas closed! We upgraded to preferred club deluxe room. There was no difference apart from we got a beach bag & a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. The preferred club was not monitored, anyone could access the area and use the room. When we have booked the preferred club with other hotel chains you get alcohol(spirits, soft drinks, teas, coffees and snacks in the lounge to help yourself to, this didn't happen here, it was very limited. NO SNACKS & no spirits. The rooms & hotel were very clean. Our room was a great size, shower & toilet were also very good, we were meant to have a full mini bar, this was only ever refilled with bottles of water. The hotel had 3 speciality restaurant's, we only seen two opened, we could only get booked into 1, as it was supposedly fully booked but every night we passed to got to the buffet it was always empty, the Asian restaurant was very good. We were told download the app to book & order things, still couldn't get booked & still waiting on extra towels etc lol. The app was also meant to keep you informed of the entertainment & opening times of the bars & restaurants, this was also not worth doing as some of the bars were never open ie sports bar was meant to be open every night, when it did open there was only ever football on the TV, instead of the advertised Karaoke. The Reception staff & lobby bar staff were amazing even when we complained about the white Bacardi not being the real thing they made sure we got the real stuff that they put under the bar for us lol. The pool bar staff were very rude apart from 1 guy (didn't get his name) you would ask for something from the bar drinks menu they would just say not got it, no smile, maybe expected to get a tip but we only tip when we get good service, we don't tip to get good service. It was really weird how it was mostly only the pool bar staff were like this, all the other staff from the cleaners to security staff were all really nice. The food was ok always something you could find to eat, the pizza & pasta was really good. Overall we had a good holiday as we made our own entertainment, if to go again would go later in the year, hopefully they up the entrainment and sort out the preferred club situation as paying extra for something that everyone can access is not good.

Good points: Lovely rooms, clean pools and no race to get sun loungers at 5am, we just rocked up at 10am with plenty of choice/ good wine selection/ fabulous beach with lots of action- parasailing, banana boats etc at additional high cost but I would NOT return and here is why: We are a family of 5 so paid a fair price to go here having experienced Dreams in Mexico - this was NOTHING like it. 1. Nearly all staff we encountered within the hotel were incredibly rude ( exemption being the few who run the water zorbing every evening at additional cost) and so were the majority of holiday guests from surrounding countries. We were often told NO we can’t sit at that table despite booking and then reminded we have a 45min slot to eat and get out. I also had a red wine slammed down in front of me at the bar and when I said I had asked for white wine I was told “YOU DID NOT” in frankly a very loud, aggressive tone. 2. NO my 13 year old can’t do water polo it’s adults only (nothing for his age!) 3. There are not enough lifts, we would regularly wait 5 mins plus for a lift only for other use guests to push in front (once knocking over my 5 year old daughter) then when you are in the lift and you think it’s full, at least 4 more people would push there way in- never a comfortable experience! 4. The majority of food is bland (or mixed with cinnamon or curry powder including the sushi?) the pizza and burgers at the pool restaurant were amazing though and fuelled our week there! 5. You have to book restaurants 48 hours in advance on the app which would have been good to know before arriving for 7 days! 6. The music by the pool was very random, mostly heavy metal or something as equally not in sink with the general vibe! 7. Our mini bar was never restocked, we would ask daily several times and in total we managed 3 times out of 7 nights as very few staff actually speak English. 8. We were preferred guests which literally means nothing at this hotel except you get orange instead of brown towels. Nothing is managed so despite separate pool areas to sit, everyone sits anywhere. You do get to eat breakfast at the slightly calmer restaurant next door to the main buffet hall but that is the only thing! If these points don’t put you off, do make a trip to Nessebar it’s stunning and worth an evening visit and dinner out. Different shops to the main strip and relatively cheap, this was my favourite evening as away from the hotel!

Paid a lot of money for proffered experience. All you get is one tin of beer, coke , sprite and Fanta per day in your room fridge. A preferred room downstairs full of cake, beer and soft drinks, nothing savoury. Restaurant space where you help yourself like all guests. And a pool area that is a further walk to the bar. App was down so had to go to restaurant at 8am to book specialised restaurants. Tina the guest relations lady booked them for us, kind helpful lady. The restaurants were awful. Beds had quilt thrown on the beds for you to make them yourself. Bar staff mainly rude, leaving in droves, asked one good one why was he going, he said the list is too long. They gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Hotel was very clean even though the cleaning staff spent a lot of time in the cleaning cupboard. In the room tea, coffee was limited, no water on arriving. Iron was useless. Premium drinks were available to everyone. Entertainment was the amination team every night, nothing professional so spent some nights sat on the balcony listening to the sound of a rusty child’s swinging noise all night which was apparently to keep the birds away. From day 4 ate out all the time. People who went to stay in the hotel for the two weeks around the pool seemed happiest. The only gift in the hotel is Tina who is the only person who try’s to protect the hotel’s reputation. Go here if it’s cheap, don’t go £1000 pounds more, you get nothing.

We went for a ten day family holiday , rooms amazing, pools fantastic and sunbeds great easy to get one food hit/ miss acsess to beach very good and the strip was only about a ten minute walk x
Bad side food sometimes not cooked properly so check it , apart from two waitress and the gardener and the lady who spoke to us on day we were leaving the rest of the staff were very unhelpful not friendly. Rooms cleaned every day but bed only changed once . One of our members of the party slipped on food from the night before which had not been cleaned up properly not one member of staff came over to make sure she was ok. We asked to speak to a manager we’re told 9 o’clock knowing we were leaving 8.55 filled out a complaint form

I don’t normally do reviews but after reading the shocking ones before coming I’d thought I’d give my honest opinion. At one point I nearly cancelled the holiday reading them but thought “No, I’ll give it a go”. The resort itself is situated between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas and to be honest if I was staying in the Sunny Beach bit I’d be writing a different review. The resort has its own private area partnering Secrets next door. You don’t have wristbands just a key card to show the security (if they are there?) so that’s a concern. The room itself we got was a double room with a sea view (don’t bother upgrading because you have to look over trees to see the sea) When I went to see and question this the language barrier was a struggle. But the room was brilliant to be honest, large TV, fridge that got stocked up every day. One point I had 2 beers, Coke, Fanta, 2 tonics and 2 Gins. The Staff are brilliant apart from a couple of bar staff. But the cleaning staff are always cleaning. Food, very disappointed with the Asian because it was the only under cooked meal we found. It was very busy the week we stayed and what looked like a lot of Romanians staying who are very rude and push in front of you in the restaurant. And also take glasses and bottles of wine to the pool area. Reported this and nothing done about it. Would I come again? No but the hotel does get a 4 but Bulgaria would get a 1.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, walking to the center takes about 30

We found most of the staff courteous and more than happy to help. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful especially if we needed more items in our room. Reception staff also good and nothing too much trouble.
Restaurant staff the same really helpful.
Some of the bar staff seemed less than enthusiastic but possibly due to the long hours they work.

The facilities were good but we found the swimming pools too cold to enjoy the sea was warmer. Not many people used the pools. Some floor tiles near the pool areas raised or broken hopefully these get repaired soon.

The food on offer was plentiful ,the salads and fruit selection really good. Plenty of choice at every meal time.
We missed the 1st evening meal due to flight been delayed and had sandwiches from the coffee shop area. Not great the bread was very dry possibly been stored all day in the fridge area.

Our room size was great over looking the pools, gardens and sea. Sunny Beach at night was very well lit up and this hotel is within easy reach of Sunny Beach with bus stops close by.

The downside in the room which affected our sleep, noisy air-conditioning, plastic covered pillows and mattress protector plastic as well.
Man made quilt meant it was uncomfortable to sleep well.
The sheets and pillow cases were OK but using plastic protection on the bed and pillows were not good. That is the main reason for the low score on our review

Rooms
Great sized bedroom, lovely shower good water pressure

Easy to get to the beach if able bodied but there are lots of steps. Can walk to Sunny Beach or centre of St.Vlas on the main roads approx 30 minutes each way to both areas.

Myself, the husband, and our son aged 11 came here for a week, we are on the last day now. I dont normally leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. We were a little worried as people had reviewed the food as bad and undercooked, but we have found no issues. We tried 3 a la carte restaurants. The best for us was tides and Sofia Bulgarian which was very nice and had the best lamb I have tasted. My son is a massive foody and tired the chicken (checked by me of course) and no issues at all. Massive selection of food and a few different places to have breakfast. The hotel staff deserve credit as it is clean throughout the hotel and its massive. They clear plates after eating very fast but if you are heading up for another portion this is ideal. Bottles of wine, beer, pop, and water in fridges to help yourself to at meal times are a plus. Ample space around the pools, loads of loungers free. Great you get free towels. Swim up bar is fab Fridge in rooms which are stocked daily. Water available in litre bottles on reception if needed. Weather has been over 30 and we had an amazing thunder storm. The beach is a stone throw away and loungers available for free. Overall we have agreed to come back. My only down side was we had 2 chairs on the balcony and there are 3 of us here! Brilliant hotel and holiday

Pleasantly pleased overall with facilities and location.
Booking in very quick as was booking out. One thing that impressed us was huge shower room and toilet facility to use before leaving when you had late evening departure. Although we vacated our room at 11am, bags were taken to a big store room and reception told us to enjoy facilities, food and drinks til we departed. If you wanted, you could take some food in a container which was provided no charge! There was 6x clean showers with dressing area in gents with similar in ladies.
Food was a good mix every day, plenty of salad and fruit. Main courses had daily choices from Beef, Salmon, Lamb, Chicken, etc and many other self serve dishes. Fresh bread/rolls and soups. Starters were amazing as were desserts with unlimited ice cream
Soft drinks, wine, beer, coffee on tap to serve yourself.
Room are very big, toilet and shower are huge and have large tv and mini bar, good size balcony with chairs & table, drying rack in corner.
Choice of various pools with main ones having a bar adjacent or not far away. Again soft drinks, beer, wine etc on tap to help yourself or cocktails made for you at bars.
Overall, offering much better than expected. Only niggle was, although room was cleaned and bed made every day and mini bar usually filled, we always had to ask for water of all things. This freely available at reception or any bar though!

The food was awful( Fried, fried, fried..fat..very fat... not fresh sometimes. Breakfasts were all the same, the pastry was disgusting. The service was poor, especially at the restaurants, even thought I payed for Preferred club. Please pay attention to the staff, they are not mature and professional! They swear, giggle and speak too loudly thinking that no one can understand them.. The beach was the weakest point.. you will not find a single place there on that tiny-tiny beach with dirty sunbeds. There was nobody form the hotel who could take care of the conflicts at the beach. I know that a lot of people were furious about it. All the sunbeds are takes by the towels from 6 a.m. and then people fight to find a place. It was a real disappointment for me staying at your hotel. Pay attention to the staff, you can't simply afford having such not professional people at the reception and in the restaurant. The cleaning ladies were friendly. The 2 room apartment was spacious and very cozy. The only thing is that the air conditioning didn't work properly. The bedroom had no AC at all, we couldn't sleep because of the heat.

Pools are not heated. We used them last week of May & first week of June and air temps were between 23-27 degrees so dips ere enjoyable. Food was excellent, stayed 10 nights and enjoyed everything. The Apertiser Bar was fab. Their season ends at the end of which suggests the temperatures may be on the downward route.
