We booked to stay here bed and breakfast but on our first morning there we walked into the dining room and walked straight back out. There were very few options, some of which were various fruit items that looked like they'd been left out a little too long. The staff were very rude, on the first night we went out and came back late the lady on reception yelled at me for not leaving my key with reception. I had previously been told this was optional. The bedding wasnt changed all week and some days we were given 1 toilet roll between 3 people. The towels are supposed to be changed every 3 days but we had to request that they were changed the second time around. There were other times where reception staff reprimanded us for 'being noisy' however there were other people in the hotel who were a lot louder than we were at silly hours in the morning and nothing was done. Even on checking out the lady on reception didn't acknowledge me. She took the key and the remote and proceeded to pick up the phone. I definitely will not be returning here. …

We stayed in this hotel in July of this year for 4 week's, the woman manager was an ignorant pig other staff were friendly. Our room was clean fresh towels every 3days, pool was very small, our waitress and bartender and waiter were really friendly always talking with us having a laugh.we are going back to this hotel next year again. Our grandchildren had the pool to themselves as it wasn't used much, didn't like the fact a couple came into the pool and cleaned the sand off their feet FILTHY when people do use the pool

+ clean, easy to reach, comfortable beds - noisy area, very small pool, poor breakfast, paid wifi, paid parking place, very rude staff, not helpfull, didn't speak english, the receptionists blocked our car by parking their personal cars behind ours and were annoyed when we asked for their help, so we could leave. Unacceptable behavior !

I stayed in this hotel 10 nights. Hotel has amazing position, close to the beach, with amazing view and nice rooms. Its close to the centre of the Sunny Beach. Breakfast cost 6 leva p.p., dinner 12 leva p.p. We had breakfast only as in Sunny Beach you can eat so cheap and you can order what you want. Breakfast was ok, 3 kind of fruits, eggs, salami, ham, margarine (no butter), french toast, pastries, bread. Be careful with shopska salad, they mix freshly cutted with leftover from dinner, I really didnt like some leftovers which they put from last night like spaghetti or liver :( last day we couldn't go for breakfast, our flight was too early so they prepared to go breakfast for us, im not recommending it as there was old fruits and veg and old sandwich inside. Housekeeping lady came every day, she changed towels every 3 days and every 7 days she changed bedsheets. What I saw first time in any hotel was there was fine for everything...you forget to close balcony door, you dont leave your card in front desk when you go out, you put your feets on table in lobby..I was so many times stressed about those things especially about forgetting card in my pocket while I go to the beach. You cant bring any food to your room because it will be confiscated :( there is charge 2,5 euro/day for using fridge (I dont understand this, if you cant bring any food to your room). But when I look back, we had nice stay in this hotel…

The first time I stayed there it was 2 years ago and i really liked it. However, this year I saw some problems ...the breakfast was not that good, one morning I even saw and old piece of bread. Not big deal, but the most important problem was that I saw a manager (I think she was the manager) being rude and yell at guests!! Whatever they have done it is very unprofesional to do that and in front of other guests!! The wi-fi is payable for the rooms and only free at the lobby. Overall the place is good, there are only a little changes to be made so that it becomes excellent!

if it was a more kind and helpfull stuff (Some bulgarian are very rude with clients), working for the needs of their clients. Room cleaning is really summary, morning breakfast is really economic. No bread toaster... The room are quiet ok, but about the cleaning I would not mind to over clean the toilet (never know who seat there before and if they disinfect it after the change!). Towel change is every 3 days. If You have the sea side room remember that is a open discotheque all day long (after 11pm it stop !) so loud sound no relaxing, just dance for free on your terrace.

I've spent 2 weeks in this hotel, in august 2014. My general opinion is positive. With my fiancee we received a room on first floor with sea view. This hotel is very close to the beach, you can feel sea breeze sitting on the balcony. City center is close as well, but I find it too loud and too croudy. We prefered to spend time in beach bars next to our hotel (Guava Beach Bar ex.). In every plance on Sunny Beach music is loud and there is very noisy, so if somebody do not like this it is not recommended to go there :) For us it was great, party every day. During night, after midnight it was more quiet so we had no problems with sleep with widows closed. This hotel has small swimming pool, but there is no problem with finding a deckchair. After 4p.m. there is a shadow on all swimming pool. The room was clean and good quality. The only minus of this hotel it's food. We had option BB, and we thank good that we haven't had pay for dinners, because the quality of food was very poor. A lot of food but everything looked like from previous day or sth the cheapest in Bulgaria. A lot of disgusting things with no taste, blaaah. In conclusion, I reccomend this hotel for party people :)…

Not even close to a 3 star hotel...let's say 2 stars, at most. Very hard to find it from the main road, no signs, no help. Very small parking, straight from arrival, you will need to pay 10 leva per day or we don't care. The check-in took about 20 minutes with a very inexperienced receptionist, lacking on communication, being attracted by other things than serving us. Room was ok in terms of size, but very, very poor in terms of proper closing the balcony door, beds were awfully hard and there is no carpet on the floor, there are tiles and beds have plastic wheels...sliding all over the room. AC from the room is very loud. Breakfast was the same in all 6 days i stayed there, the same menu, the same food being very poor. Stayed for 6 nights and not once we have had the sheets changed. they only changed the towels once with some stained ones (when we left, they accused us of staining the towels. VERY VERY loud area and loud hotel. Even on the 4th floor is like having a club on the balcony.…

Last summer I spent there 2 weeks and it was amazing ! The staff is nice, there is a good breakfast and the most wonderful part is the hotel's proximity to the beach ! I had a room facing the sea and every morning it was amazing to wake up to this perfect view of the beach, the sea, Sunny beach and the old town of Nessebar ! I reccomend it if you want a clean,small hotel, which is minute away from the sand ! There are also very nice restaurants and bars around. Did I mention the swimming pool and the supermarket (which I think was a 24/7) ?
