Amazing hotel, staff is really great, especially in the restaurant, food is great and there is a pretty big variety. Wine, red and white and beer are pretty basic but you can drink as much as u’d like. The rooms are nice, pretty clean with AC. We really liked it, been there twice.

The hotel was wonderful! All of my family loved it. The stuff was really helpful and kind. In the rooms the beds were comfortable. The food was pretty varied and delicious. The beach is near and very beautiful. We’re definitely going back the next summer!

12 of us stayed in the Pliska for a week in July 2012. All our rooms were together and very clean. The pool area was big, by the time we got to the pool all the loungers were taken but we would sit by the bar and leave our things there. We got to know the bar staff and they looked after us. The only problem was the hotel were very noise sensitive and we were a group of 8men and 4woman, drinking every night, I wouldnt say we ran riot but drink+a large group will always be louder than a couple or a family. The porter would hush us even if we were just talking which got frustrating. It is in an ideal location. I would recommend this hotel for a group of people. I wouldn't recommend Sunny Beach for a couple or a family, it was sleazy and unsafe at times, as there were twice as many men on our holiday we didnt need to worry.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean andthe towels were changed almost daily. The hotel is not particularly suitable for Brits as it is aimed mainly at Russians, Poles, Swedish and similar nationalities. Breakfast was buffet style but nothing remotely english about it! Not very nice. Despitethe hotel being described as having a swimming pool, this is a shared pool with other hotels and whenthe sun was shining, most ofthe poolside beds were reserved well before 8am! There was info available for most nationalities but again nothing for Brits so had to contact the rep, nice guy but not much help!!

We have been to Sunny Beach at Pliska between 22.07 and 2.08. Hotel is really nice with really good breakfast. The staff is really nice and helpful. In my opinion there was 2 problems. One with cleaning. Nobody changed our bedclothes. We stayed there nearly 2 weeks!. Second problem was with dinners. The dinners were given between 5 PM and 8 PM. You must be at 5! Later all plates were empty. It's not such a big problem because there are a lot of bars and restaurants with really good and cheap food. To sum up, Pliska is very nice hotel and I would go there next year.

We have been to Sunny Beach at Pliska in Aug 12, we`ve chosen this hotel, due to location and features of this resort ( very long beach with many tavernas, restaurants? discos and so on) Unfortunately every breakfast everybody rise up (does n`t matter at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30) and go to the restaurant, but restaurant with terrace very small, and people always stand in the line to a coffee machine or smorgasbord ((( Location of this hotel is very advantageous (in the middle of the long sunny beach and near the seaside). This Hotel may have 3 stars, but very poor restaurant (small place, unclean and time-worn tableware and lazy stuff), the same problem with bedclothes... But Hotel after reconstruction and looks nice inside room...

A truly unpleasant experience for my family - Noisy sub-mediocre accommodation, an unbelievably rude and thuggish staff, terrible food, and totally weird, non-customer friendly rules and limitations. In all my travels, I have never been treated so badly by hotel staff.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment and repair. It does not have the facilities to cope with the amount of guests it accomodates hence 15 minute queues for your meals and food mostly cold when you eventually get there. Rude unhelpful staff. Badly lit corridors. The maid service was the only good point. A hotel to avoid if you can!!!!
