This hotel is lacking in a lot of areas! I’ve just spent 1 week here with my family and it’s safe to say we won’t return. Pros- ~Pool areas were nice and well kept ~kids enjoyed the aqua park ~Plenty sun beds ~Room was good size ~Food was ok ~animation team were good ~foam party was fun
Cons- ~only 1 working on the pool bar at any time ~only 1 cooking on the snack bar (45 min wait 1 day) ~no tables to sit and watch the entertainment ~not enough tables etc in general (in the evening) ~food at meal times would run out, at times be completely finished. Also food poorly labelled ~never enough crockery and cutlery ~pool table is 4 lev a token and didn’t work most of the time (got money back in the end) ~tv didn’t work (not that we would watch anyway) ~poor WiFi ~”shuttle bus” was an old van that sat 8 people max and does only 1 run every hour on the hour 10am - 5pm. Absolutely pointless when there’s a queue! ~ some staff rude and looked miserable ~ no vanilla ice cream in the machine at all ~ the fruit and sweet selection was very, very poor They need to rethink the entertainment area and distribute staff from the dining room to the bar and snack bar to help (not just stand at the gate) Overall for the size of the hotel they’re not equipped to cope with high numbers.

Have been in the hotel for 2 weeks now, and it is very much a mixed review! When we first arrive was pleasantly surprise at how nice the room was - we stayed in Tarsis nova B. The rooms were not cleaned as it states in the details the hotel provided however when I bought this up with the rep they were done. I had an accident in the restaurant as there was no wet floor sign, I skidded across and fell. I bought this up with the rep who spoke to the hotel management and there have been wet floor signs out out now. The food has been a little disappointing (I hate writing negative reviews) some of the food coming off the grill wasn't cooked, I have spent a chunk of the holiday eating vegetarian so not to risk eating something under cooked. There was however always something I would eat. The pools are lovely and kept clean, always someone waking around cleaning up. The shuttle to the beach was great, however you can only fit 8 so if there is a queue, your not getting on it and it only runs ever hour. The animation team were really lovely, always tried hard to get people involved and were great with the kids. The mini disco is very repetitive, same songs and dances and the adult entertainment is not the best but I don't think this is down to the animation team and more restrictions on them. We did find it a little hard the distance from the main centre however you can get a bus for 2 leva if you don't mind being a little squashed. We did 3 excursions, all were amazing, we did Khan's tent, captain Jack and Go trabi go which were reasonably priced and very enjoyable, I would recommend these to anyone staying in sunny beach. Over all we have had an enjoyable holiday, I do think it could have been better in some areas. I dont think I would return to this hotel unfortunately - this is down to the food and location away for the main centre.

The animation team is literally the best. I am 18, but I went with my parents grandma and younger siblings, and there was almost always something for us to do with the animation group. I loved waterpolo and the Karaoke the most, but they did quizzes, discos and aerobics too, so that everyone could enjoy something. They got involved too, so you never felt alone. I was taught many dances by them, which is good because I can’t dance. They are right next to the water park too so when they aren’t open you can go down the slides (which are also really fun). There was a wide range of food, I though the doughnuts at breakfast were really delicious, and I enjoyed the cherry soda and I would have liked a lime flavour, but I enjoyed the ones already there. The snack bar is good too. I also thought the air con was really powerful, which was nice in the heat. There were a few issues with the rooms, such as the hot water didn’t work in one of the rooms we had, and in the other a socket fell out of the wall, but we raised both issues with the reception as we noticed them. The animation team were excellent though, I would totally recommend.

We lived in Tarsis from August 20 to August 29, 2023, after which I categorically do not recommend Tarsis for a vacation to anyone!
We were here two years ago, immediately after the ban was lifted after the pandemic, and were very pleased, so we decided to come back again. Apparently over these two years there have been more tourists and the management (represented by administrator Polina) decided not to care about their guests.
The rooms are in disgusting condition. Cleaning a room means taking out the trash and adding a roll of toilet paper. Oh yes, sometimes they also made the bed (casually, it was better not to touch it at all). The towels were changed on the second day of our stay (why?) and were not changed again.
There are no particular complaints about the variety of food, you could find something to eat, but that’s the taste. All the food is bland, without much taste. The plates are very, very dirty with food leftovers and a lot of chips. The dishes were cleared from the table on time after meals, but I never saw the tables being wiped down. Even in the morning, at the very beginning of breakfast, the floor, tables and even chairs were very dirty, covered in food debris.
It is worth noting the snack bar separately. For a couple of days we only had lunch there (despite the fact that there was only fast food and some vegetables), maybe. This was the only place where they monitored cleanliness.
Most of the working staff were polite, but the same could not be said about the reception desk. I have never encountered such a boorish attitude as that of administrator Polina anywhere before. I attach a photo of the room for clarity (room on the first floor, B5). After quarrels with Polina, the tour operator and the travel agent, they finally changed the room to a “slightly cleaner” one that does not go into the most trafficked area, where, among other things, all hotel guests smoke. Although Polina claimed that in 6 years of her work we are the first to complain about such a wonderful room.
In general, the weather and the sea saved our holiday, but we will never come again and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone. By the way, during our stay we heard several more situations of indignation from guests about the rooms, but alas, the majority silently live in this filth. By the way, this year the contingent was appropriate, but none of the staff made any comments to people touching/tasting the food on the buffet or to those who carried food and drinks out of the restaurant with bags.

Avoid this hotel at all costs we’ve been here since the 20th I’ve put off writing this review but it’s been one thing after another. Firstly on arrival we were left waiting after paying thousands to be tome they don’t have our booking, therefor never has a room available the staff were so rude but later after wispering agreed we had a room. Since the 20th our beds gave not been changed I’ve requested the aircon to be fixed to be told numerous times it has been, well it hasn’t. We have had to request fresh towels and are still waiting I cannot believe I am having to use the washing machine in our room to wash the hotels towels. Also we are told not to flush toilet paper down the toilet n use the bin which we are having to empty ourselves, I’ve not seen a single maid, also having to ask for toilet paper. As for the food it’s just awful meat isn’t cooked they do not cater for children and as for the two ladies behind the snack bar they are by far the rudest staff I have ever come across on a hotel one of them aggressively through a chicken wrap because my nephew asked for it plain o could go on even the drinks other then soft drinks are awful the only thing I cannot complain about is the room n the slides got the kids but we cannot eat in the hotel the kitchen is filthy

Not a hotel for English to visit ,one rule for us a better rule for the foreigners, in the whole 2weeks there the room was not cleaned once the beds where only changed 1 time during the visit, you woke up with bites all over you so proves there’s something in the mattresses through the rooms not getting cleaned, you literally had to ask for toilet roll. As we went as a family of 10 which 5 was kids we was all inclusive but had no access to entertainment, snacks, or the water park unless we paid each day which is totally disgusting as we should’ve had the option so basically wasn’t really all inclusive the meals where horrid and not one meal was hot the staff are totally rude and ignorant they just barge you out of the way definitely not a 4 star, if your thinking of booking here take note of the bad reviews as they are true. I never write reviews, but I've decided now. You want to throw money away, go to Tarsis. The food is terrible, but it is the most tolerable, cleaning every four days, there is no baby for the pool, and the rooms are changed once every four days, if you want earlier it is 20 leva. If you are a family of 4 , you will not be able to bathe all (not enough hot water). All inclusive it's not. Things to do for children are paid for, and the norms are worth it, such as jumping on an inflatable mattress 10 leva in 15 minutes, running inside a ball 20 leva in 15 minutes. If you want a coke in a can of 5 leva, beer in a bottle of 7 leva. Just a quiet horror.

Sunny beach was great... we never had a bad meal and the beach was stunning!
The animation team at this hotel saved our holiday! The 4 of them are brilliant and brought so much joy to our days. They try there best and they do a good job at entertaining the adults and the children during the days. The pools are good and clean and there is plenty of sun loungers. The foam party was fun and we loved the daily water polo and other activities.
However....... The food is absolutely terrible. There was very limited options and things like pasta for breakfast. The snack bar in the aqua park was decent, thankfully for lunch! The guy in there worked daily making us all something normal. The chicken kebabs were delicious.
The rooms were a good size, however they were not cleaned and our beds were only changed the day before we left and we had the our towels changed once in the week.
All the other staff are so rude, they look like they can't be bothered every single day. They sigh and huff if you ask for a drink!
There is a very limited drinks option and it was all disgusting. The juice was flat most days and the alcohol was vile! The night entertainment is non existent.
We had to eat out every single night and most mornings and none of us are fussy but we still couldn't find anything decent to eat in the restaurant.
It is also not 10mins to the beach it's is a good journey in a taxi to get to the beach and the centre of sunny beach.
It could be such a good hotel but it's a 1 star for me!
It's also does not have SPA facilities like it says online!!!

Unfortunatelly the room was not the one we have booked. It was a huge difference between reality and pictures. There was also dust on the fridge and the room was not that clean. You could’ve see a lot of dirty marks on the walls and dirty spots on the pillows they have left in the wardrobe. The bed sheets and towels were different and of poor quality. After the room dissapointment we found out that there was nothing in the minibar, even if they call it a four stars hotel. Also, there was no option to have a coffee in your room because room service is not available also. We had an all inclusive package and I must say the food they ar serving does not look like what they are promoting at all. There were not a lot of options. They have divided the restaurant in three banks, one with salads and fruits, one with some meat and the other one with grilled or fried stuff. After the first dinner we asked a lady to offer us two empty glasses for wine because we wanted to have them in our room. That was not possible as well because as they say, it is the hotel’s policy. In my oppinion, if you choose a four stars hotel, you don’t want to drink wine from plastic glasses. We have contacted the hotel manager and the next day we had a chat with her. I must say she is a really nice person and she asked us to give a chance to the hotel. Meanwhile she sent some bottles of water and instant coffee in our room. We did what she asked and we gave a chance to the hotel but unfortunatelly I must say it is the wora experience I have ever had in a hotel and with an all inclusive service. For us afterwall it was a nice vacation but we had most of the meals out of the hotel. If you are a family with children I do not reccomend. You’ll have your children starving because that food looks terrible. Also if you want to have a croissant in the morning I bet you should be there 10 minutes before they open because we had two breakfasts there and we couldn’t have a croissaint.
I loved the swimming pool area and the outdoor location. There are two swimming pools and it won’t feel crowded. Also in the pool area there’s the bar where you’ll find an amazing lady serving your drinks.

The hotel is a good walk to the beach, about 15 minutes. Around the hotel there are a variety of shops.
We had an upgradedapartment which had a sofa bed and kitchenette.

Our kids were 5 and 6 and they enjoyed it. The best part about the hotel is actually the animation team. They worked tirelessly throughout the week yo keep the kids and adults entertained. Pity the same couldn't be said for the bar staff especially the girl at the pool bar who was even mean to the kids. Hopefully you will have a good team and she will be gone from the bar. There's a good day out to the water park and the beach is easy to get to. Enjoy

No idea a out the bedrooms as we had a double with extra bed in the same room the only thing we found difficult was there did t seem to be enough storage in our room. It was clean and the bathroom was lovely,although I dont think theres enough hot water to have long showers ( heard other guests mentioning this.) .but for me the clue is in the word SHOWER LOL.Lilos are not allowed in either of the pools. The only thing the lifeguards seemed to let pass where swim aids of all sorts. Hope this helps. A more questions please feel free to ask.

On site we have 1 lobby bar which is on inclusive during the main courses,rest of the time is paid only&pool bar which is all inclusive from 10:00-23:00pm ,there also selling cocktail,soft drinks,selected alcohol etc.
