Lovely rooms and fabulous Staff Loved the pool towels with the card to take back when needed Also go to the Beach and they will refund for the sunbed and parasol ( fabulous idea) Nico Addie and Julia at the Cake cafe where brilliant Food and drinks were a bit hit and miss
Hotel in good location right on the beach but was so noisy with loud music all day long from the bar opposite. Food was very good but staff were all very miserable and not friendly at all . There was also no where inside hotel where you could sit and have a drink all the bars were outside . Unfortunately the weather was really cold at night so it would have been better to be able to sit somewhere inside hotel and have a drink . Overall very disappointed
The hotel is located on the beach (between the beach and the hotel is the pedestrian area), in front of the hotel being both the sunbeds and umbrellas (for a fee) and the free area. The beach is clean with fine sand, water without stones. The rooms are spacious, clean, besides the beds they had a sofa. It was cleaned daily, the bed sheets being changed every 2-3 days. The food was good, even the most demanding people had something to eat, you always found something to like. Near the pool bar there is a food corner where they were served throughout the day: kebabs, salads, hotdogs, burgers, etc. In a 6 night stay there were 3 themed evenings: Bulgarian, Mediterranean and Mexican, which served specific food and drink. The hotel has 2 bars on both sides of the pool (10.30-23.00) and 2 other restaurants (a-la-carte). The hotel is nice but big enough so the elevators did not cope with the traffic and they broke down quite often. The pool had lifeguards and was divided into the area for adults and children, but the water was cold. You had free towels (on request) by the pool and guarded parking, paying 15 leva / day.…
Currently here till next Saturday the Hotel is excellent location Rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean Hotel is ideal for us and the food is lovely great choice The staff are so friendly especially in the Vienna Cafe Adil Nikki and Juvlia Looking forward to spending the rest of our Holiday here
We had a great weeks stay at end of Aug/beginning of Sep. Hotel lovely, food nice, beer, wine and spirits fine. Swim up pool bar was fun and hard working staff helpful. Animation team were great even though we didn't get too involved. Room spacious with great view overlooking the black sea. Our air conditioning wasn't great but the hotel supplied a desk fan to overcome this. Mostly German and Russians but didn't bother us. Not many UK folk but we met up with two fellow Scots(Hello Audrey and Debbie!). Nessebar old town, 5km away is a must see when you are there. Only 65p on local bus. We would return.
