The hotel is very central perfect location if you want to be close to bars, restaurants and beach Our room was on 7 floor view of mountains and beach it was very spacious and clean fresh towels every 2 days and fresh bedding also toilet rolls are provided if you run out the housekeeping will provide
Food we found to be very good plenty of choices and good produce the al la carte restaurants italian, sushi, tepenkaki are fantastic we enjoyed So much but only allowed one each per visit. The snack bad was open 7- 5 and offered breakfast, then at 11.30 a great variety of food burgers hotdogs pizza smoked salmon, or prosciutto sandwiches Not to mention hot foods like pasta or chicken and pork. Cakes biscuits and hot waffles and ice creams. We liked the bars and cocktails that were amazing and even made some that weren't on the menu at guests' requests.the 24-hour bar was fantastic for early mornings, coffee, or teas. The negatives have to get up at 6 am for beach bed then again at 8 am to collect tickets. The pool beds are very close together. They need to take one some chairs to make more space. The main dining area is small for the number of guests and on 3 levels, which, when busy, is unsafe as going up and down stairs. It's very crowded at times. All in all, we had a great holiday at a great price. I would definitely recommend it. (George and tatinana) bar staff were especially amazing. Some staff were miserable, especially the two young boys, who served at a bar near the snacks. In fact, they were very rude and looked unhappy to serve guests!!

Bottom line: Good value for money, but if hotel management would open additional restaurant area than we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more.
The good The food is great. Fresh salads and fruit every day, nice selection of Bulgarian and international dishes and different themes during the week (e.g. Indian, Mexican). For children there are fries and pasta every day and there is really nice fresh pizza every day. Only the fish was so-so, everything else was better than expected. It was the first time I enjoyed the coffee at breakfast in an all-inclusive hotel.
Pool bars drinks are all-inclusive until 23:00, local brands only. Still the beer and cocktails are OK and some of the drinks are pretty good (try a milk shake or ice coffee).
The room was modern and spacy with a big Samsung flat screen TV, sitting corner, balcony and airco.
The bad The hotel has 3 restaurants, but two are closed despite it being very busy. The remaining restaurant is way too small for the amount of guests. Most of the time all tables are occupied and hotel staff doesn't manage seating or arrange queueing. People just walk in and stand around until a table becomes ready. Some people loaded up plates and walked to the swimming pool area to find a place to sit and eat. Eating was very stressful and noisy. Sometimes when we walked to the buffet other people had taken our table. Very annoying and unnecessary because there are two additional unused restaurants!
Only during the first 15 minutes and last 45 minutes of restaurant opening time can you easily find a free table. We (and many other guests) complained, but no action was taken by the hotel management. They clearly care more about costs than guests. This is why this review is 3 stars instead of 5. All hotel and bar staff was friendly.
If you want a sunbed on the beach you need to reserve one with a towel very early in the morning. We woke up at 7:00, but first 3 rows of sunbeds were already taken by then. Don't expect to find one by 8:00. Price is 4,50 for a sunbed or 13,50 leva for two beds and an umbrella, but if you come in the late afternoon you may have them for free because the people that paid already left and there are not many checks. The beach is cleaned every day and the seawater is very warm (unlike the swimming pool water).

Extremely good hotel, spotless and well maintained, we enjoyed the location and took advantage of the free sun beds on a few occasions. The food was pretty good for buffet and included in our weeks stay was a sushi night and Italian which were both brilliant . Staff friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Sunny beach has 2 great water parks a camel sanctuary, beach activities are very reasonable and nessbar which is a lovely walk away along the beach is stunning

Unfriendly staff, long waiting times to order a drink, and to top it all off, I had to pay an extra 60 euros because there was 1 drop of blood on my bedding (this was due to a mosquito bite). You must reserve the restaurants in advance to order a drink. Being able to eat there would be useful if the staff would tell you to do this in advance. We go on holiday a lot, but this was one of the worst hotels so far.

Failure! I give this hotel 2 stars because they made us a surprise for a friend birthday! (After I speak with one girl from reception). We were a group from 17 people! All of us are disappointed. This hotel must be max 3 stars! We stay in this hotel 7 nights ( 7 -21 august). The rooms are not clean! The furniture is old. The food is disgusting. You eat same food remade multiple times. It is not possible something like this. The food is old and has strange colour. They cook fresh food, but only 1 hour. Huge tail. It's enough only for 50% from capacity. You must be at reception at 7 am and stay at a huge tail for get tickets for free sun beds. The number is limited there too. It's not possible something like this again! You must search room service women if you want toilet paper in the room. We didn't stay at the pool at all...full there too. They don't clean the room, if you have luck 1 per week. They are lying in description, there is no beach bar, they don't refill every day the fridge. The staff and the reception people are the only good thing, great note for Vaselin and Ivana(i think). Don't recomand this hotel.

The management of the hotel is awful. They are only responsible for taking your money. The hotel is dirty everywhere. There is no access to the beach sunbeds - you have to obtain from the reception ticket in order to use them. The first and the last day you do not have right to get ticket for the beach sunbeds. You are in position to get one ticket per reservation. If you have reservation for 10 guests you could receive one ticket, which means 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for your reservation. I do not recommend.

Loud music and overall very loud area throughout the night. Reception and guest relations staff were very unhelpful, food and drink selection was ok. No parking at hotel so we had to leave our car a mile away and get shuttled. Unless you’re staying for 10 days or more, you’re probably not getting a reservation for either of the specialty restaurants

I would like the administration of the hotel to bring in the attention that on the scheduled time people weren’t given a card for the beach umbrella and beach chair. When we arrived to get the card at 8 AM, no one gave us the card even though the administration had it in their hands and were beach chairs available for use. That doesn’t seem fair in relation to other tourists. We felt like we were lied to because we paid for it but we aren’t able to receive it.

We booked two family apartments in February for July, and paid 50% in advance. As our plans changed, I had to cancel the booking April, months before the date of arrival. In despite of their cancellation policy, the several emails and calls, they continuously refused paying back the deposit, referring to "technical issues". These mysterious issues had been resolved as the case was escalated to the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria and after 7 weeks of they send the money back without a single apology or even a word. I am glad we did not see them more closely.

The hotel is wonderful and comfortable. We rested from 04.06-11.06.2023. During our stay at the hotel, we visited the Italian restaurant with delicious dishes and good service. We tasted Caesar salad with salmon, squid with vegetables, gnocchi with truffle sauce and cheesecake with sorbet. The dishes were prepared professionaly and deliciously by three chefs. We also visited the teppanyaki. We were treated by chef Ivan - the professional in his field. We enjoyed soup, salad, seafood, rise with egg and ice cream with caramel.
