Extremely good hotel, spotless and well maintained, we enjoyed the location and took advantage of the free sun beds on a few occasions. The food was pretty good for buffet and included in our weeks stay was a sushi night and Italian which were both brilliant . Staff friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Sunny beach has 2 great water parks a camel sanctuary, beach activities are very reasonable and nessbar which is a lovely walk away along the beach is stunning

It was our second holiday during this summer and I have to say it surpass all expectations . Staff is really incredible. Everyone is trying to make your holiday the best. Gergana at the reception is the sweetest. Stela and Bojidara are best bartenders I have ever met! And I cant forget to mention all animation team, what an incredible people. Room was clean and pretty big. I never had such a comfy bed! Food was various and tasty. A la carte restaurants are up to the mark. During this two weeks at the hotel we met super nice people, we had great time and we will remember this holiday for a very long time! If someone will ask me for a recommendation for a hotel af the Sunny Beach, my answer will be definitely Effect Grand Victoria 💙

Failure! I give this hotel 2 stars because they made us a surprise for a friend birthday! (After I speak with one girl from reception). We were a group from 17 people! All of us are disappointed. This hotel must be max 3 stars! We stay in this hotel 7 nights ( 7 -21 august). The rooms are not clean! The furniture is old. The food is disgusting. You eat same food remade multiple times. It is not possible something like this. The food is old and has strange colour. They cook fresh food, but only 1 hour. Huge tail. It's enough only for 50% from capacity. You must be at reception at 7 am and stay at a huge tail for get tickets for free sun beds. The number is limited there too. It's not possible something like this again! You must search room service women if you want toilet paper in the room. We didn't stay at the pool at all...full there too. They don't clean the room, if you have luck 1 per week. They are lying in description, there is no beach bar, they don't refill every day the fridge. The staff and the reception people are the only good thing, great note for Vaselin and Ivana(i think). Don't recomand this hotel.…

On 08/22/2022 at around 10:30 pm I was hit by a hotel security guard for going inside without a guest wristband. I just looked for an ATM and explained it to him. But the guard did not understand English. Also I did not find on the hotel website how to file a complaint.

I recommend this place! It's a nice hotel right at the seaside with all inclusive service. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The food was good and we had everything we need during our stay. They provided food, drinks, and snacks. The pool is big enough and they have daily activities for a good entertainment.

The management of the hotel is awful. They are only responsible for taking your money. The hotel is dirty everywhere. There is no access to the beach sunbeds - you have to obtain from the reception ticket in order to use them. The first and the last day you do not have right to get ticket for the beach sunbeds. You are in position to get one ticket per reservation. If you have reservation for 10 guests you could receive one ticket, which means 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for your reservation. I do not recommend.

This place should be closed! That really sums up our horrible experience at this place. First of all I don't think owners are geek...felt like we have experienced horrible Ukrainian hospitality...parking all blocked due to busses that brought in Ukrainians for vacation then my brother was attacked physically due to parking in wrong place...we probably should have called the police but we just wanted to leave...horrible rooms..nothing like pictured on internet...food is horrible...even though we payed for breakfast and dinner, we always ate out...no wifi 90%of the time...we didn't get rooms that we booked...I would not recommend this place to my enemy...this was my first trip to Greece and honestly I don't think I will go back to that country anytime soon.

We stayed on this hotel in July 2022 ! I visited a lot of all inclusive hotels and can say this one is perfect! Rooms nice and tidy , reception staff brilliant, thanks to Slavik (I think correct name ) the manager on reception for helping us all the time and care ! Very big choice of food , on lobby bar nice cocktails, they have cake area as well , ice cream by the pool and snack bar ! Beach is first line just 1 min , and sun beds for free ! A lot of animations on hotel for guests , massage is available too (not free) ! They have two restaurants (Italian and Sushi) where you can book one dinner for free ! I’m really impressed by this hotel and would like to come back again ! Big thank you for all staff for their friendly attitude and care !

I chose this hotel because I was here about 3 years ago, when it was not ultra all inclusive and I was very pleased with the services. We arrived at the hotel at 12 and, although the check-in is at 2 pm, they gave us the bracelets and the room card. Parking is free which is a big plus compared to the last time when it is taxed with 15 leva/day. The hotel is located on the beach (between the beach and the hotel is an alley), in front of the hotel is the area of free sunbeds and umbrellas for those staying at the hotel. Every day, a card is taken from the reception that provides 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per room, a card that is handed over to the person who manages the sunbed area, which usually comes to collect them after 10 o'clock. The elevators were changed compared to the last visit, the old ones were breaking a bit often. The pool has a lifeguard and is divided into the adult area and the children's area. Free towels (on request) at the pool. The beach is clean with fine sand, water without stones. Each morning the garbage was tightened and sprinkled against insects. The staff is kind and jumping, I had no reproach, the tables were cleaned after each person. The rooms are spacious, clean, next to the bed there was a sofa. Cleaning was done daily, the bed linen being changed to 2-3 days; free minibar that was filled daily with 2 beers and a bottle of juice and a bottle of water at 1.5 received upon arrival. The food was really good: breakfast very varied with many varieties of sausages, bacon and cheeses, olives, vegetables, eggs, simple and fruit yogurts, cereals, candied fruits, pastries, baby jars, and even good coffee with devices that grinded the grains on the spot not the classic ness. Lunch and dinner had at least 3-4 types of meat (beef, pork, rabbit, duck, etc.), fish, salads of all kinds, appetizers, vegetable, pasta, 2 types of soup, several types of pizza , many fruits (including raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) and countless kinds of cakes including dark chocolate fountain, white chocolate. In a stay of 6 nights, at the main restaurant there were 3 thematic dinners: Bulgarian, Mediterranean and Mexican in which they served specific food and drinks. Also inside the hotel there are 2 restaurants: Asian and Italian, which can be used once on stay with prior reservation. We only tried Asian, the Italian one did not draw us in particular. I made a reservation in the morning for the same day, but that was in June. We served us algae soup with tofu, many varieties of sushi and dessert a kind of ness foam. The bars were about 3: 2 bars at the pool where they served beer, wine, champagne, coktails, lemonade, icecream, water; 1 bar in the hotel that was open non-stop and found in addition to drinks, cakes, fruits, sandwiches, bottled water. The hotel's offer also includes a beach bar but at the time of our stay, tha bar was under construction. Near the pool bar is a food corner in which they were served throughout the day: kebab, french fries, hotdog, hamburger, etc. The animation team was great. Those in the team always involved children and adults in different activities: fitness and streching (on the stage in the hotel garden); aqua gym; volleyball in the pool; table tennis; activities for children during the day including painting on the face; children's dance show every evening; karaoke for adults and all kind of games, bingo, guess the song, etc. One afternoon when it rained, they even got involved and maintained the atmosphere, played games with children and adults.…

location is in the heart of Sunny Beach by the boardwalk, but the rooms are very small and the staff could be nicer....the buffet however is very good.Nice pool deck and a nightly entertainment by the pool area.
