We visited Zornitsa Residence and we were very surpriced - the staff is really polite and all of them very cooperative, everybody without exception. They give us even apartment instead of double room without additional taxes. The food is very good, the hotel is really clean, all the time somebody is cleaning the floor, the animation is almost all day and also during the night- very high level. There is everything all day drinks, snacks, pool activities. I would stay again in this hotel deffinetely. Its suatable for families all day animation for them.

After some confusion at the airport with the hotel name change we arrived at our hotel and greeted by the friendly staff.
We were taken to our room which was comfy, with a stocked mini fridge and powerful air conditioning.
Hotel food was delicious, there were lots of choice at lunch and dinner and it never seemed to be repetitive.
Location of the hotel is fabulous, within minutes you’re in the heart of Sunny Beach.
It was our first time visiting Bulgaria and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
We were taken to our room which was comfy, with a stocked mini fridge and powerful air conditioning.
Hotel food was delicious, there were lots of choice at lunch and dinner and it never seemed to be repetitive.

This hotel has everything!! Good food, very clean and very nice staff. Always willing to help you with anything.
Close to flowerstreet and the beach.
We have been in many hotels in sunny beach but this is the best one!!!

Bought all inclusive hotel package (never again). No minibars at rooms. You have to buy water from a local store or go to the reception to get glass of water. Bathroom sucked terrible. No shower curtain or glass door, floor was flooded after a shower and no mop either. Our safe wasn’t working, so we carried our id and passports around 24/7. You can’t (NOT ALLOWED TO) swim in the pool after 6PM. I am with my little brother on a holiday and it’s hot, but no. Workers stand by you and won’t leave if you are not out of the water. Snack/pool bar closes at 23.00. After dinner, 9PM, there are no snacks anywhere only in local stores, because snacks are taken away after five. People/workers here are nice, kind of a lovely place, but i wouldn’t stay here the second time. Beach bar sucks, only beer is offered and soft drinks. Extremely small area and lucky if you can get a sunbed. If you have kids, who don’t speak russian or bulgarian, then this isn’t the place for them. Animation crew isn’t that hype, rather shy i would say. If you can get this hotel for a cheap price, than i would recommend it.

It’s very good for family vacation. The rooms and all the hotel’s area is very clean. The food is delicious. Very good animation team. Good location, next to the main street of Sunny Beach. I recommend this place.

Currently sat round the poolside on the 6th day of my holiday and it’s too good not to write a review.
I must admit I was concerned with old reviews but I was wrong to be. The renovation is fantastic! Plenty of sun bed - you even have beach towels provided that you can change daily if you so wish. The food is fantastic - a buffet and show station pancakes and doughnuts daily at break fast. A main food station , salad and cold meats bar soup and bread station all complement one another. Unlimited icecream all day for adults and children as well as burgers Abd pizza on offer throughout the day.
Overall fantastic holida brilliant hotel and location I would not hesitatate to recommend this and hope to come again soon

Hotel very nice , pool area well kept and maintained , staff very friendly and helpful .. hotel absolutely spotless been cleaned around the clock ... rooms cleaned to high standards every day ... hotel in easy reach off all pubs , clubs beach etc .. only down side I would say was the food very bland and very small selection , I'd be unsure what the children would be able to eat if I was to return as choice very limited .. some homely foods would be a suggestion , but as it's there first year all inclusive this was expected , could possibly expand drinks menu aswel

This place is ridiculous for a club 18 - 30 seriously. Our friends got fined 100 levs for making to much noise when they were trying to help a girl who got spiked. The staff are so moody, we told them about the floor being wet right by the stairs and that we almost fell down and they didn't care. It took him a few minutes to get off his lazy butt to go clean it. The cleaners don't clean the rooms properly as it's always feels gritty and unclean. The so called bathroom is a joke seriously, there's a matt there that doesn't really do much and after having a shower I usually end up walking around the bathroom like a ninja from trying not to fall. There's marks all over the wall when we got there and stains on the towels, we have to ask them to change the towels everyday. Honestly I hated being here, the only thing that made it worth it was the fact we got on with the other people who were on holiday. Don't get me started on the reps either, they try to rip you off with the "deals" they try and sell. We got quoted 90 levs for a paint party and we found it on the street for 35 which included paint and a t-shirt. AVOID THE REPS HERE!!!! And because we did our research on where to go and what to get they hated us and couldn't be bothered with us. But oh well I rather go outside and get a deal instead of being ripped off.

Good standard hotel, simple with all essentials. Went on a girls holiday and it was perfect for what we needed/we were there for.
Just ensure you take photos of anything you notice broken/marked and any missing bedding/sheets/pillows ect as they will fine you for this if you cannot prove it wasn't you!
Minimum ish for any fine is 50 lev so not awful but also not ideal.

Stayed here for a week with a friend, and definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive about this hotel was the friendly staff.
On arrival the room was clean but was not cleaned once during our stay. All the cleaner did was make the bed with dirty sheets and replace the towel. To be honest the general cleanliness of the whole hotel is poor, every time you walked into the dining room it smelt dirty, floors throughout were dirty, lucky we weren't ill.
When it came to the food and drink, i am speechless. The food was always cold, tasted the same and of poor quality. I found myself avoiding mealtimes and spending a fortune eating out. Not only did I buy food out I had to buy drinks out as the hotel offered a very limited choice of drinks. The fizzy drinks were flat and tasteless, and coffee that tasted about a month old.
The other facilities at the hotel were of the same poor standard. There were a limited number of sunbeds for the amount of guests and if you were lucky enough to get one you'd need to book an appointment with a chiropractor as they were so uncomfortable. The beach bar belonging to the hotel offered warm water or beer as the soft drink machine was not working. The Wi-Fi is also horrendously slow
