Just returned from a week here the hotel is very clean we had room 402 with a pool view the room had a big comfortable bed large bathroom cleaned to a good standard the balcony had 2 big chairs and table. We was on bed and breakfast basis which was a continental and cooked sections and tea coffee and juices included all was of good quality and they keep it very clean as soon as someone leaves table the staff are straight on with clearing tables, it has a small poolside bar reasonable prices 2.50 for large beer. All staff are very polite, reception check in and out was very smooth and quick and you need to leave a 50 lev per person security deposit per person which was refunded within a hour of us leaving we had a great stay thank you best western we will be returning this was my second visit my first was with a group of lads and that was a great stay too. Ps it's a great location too bars and restaurants all within 5 to 10 mins walk.

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven’t requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn’t quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help.
Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!

We travel to Sunny Beach every year and this is our second year in succession staying in this hotel,,, we stay bed and breakfast basis and it’s fantastic,,, there’s always lots and lots of options for breakfast and everything is continuously cooked fresh…. The bedroom is very spacious with a big bathroom with a brilliant shower… You also get a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities…. The hotel overall is very very clean with fantastic friendly and very helpful stall… You are located very close to Flower Street and the amazing beach… We really look forward to our next visit here next year….

We stayed 6th to 13th September. I'd asked for a high up pool view room, which was honoured. We started off in room 518 which was NOT a great experience, the balcony is tiny and has very high caged sides, which makes it feel a little prison cell like On our first night, the Aircon decided to turn itself into an internal full on water feature, with water cascading from the air con vent and down the walls. The engineer fixed it the following morning and all was good......until 2am , when it went full whack pouring in again.
We were moved to room 409 at 3am in the morning and had no further problems, this didn't overlook the pool but was actually better for it, much quieter side road view and massive balcony.
We were half board...
The food.....
I can't lie, it was pretty appalling. Breakfast just about passable, you could cobble together something resembling (mildly) an English breakfast, if you were happy to wait 15 minutes while the toaster frightened the bread to almost become toast.
Evening meals were really not good, rabbit with it's head still attached, carp (yes carp), little sorta stickleback fish in a paper bag.
Not really international cuisine, more eastern European roadkill
It was our first time in sunny beach and it's ok, but we wouldn't return to this hotel unfortunately

4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel. None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs. Hotel is kept really clean. The pool and pool bar area has background music played during the day at an acceptable level, unlike some hotels that had club style music played at loud volume all day. During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc. Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes. Like all establishments with buffet style the temperature of the food may not be hot enough for some people however a microwave is supplied for guests use. We did have a couple of minor issues but after visiting reception or speaking to a manager these issues were resolved, no problems, with no drama. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to revisit this hotel again next September as it satisfied all our needs.

Terrible! They canceled my reservation just 3 days before after payment and still selling same dates to other clients just on double price. but they didnt offer you to pay extra. just cancel it !!!!! And you dont get it as cancelex reservation you just get some notify in service messages which you can easily miss. come to reseption and understand that your reservation is canceled.

Great hotel with Amazing service and comfortable stay Jun 2024 • Friends Amazing hotel with great service and location. Food We got a Half Board option, the breakfast is very rich, with espresso coffee and even Coca Cola drinks available. The diner is served from 6 till 9 PM we and huge variety of food fresh fruits and nice salads Pool and Water Slides Pool is operated till 6 PM it is very clean and the towels are changed every day. the jacuzzi are for free and very warm. Location is great just 4-5 min walk to the flower street and very quite Bar The drinks are very cheap We definitely recommend the hotel!

Great hotel, modern, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It's very central to all amenities. Pool area spotless. Has own little water park which is great fun, alough pool rather cold 🤣. Would definitely recommend for adults and families.

It was a great experience for me and my family Such a wonderful place for relax and enjoy in this spring weather Heated swimming pool, water slides mini pool for kids Staff are welcome helpful and friendly. Rooms are good comfortable bed. Mini bar is extra. Breakfast is also amazing!! Even sparkling wine for breakfast is it an amazing option for guests ))) You will find everything just everything for yourself it's doesn't matter you are vegan or no. The only one thing that maybe the hotel should fix -no normal coffee for breakfast pity .

We had to check out of another hotel due to poor… well everything So we found this place on booking.com We where greeted with a smile, it was nice and clean , on our way to the room we meet several cleaning personel and they greeted with a smile. We had a realy nice suite. With big balcony. Room was huge and verry nicely decorated And it was clean and bed was verry comfy.
All meals was nicly presented and tasted real good, and every where the staff was friendly and smiling. The couryard is not verry big but had sunbed and a pool and 2 big water slides Overall we had a superstay here for 3 days and wish we could have stayed longer
Its a 4 min walk to the beach and shops and resurants all around
We def. come back if we going to Sunny Beach again
