Great hotel in a very quiet location but easy access to the prom and you can walk to the quieter side or to the busy side. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculate. The cleaning team is constantly cleaning. I personally found the food to be really nice, I mainly eat fish, chicken or non meat dishes and was spoilt for choice. I'm missing my daily lunchtime salad with so many options to choose from. I do think a number of people still expect a la carte food at a AI buffet and I also think that some people just like to moan. Most meals there was pizza, chips and a selection of child focused things such as chicken nuggets etc. Sometimes the chips were replaced by another type of potato and you'd hear people moaning that there were no chips so the staff just can't win! We never ate at the snack bar so can't comment on that. Bar service was great, never queued. Obviously Sept so quieter but there was always plenty of staff. We booked a superior room and it was very spacious, even a usb port next to the bed and plenty of sockets. Safe is free and there is no tourist tax to pay so welcome change. Enjoyed the acrobatics show and the Bulgarian folk dance. We explored the the area and really enjoyed Burgas and the sea garden, Sozopol is interesting to visit as is Nessebar. We stayed during September, my niece uses a wheelchair chair so they were kind enough to put us in a bigger room. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable with a walk in shower, fridge plus air conditioning. All staff were very polite and helpful, from reception, bar & restaurant staff, also the cleaners. I left prescription glasses there when I left and receptionist was so kind to get them posted out to me in the UK to which I am very grateful. Food was good, always found something to eat at each mealtime, drinks were great, even made my take on a sangria. Entertainment team worked hard and tried to get everyone involved. Fellow guests were very kind, always took the time to speak particularly to my niece Julia which she loved, it was my birthday whilst there and lovely Louise J from Liverpool went out of her way to arrange a cake and balloons for me, made my day. …

When we first arrived we was a bit shocked at the luggage man helper he dropped our cases off to our room and asked for a tip I politely said we have just arrived and we have no change ATM then he came in to the room closed the door and said I can take notes and held his hand out and I asked him to leave . The hotel itself was fantastic very clean modern and spacious the majority of the staff were very friendly and nice . The location was brilliant to the beach shops and bars .The food was a bit hit and miss most of the time it was cold and repeated daily and sometimes quite dry but their was plenty of food .The drinks were tasty and easy to get served which ever bar we was in . The entertainment team worked well especially mimi and lucky they constantly spoke to us we joined in some of the games but the evening entertainment didn't really have much going on mainly bingo karaoke quizes but we went out most nights but overall it was a great holiday for what we wanted …

Great hotel, me and my wife went to ihotel for 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier, hotel was so clean, staff helpful. Only issue was the food wasn't the best. But still would highly recommend this hotel and sunny beach.

We are here now for 5 full days besides the man that helped us with our luggage waiting for a tip any currency the hotel is fab. Very clean they never stop, beds comfy, food fab and drinks strong brewed to a good strength. Would come back

Plus points for this hotel. Lovely staff. Extremely clean hotel. Modern rooms. Tho no proper drawers just open shelving. Negatives for this hotel. Very poor quality food. Food was overcooked and dried up. Lots of it was cold and on several occasions hot food was tipped on to food that had been standing. Snack bar was grim. Food , pizzas and chips and burgers all dried up and cold. Breakfast was probably the one meal we ate properly.On a 10 day stay we ate out locally 5 times. Evening entertainment was non existent and involved mainly bingo or quizzes or karaoke.The hotel rooms are based mainly overlooking either the pool are or central courtyard. The noise of everyone drinking and getting louder went on till at least 1 am. How family’s dealt with it i do not know. Not a hotel i would return too.…

This hotel provided us with everything we could of wished for. Great room, friendly staff, excellent drinks package and fairly decent food albeit warm on occasions. Good daily entertainment for those who want to participate and quite good shows on evenings these being mainly traditional dancing,karaoke,bingo and an evening with a singer although the entertainment finished early at 10pm. After that we went up to the main bar to sip our excellent cocktails until midnight, we met some great people and everyone seemed to be enjoying their holiday. This was our first time in Bulgaria and would definitely return and have no hesitation of coming to this hotel again.

First the good points:- Hotel is spotlessly clean I think our room cleaning is the best we have ever had including far higher rated hotels and the maids are forever cleaning walkways, stair and handrails. Room was spacious and modern, that was an upgrade to superior but I think it was only a touch larger than the standard room. Staff are friendly almost to a man/woman, odd grumpy bar person but nothing serious. Pool area's were clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds, never had a problem getting one. Location is just about perfect. 3 min walk to the beach and the shopping/bars & restaurants. Far enough away from "Flower Street" where all the nightlife and idiots perform. We ate out a couple of times and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and prices of the food on offer. Can recommend the Hawai Bar for the food. Not so good points:- Food was quite a problem for us. Breakfast was OK the only issue was the temperature of the food, unless you got fresh fried eggs or an omelette then the food was warm at best. Plenty of choice on the cold food side, fruit, cheese etc; (cereals were iffy) but brits tend to like hot breakfasts. Evening food was basically the same and even when the quality of the food was reasonable it was let down by the temp it was served at. The next problem will not affect everyone but it was a massive issue for us. My wife is vegetarian (no meat or fish), nothing to do with beliefs just has not been able to tolerate it all her life. Although all the food is labeled with allergen symbols but nothing is there to indicate if it is suitable for veggies. It became very tiring trying to find out if an item contained meat or fish with someone who spoke very little English. One one occasion an item labelled as "Vegetable Balls" turned out to be Pork Balls in a veg sauce. We had what we hoped would be a constructive discussion with the reception but even they (who spoke good English) didn't seem to understand what the problem was as there was always plenty of salad to be had. We then booked the Al la Carte and were assured that they would certainly do something delicious for my wife. They had 3 days before we went to the restaurant and we were expecting a phone call or contact to suggest a meal & see if that would be OK but nothing happened. When we went for the meal the starter was 3 vegetable dips, prawns & bread. The prawns had not been removed from my wife's starter. Then the main arrived and a plate was placed in front of my wife with what looked like 4 potato wedges with some cooked veg draped over them. So rather than a delicious meal it turned into a take it or leave it affair. Entertainment on an evening was dire, when we booked it said there was entertainment every night and we expected a singer/juggler/dancers but instead it was DIY at best. Karaoke, Bingo & Mr & Mrs which is basically the audience entertaining themselves. It could be that because it is virtually the end of the season for the hotel that they struggle to get acts, I will give them the benefit of the doubt but reluctantly. Would we return:- Only if we could be assured that the food issues had been resolved & after speaking with the Jet 2 rep then we have no way of making sure that is the case until you arrive and by then it's to late you are committed. The evening entertainment needs improvement as well. The highlight for evening entertainment was a visit to "Khan's Tent" which we would really recommend but book through the rep. Lots of stories about cheaper deals as you strolled down the front but transport never turned up and the sellers were never seen again...be warned. …
