This place was disgusting the pool area was never washed all week the food was awful the staff never wore uniforms the reception desk were not helpful it was awful. Don’t go there they were cracking the eggs the night before for the scrambled eggs in the baking heat putting her hand in and scooping out the broken shell plus sitting smoking whilst doing this The water and coffee machine were chained up in the restaurant that’s crazy when it’s meant to be all inclusive be advised just don’t go

The good stuff - the standard of the apartment. Modern decor, very clean on arrival, well equipped, decent wifi availability at about £8.50 for 24 (use any time) hours, the pools, and generally the low pricing of everything in Bulgaria. There is a free bus to both watermarks from very nearby. Reasonable walking distance from the beach and a £1.50 mini train journey away from either nessebar which is lovely or sunny beach itself which I was less fond of The bad stuff - pretty much everything else. Staff are very very surly and for the most part rude. Half the hotel is dedicated to a twenties club so there is loud singing and shouting constantly until 5am most nights. Food is at best tolerable, and the two vegetarians in our group were left with only cucumber and tomato and sweet corn to eat most evenings which got a bit tired after day 2 or 3. This however is par for the course in all Bulgarian restaurants which offer meat and fish focused menus with little options for vegetarians.

The only good thing that I can say about the hotel was that the rooms were cleaned properly. The reception staff are very sulky and unfriendly. The manager Tenev something, was so full of himself and plain rude and unhelpful when we voiced some of our concerns. His attitude was for us to book in somewhere else! Next time we certainly will! The noise and very distasteful behaviour around the pool by the youngsters ruined what should have been a very restful break. We were forced to go to the beach to get away from the hoodlums. The food was very poor quality with very little choice. The noise to the early hours of the morning was horrendous and when we complained Tenev thought it amusing. The air-con did not work properly and the safe was broken. Never again, will steer well clear of this hotel.

When we booked the holiday and chose the hotel, when we got there, it transpired that it was a 2wenty's hotel. I was a bit unimpressed by this but it was very quiet as it was so near the end of the season. The room itself was nice, with a sitting area/kitchenette, bathroom with two showers in (no shower curtains though) and a bedroom with two single beds pushed together. The air con wasn't very good and seemed to time out after a while so we had to keep resetting it. Be aware that there are no plug sockets on the worktop surface of the kitchen so I had to use my kettle (the one supplied by the hotel looked rather unsavoury inside) on the floor. I can't really fault the cleanliness of the hotel although there was a light missing from our corridor and some damage to the walls which I was concerned that we might be charged for even though it was there when we got there - we weren't charged but there are some horrible scare stories about people being fined in this hotel. We didn't eat there or swim in the pool so I can't really comment about those elements. If we'd wanted to keep our room longer on the last day it would have been 10lev per hour for 15hrs so we booked into the Calypso hotel down the road for our last night which was about 2/3 cheaper for us (review also on here).

My Dad and I stayed here for two nights, which was enough. It was clean enough but it was a "2wenty's" hotel full of loud teenagers. There was AC in the lounge but non in the bedroom which therefore ended up like a sweat room by 8am. The safe was broken and the light switch in the bedroom was missing, exposing the fittings. Staff were uninterested and didn't have a map of the area. No restaurants or bars nearby. Pool was average. It was close to the beach (which was nice - 8lev per sun lounger/umbrella) and about a 20 minute walk into the centre (or 5 mins on the little train - 3lev each). The centre was like any other brash European party town - loads of rubbish restaurants and bars offering deals on watered down cocktails. No AC in the bedroom made it a no-no, even if I was on a 2wenty's holiday.

We decided to go on a 2wentys holiday to Bulgaria after hearing all good things about the resort!! Well from the minute we got there it was hell!! As soon as we get off the coach we was told that we need to pay 200lev deposit (£100) We got to our room and the aircon didnt work and the camp bed was broken. All week we kept asking for something to be done but they wasnt othered aout this. We go to the pool and there are hardly any sunbed so unless you get to the pool at 9am then you will not get one. There are rules and fines for everything. Not aloud to make any noise after 12pm or you will e fined 50lev but it was ok for the mafia to have a private party at the hotel with loud music until 6am and trust me they will fine you. Some one broke a sunbed by accident and got charged 150lev. The staff at the hotel are rude and speak very little english. There is security around all day and night waiting to fine people. When we booked the holiday we was told that it is 500m to the night life well it was a 40minute walk on a busy main road that was not safe to walk. You had to get a taxi to town and back. It cost around 20lev each way (£10) The night life is very poor as they dont always/all play english music and are full of dutch people. Lads need to watch out for prositutes as there loads and they are being watched by the mafia. There are a lot of pick pockets so just make sure you keep you bags and wallets close to you. The fod is horrible, most of the menus are not in english or very little english. There was hardley any resturants near our hotel so you had to pay for a taxi again into town just to eat dinner. resturant staff are rude and very slow. Food is always cold. Id stay away from any meat and seafood. As its either uncooked or cold. Everyone says its cheap in bulgaria but it is not at all. You will need at least about £600 for one week. To sum up the holiday it was awful. If you have booked to go here id advise you to change you holiday destination.
