After a flight cancellation we were told we would be put up in a hotel for the night. For 1 hotel to take 276 passengers in says alot only 1 member of staff to book us all in which did take approximately 5 hrs 0000 to 0500. Once you had your room it was pot luck if it was clean, had electric, had running water or even toilet rolls which you had to ask for. This hotel should never be used or visited by anybody and the airport shouldn't use it for cancelled flights.

To make it clear we did not choose to stay here. Cutting a long story short our flight was delayed and 400 passengers had to be shipped into this hotel for a night. We were queuing for 3 hours to be checked in as only one person was on the desk and they did not allow our tui reps to help nor did they call any other staff for assistance. The area itself is rough, people were coming out of their apartments and taking photos and videos of us. Lots of strange people walking around at what was between 1 and 3:30am. The hotel itself is giving Carry on Abroad vibes. Upon check in we received a roll of toilet paper as they’d had that many complaints of rooms being without that we had to take one just in case. The ladies who were in front of us were coming straight back down as the sheets in their room had blood on. One family were told that their travel cot was being built. For those who have used such contraptions you’ll know it’s a two second job. When we got to the room we were glad of having a bed. The ‘bed’ is more like a wafer. I would think the floor would be comfier but you would probably walk away with a disease from it. Luckily we had two extra beds in the room that were quite comfy. However only one had sheets on so we had to steal the sheets from the other bed. We had to be quite selective with the sheets are there were also some suspicious stains that could also be found on the towels. The walls are covered with more marks than a squash court and there are lots of hand prints too. The bathroom seems ok. The balcony is strange as you can clearly peer around to your neighbours and I wouldn’t think it be too difficult to actually get onto a neighbouring balcony. Unfortunately the air con was not working either but in fact blowing hot air. We even checked the manual that it was not down to user error but again it just didn’t work. We decided to sit with the door open for a while but due to the balcony design we could not sleep with this open. The view from our room is over looking a grassy wasteland complete with discarded items including a series of bin bags. No review on the food as we’re not going to chance it after seeing other reviews.
All in all disgusting! Probably alright if you’re coming for a drunken holiday.

the photos of the rooms they offer are definately photo shopped , The mould in the washrooms are 🤮 we tried to leave an wanted a refund an they only would give back 50 % of our reservation this was on the day of arrival as well because the rooms we were given/ shown we moved 3 different times none like the photos they use to advertise we no longer wanted to stay there after arriving but they refused the refund for the 3 day booking. The breakfast meals were the only decent food i saw the rest medioca not fresh an gave me an upset stomach so i stopped eating anything with dairy. The housekeeping staff were attentive an did a fair job considering the lack of equipment & chemicals they get given to do there job. The front desk staff we waited far too long to be served when 3 people were there assisting one customer at a time. I feel as though they all need retraining in that area considering we madenour reservation a month in advance this hotel isnt pet friendly at all we were placed on few different floors all an obstacle course to try take a dog out for potty breaks we should have been situated on fhe ground floor for easy access given they had time to organize our arrival but no we were given the cheapest rooms they had will not be back not worth the all inclusive.

Unfortunately experienced a cancelled flight, and therefore we were sent to this hotel for a night before catching the rescheduled flight. We had a terrible experience. Initially upon walking into the hotel room, I was pleasantly surprised by the look of the room. It looked really quite nice, and it was clean. When it came to go going to sleep we realised there was no duvet/ blanket/ sheet to sleep under. It is normal to not have a duvet provided in hot countries, but usually you have a sheet or blanket to sleep under. There was nothing here (not stored in the wardrobe either) so that made for an uncomfortable night sleep. Pretty sure the aircon was not working as well, so woke up extremely hot and uncomfortable. The worst part of our stay was breakfast, I can't even put into words how disgusting it was. We walked in to find no tables clean. All tables were covered in food and crumbs with no cutlery- this instantly felt unclean and dirty and put me off the food. Went to the buffet to take a look at food and it all looked inedible and greasy. Scrambled egg looked like plastic/ rubber and I would not trust any of the meat from here! I settled with a piece of toast, but there was no butter or spread at all, so ended up eating a dry piece of toast like a prisoner. My partner tried the fried eggs and after looking around realised there was no cutlery there at all! He could therefore not eat his food. There was a coffee and juice machine, however no cups or mugs. Basically no food or drinks to consume, so both left breakfast having eating or drank nothing. All around the restaurant there were trolleys pilled high with dirty dished which was disgusting and this was near the start of breakfast service! There were no staff to be seen, other than a young child, about 12 years old not in uniform pulling the trolley away. I am SO glad I did not book this hotel for our stay in sunny beach or we would have been screwed. food wise, I don't know what we would have done- go out for absolutely all our meals I guess. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very satisfied with the size of the room!but that is about it! We were left with a room with a leaking toilet our whole week!!! You had to have bathingshoes/slippers just to use the bathroom. The breakfast was served in a sweatsmelling basement, and always to crowded to have a chance to sit, we skipped it, and our twingirls had to have chips and bars to breakfast instead. The staff was always looking down just to skip the embarrassment to answer your questions. No clean sheets or towels all week

After a flight cancellation we were put up at this hotel by TUI, definitely wouldn't choose it. It seems as though they had actually shut for the season and opened it back up just for us 300 odd passengers looking for somewhere to stay. With 1 person on reception it took around 4/5 hours for everyone to be checked in which wasn't a great start.
The hotel is very very basic and most of the rooms had problems with the electrics. Our room was one of the better ones I think but still not great. Dirty bedsheets, lumpy pillows with marks on, smears on the walls, a bathroom that smelt like urine and half a roll of toilet paper provided! The air con didn't work either so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night which was fine as we were on the 6th floor. The barrier on the balcony didn't seem that sturdy either which was a bit alarming being so high up!
I don't know if it would be better in high season when it was open properly but there were no pool facilities open, no drinks or food on site and the hotel in general was very run down and a bit of a state. Maybe do the job for a first lads holiday but gave Inbetweeners Movie vibes and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

On the first day we arrived in the evening and were 5 min late for dinner and we stayed without food, though ir was payed for that day. Normal hotels usually serve late dinner for similar situations. They gave us the room without electricity. After 4 hours it was still nor fixed and they even could not offer another room. So the travel start was awful - no phone charge and toilet in the dark. Overall the hotel is noisy, full pf drunk and impolite people. The worst experience ever.

Speechless. I have visited 47 countries. I have stayed in various hotels, including the albergues on the Camino de Santiago. I haven't seen anything like that yet.
The hotel operates as Tia Maria and sells the so-called apartments under the name Andilana. Andilana are simply two-room apartments at the Tia Maria hotel. Immediately after registration, our booking on booking.com was canceled by the hotel. After asking why the hotel claimed they didn't. This is probably their way of not getting bad reviews on booking.com and that no one will know that Andilana and Tia Maria are the same.
The hotel is dirty and very noisy. Behind the wall of our room there was a bathroom in the second room, where the fan was on for half the night. You could hear it at our place. People's voices kept me awake. Room with windows facing the main street. Very loud even at night. Restaurant on level -1 with a very small selection of dishes, coffee from one coffee maker (long queue) in thin plastic cups. Tables dirty, crowded and stewed.
I will never come to this hotel again! This is a place that can destroy the positive image of Bulgaria that I acquired while previously in three other hotels. If you want to have a nice stay in Sunny Beach avoid this place!

since flight cancellation from Burgas-Frankfurt due to strike at Discover airline (?) and/or tour operator Schauinsland-Trips Duisburg has accommodated us four in these descents. (We previously had 5* ultra all inclusive)
Here now neglected 2* hotel ("official" 3* 🥴😕)
no water in room, hairdryer defective, TV on 2. Day self set, NO black tea at breakfast (we then gave ourselves tea, water, edible jam, edible bread bought - but on the 2. Day the toaster was already gone, "dismantled")
1 x lunch eaten away at own expense, 1 x evening "fasted"
if we were in the war zone: wonderful
since we are in the tourist resort WITHOUT war:
Disaster

we were first floor and had good with wi fi signal. we do have codes for loads of free with fi on bars all over sunny beach.
Hi,
The clubs are about 15 minutes (max) walk from the hotel or you could get a taxi but going by our experience try to avoid the taxi as we were ripped off by the driver. There are a good few bars/clubs so you won't be disappointed.
As for towels I'm not that sure, you could always email them and ask before you go, or take your own just to be on the safe side. You could always buy them there and they will be quite inexpensive.
Hope this helps.
We had a wall mounted hairdryer, worked well.
we had a kettle but no iron
