We stayed for a week although the interior was a little outdated it was the perfect hotel. Clean sheets and towels every day. Fridge in the room kept all water etc cold. Free wifi, access to the pool, we were able to play our own music via a speaker and the staff didnt mind. Friendly and helpful staff. About a 15 minute walk to get to the main strip. Only downfall theres not enough sunbeds so you have to get in quick... but that's usually the case anywhere.

The staff are absolutely amazing!! I can’t fault them in anyway possible!! They are so friendly and care about your stay!!! The owners daughter is a fabulous queen!!!!! If I could live here then I would!! Even the cleaners are so friendly, they talk to you at ever moment that they can!!!!!

Hello there! Hotel Amaris is by far the best hotel in sunny beach! The food is absolutely amazing. Staff are really nice! 3 years ago i remember an adorable girl behind the reception. This year she helps her mom behind the bar! The boss looks really serious at all time , he doesnt speak english but he has manners, he sits at the table beside the bar and whenever i walk by he always greets me! My daughter used to be really scared of the girl behind the bar bacause she had a lot of tattoos , but to be honest she was really nice to talk to! Mira , is the adorable girl's mother , she is really sweet and never been rude to me or my daughter , anyways the rooms are highly cleaned everyday! I will definitely come next year!

Good basic hotel stayed bnb if your expecting English Brecky here ull be disappointed as its continental nothing hot all cooked meats,cheese,cereal and fruit.room cleaned every day.whilst staying here a park was being constructed at the back of the hotel.small pool but heyho,no sunbeds when hotel is full people had towels out at crack of dawn,staff are quite miserable.will be returning to sunny beach but different hotel

Stayed 11 nights at this hotel when we first arrive we was shown Stayed 11 nights at this hotel on arrival we were shown to our room but it was on the 4 th foor we asked to be moved to the low floor they moved us straight away.The room was just ok a small fridge no safe and no hairdryer the deco was depressing the food let the hotel down we were half board breakfast was ok the evening meal you had three options a starter and choice of main meal and watermelon or ice-cream I honestly wouldn't recommend half board you can order pizza ect round the pool but charge you that food was better then then the evening meals. overal my self and my friend had a nice stay and really enjoyed our holiday we met some lovely people from newcastle we would return

The Hotel is basic but very clean so for what we paid we were extremely satisfied, beds and towels change every day, continental breakfast & plenty to choose from. All the staff are very polite and helpful, great swimming pool and pool side bar, Bottle of beer only £1.20. 8/Aug/ 2019. My wife & I highly recommend Amaris Hotel. Neil & Sam Larkin.

Picked the hotel amaris from Balkan holidays to be totally honest because of the price , some of the review's where bad , got here on the Monday morning 29/07/2019 and first impressions where nice to say the least , staff where very nice and helpful all through my weeks stay , asked for a high floor room with a pool view and got exactly that , room was better than a lot of rooms I've stayed in at sunny beach, this is my 17th time in sb . Great aircon and fridge as well without any extra cost , shower was good and powerful and the beds where comfortable, hard in my opinion to get a nice comfy bed in sunny beach, the safe at 8 lev per day was as fair a price as anywhere else and with peace of mind , hey it's worth it , cleaners where lovely and always had a smile for you , only tried the restaurant the once and again was pleasantly surprised, got spaghetti Bolognese and it was very tasty , pool was lovely and always seemed to be a bed available if you wanted one , again as in other reviews , girls at the bar where great and couldn't do enough to help , always had a nice conversation with them , nothing was to much trouble , the same really with all the staff at the amaris , enjoyed my stay and I would definitely return , position of the hotel in my opinion was spot on , just next to a large super market and a 10 min walk to the beach with plenty of bars and places to eat within easy walking distance , always felt safe when out in about in sunny beach, although in the past went with friend's, this was my second solo visit . Hotel was full of mixed nationalities, witch I liked to be honest , other guests where always polite and would chat to you no problem, the big question about returning and I've really already answered it . I stayed here for a week,I found the room to be clean and tidy when I arrived late at night.Friendly reception staff.Room had air con, fridge and WiFi,all available freely.Comfy beds and pillows,room cleaned and towels changed daily. Pool area clean and tidy,lots of pool toys available and good padded loungers always available.Staff dealt with noisy guests quickly and always made sure other guests were ok.The two girls who worked the bar were great and always polite and friendly, they offered suggestions for different places to eat and where to go etc.Hotel in a good location,not too close to the main strip,which means it's quieter and more peaceful. The bathroom in my room was a large bathroom with a walk in shower which was good and always had hot water available.Only downside is the bathroom fan seemed to suck in smoke from the numerous people that smoked in the area below my room,I'm a non smoker with asthma so it caused a little bit of a problem.The room could benefit from more plug points too.The restaurant served breakfast from 8-10 and had a good selection available,with staff replenishing empty trays.Only thing I missed was a decent cup of coffe,but that's just my personal preference.I would stay again if I ever returned to Sunny Beach.…

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, for what we paid we couldn't fault the hotel. Yes its dated but its clean and comfortable although the mattress was a bit too firm for me! The breakfast is standard continental but tasty and there is something there for everyone even my fussy children. The pool is exceptionally clean and an added bonus of padded sunbeds. We were there in high season and it was definitely needed to get there early for sunbeds. The staff were on the whole very helpful and friendly. We found the hotel very laid back which is what we like, no fuss when snacks brought in from the shop for the kids etc. The food we cant really comment as we only had b&b and only ordered pizza and cheese toastie during the day for the kids but they were tasty and big portions for the price. This hotel is far enough away from sunny beach for a decent nights sleep and close enough to walk easily into the centre. I found sunny beach cheap and cheerful, its not a luxury resort, we didnt spend any time in the main party area and stuck to the quieter bars and restaurants and found plenty to entertain the children. The beach is beautifully clean and the sea is wonderful, £15 for two sunbeds and a parasol is quite pricey so we only went twice. We spent the day at action water park which got a massive thumbs up from my 6 year old, also pricey but offsetting the cost of food and drink in bulgaria you cant grumble. Having stayed elsewhere before this is our 7th year staying at Amaris we would NEVER go elsewhere to stay , actually makes me sad that people complain , seems to be “us British “ expect a full fry up each day whilst in a country that eats far more healthier than us 🤔 Breakfast food is available , a vast majority of items ( at times stated ) and constantly being replenished, during the day the restaurant serve food ( if you request it and want it ) , they have a vast amount of options ( too many to write here) we favoured the omelette, toasties and spaghetti Bol ( best spag Bol I have ever tasted ) , evening meal although we didn’t board for it , often choose to go there than elsewhere ) so many choices for each individual. Rooms are cleaned each and every day , fresh towels, clean bedding frequently, padded sun beds ( have stayed elsewhere where sun beds are charged 5l per day , per person) , security staff on constant , reception staff always there and happy to help , restaurant staff the same and the bar staff always with a permanent smile . By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at and other people whom we have met randomly in Amaris and they all say they would DEFINITELY come back !! Far enough off the “main strip” to not be annoyed by the cars passing by promoting the night clubs with the head pounding music ( I’m 37) , but close enough to enjoy any part of Sunny Beach . I have a friend who would NEVER use a community swimming pool for fear of all the wee ones “peeing in it “ however this pool is thoroughly cleaned each night !! My Only issue is , as is always , people ( from all nationalities) like to complain . Having read reviews, rooms need updating ? Showers - The shower has a better power than mine does at home TV’s -( most rooms now have flatscreen) who goes on holiday to watch TV Come to Amaris , You’ll be most pleasantly surprised !! 7 years and looking forward to the 8th Now , my kids are 10 and 13 and for them it is like going home !
