We were in the hotel for seven days, it was really incredible holiday for this money. The staff are very friendly, try to help you every time. Many thanks to GM of restaurant, it was really good man - Mehmet. The kitchen team was great, the food was delicious. Many thanks for everything, we definitely will be back asap!

This is a true and honest opinion of this hotel ! On arrival , late night flight , the hotel receptionist was very helpful , but couldn’t really communicate in English , we managed to find our room . The rooms are very basic , which really could do with upgrading , air condition didn’t really work and the vent were broken , surprise what an earbud can be used for to keep the vents open . Beds where not the most comfortable . Pool was great , nice and clean , plenty of sun lounges. The pool bar. Seems the lad behind the bar was more interested in petting and getting to know the girl who occasionally worked behind the bar with him . Music was way to loud and seemed only to accommodate Eastern Europeans taste . Trying to order a drink was a feat in its self , staff unable to speak in English or chosen not too understand . Just seemed it was to much trouble for them to smile and acknowledge brits . Seems Eastern Europeans, got priority . Being all inclusive , not much options to drink . Restaurant , which I use the term very loosely , repetitive food , queuing to dine was awful , people pushing in , on numerous occasions people seen using there fingers to taste food and put back . Disgusting how some people act . Waiting on staff , seemed to appreciate thank you and please …… ! And always replied back “ your welcome “ Upstairs bar at night after 9pm , was a joke , we had a members in our party who couldn’t and wouldn’t able to use the stairs , spillage on the stairs made it slippy . Trying to obtain a drink , you be lucky to get 2 drinks through out the night , 1 member of staff on , no manners , and really seemed to much trouble to serve the English . Reception , I had a issue , basically it was to hard for them to resolve , so I therefore had to ring love holidays direct to resolve . Final thought Great location , if you want to queue , be pushed out of the way , have miserable staff serving you , stay here Sun City . If you don’t want any of the above , chose a better hotel. As we won’t be ever going back to this hotel ! If your British , stay clear !!!!

Family of 3, 2 x adults and 1 x 16yr old. GOOD POINTS : The hotel is in a good location, just 5min walk from the strip and beautiful beach. The pool is also nice. The rooms are basic, but clean and the maids do a decent job. BAD POINTS: The staff do not speak a word of English , even a simple "2 beers pls" leaves most looking confused. I dont think I saw a single employee smile and look like they were happy to be there. The hotel is NOT geared , in any way .towards Brits. In fact, for the 2 weeks we were there, we only saw 1 other British couple. It is full of eastern europeans.Which leads me to the food! AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. No signs of anything that we Brits would consider edible. Breakfast- no sausage, bacon, egg etc. Just fruit. chips(!) and some trays of splodge. Lunch- rice(every day), chips, and 2 trays of splodge Dinner-rice(every day), chicken , and 2 trays of splodge. Honestly, as an all inclusive,it was awful. We never ate there, except for the inclusive drinks, which come in half pint plastic glasses around the pool, but are never actually filled to the top, and any request to do so just gets you dirty looks. The eastern europeans on the other hand seemed to find it ok, as did the numerous flies. We spent an extra £700 between us over 2 weeks eating out and drinking out. This hotel should not be offered on any British website, as it is not suitable. Avoid!!!!

We were promised a room at the ground level because we had a pushchair and the hotel does not have an elevator, but when we arrived the receptionist said that management made a mistake and all the ground level rooms are full; the shower is not draining properly and the water is overflowing everywhere, the toilet didn't flush so I've let reception know and they promised to fix it next day, after we came back from the beach next day, we flushed the toilet once then it didn't work again so we were promised again that they will fix it tomorrow; the food is horrible (mostly fast food type food, same every day and with very bad taste) and on top of that it is never enough, even 45 min before the meal timeline is finished they stop bringing new food, the restaurant is small and you need to queue for 15 min or more to reach the food trays; they charge 10 leva for parking per day but the parking space is an unguarded and dirt space behind a supermarket opposite the hotel the entry being blocked by a chain connected between two small iron pillars and you need to go to the reception yourself to get the key for the chain lock, unlock it, take the car out, stop, get out, put the chain and lock back, and take the key back to reception before you go, and then repeat the process when you come back, on top of you having to pay for it, you don't have a reserved parking space, you leave in the morning and when you come back the parking space may be full, one time my car was blocked by someone else as well so I had to go to reception to ask about it and then had to wait for 15 min for the person to arrive to move the car only to realize, with disgust, that it was an hotel employee that blocked me; there is music being played all day long at the swimming pool so it makes for an ideal hotel for young people, but families should avoid as all rooms are facing the pool and the noise can get to you, especially at 1 in the morning when people are still drinking and screaming by the pool; the management is very rude, they have zero people skills and they even talk down and yell at you if complain about the problems you encountered saying that if you are not happy you may leave (after you've already payed for everything of course and you won't receive any money back). All together quite a horrible experience, AVOID AT ALL COST, if you can!!!

The entire complex is beautiful with a lovely pool (the pool bar was closed unfortunately) and a really nice garden. Everything is cleaned and well maintained, the rooms are a good size, all inclusive is a good choice and the beach is only 8 minute walk. Be aware that parking is 10 Leva/day.

I am still in the hotel as is my friend as I write this. We were put here because ours was closed this hotel is meant to be all inclusive I have had 2 meals in 5 days and my friend has had 4. No choice of food what they offer I certainly would not eat last night the cook made me fish fingers and French fries because I complained to the manager think my child in me must have come back ha this morning not on no food I could eat but no milk this place needs shutting down and if it stays open management that know how to manage. As a former hotel manager it does not take much working out what is needed and what must be changed. I would urge anyone to book elsewhere. I could go on but I think you get the picture. You also spend a lot of time looking for someone to serve you at the bar as staff disappear longest wait so far 32 minutes.

Hotel & food is great so much choice of food.. rooms are just what you need and the complex is beautiful, lovely big pool with a nice sized kids pool it’s short 2min walk to shops/bars/restaurants and beach which was great. Staff are friendly but Rose who does kids club is beyond amazing what a wonderful women, she is the one of the reasons we will be returning next year in hope she will still be there, I have never used a kids club as I’m one of them mums who worries but it’s in view not far from pool and I felt 100% comfortable leaving them with Rose who reassured me constantly and my boys loved her and looked forward to there activities everyday with her

Sun City has a very friendly atmospere: staff are really helpful and smiles a lot Drinks are cold, meals are tasty. Well, the rooms are ok, maybe some of the bathrooms could use some renovation (for example, a shower curtain would be useful) Pool is great, pool bar is even greater ;) Beach is like 8 minutes walk - so close; all inclusive is suggested (drink all day at the terrace lounge and at pool bar) In general - it worth a visit. If you would need anything - which I doubt - there are supermarkets near.

We stayed here this month for 7 days. We went half board, but wished we booked all inclusive. The hotel is very clean, the pool area is always very clean! The pool bar is brilliant right by the pool. The rooms were very clean and as you expected. Fridge provided in the rooms. There is air conditioning but we found at 27 degrees it didn’t make any difference to the room temperature! The reception are very helpful for all your needs, George was the best! The only downside of this hotel is the food. It’s very hit and miss and not always hot. Some nights we ate out as there wasn’t a lot of choice for us personally. Overall. This hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend! We will be making a return in the near future!!
