Just arrived home from an amazing stay at hotel klisura, from the moment we were dropped off by coach to getting back on the coach after two weeks, we were made to feel welcome, arrived at about 11.30 and was greeted by the late night porter who greeted us with a friendly smile and checked us in quickly and also gave us the good news that the bar was still open, room was really big and comfortable with a good sized balcony which overlooked the pool, Stans bar was very welcoming, with Stan, Alaina and Michael who provided excellent service any time of the day. The bar was well stocked with a large variety of drinks, English and local and the food which was served was of a very high quality and enjoyable, when I asked Stan the time that the bar closes his reply was September😂klaisse, stans wife was welcoming any time of the day and always greeted you at breakfast with a smile and good morning, the breakfast was good, offering a range of food and drinks, it was the same every morning but with the variety on offer you could always have something different together with a good choice of drinks. Maria who ran the bar in the restaurant and also worked clearing the tables in the morning was alway polite and helpful. The cleaners did a wonderful job and kept the room and hotel looking clean and tidy and alway gave you a smile and a welcome when passing them. Pool and sunbathing area were lovely and never had a problem getting a sun bed, a lot of the guests were returning customers which gives you an indication of how good the hotel and staff are, definitely will be booking this hotel on our future visits to Sunny beach with everything you need either on site or within walking distance. Called in for a meal at this hotel's pub 'Stans - One for the road'. A clean, well appointed location with an extensive menu. The surroundings are nice and comfortable. You need to use the toilets in the hotel and my little girl was a bit nervous but a very kind lady member of staff took her and showed here were it was. Service was friendly. My daughter had a chicken burger which she enjoyed. My wife had tomatoes soup which she says paired well with her garlic bread. My fish and chips were disappointing, the fish was small and not great. Fairly sure this was a supermarket frozen fish portion. Drinks were good and the staff friendly. Would probably go back and ey something different.

Just back from a family holiday here. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and plenty of fantastic restaurants nearly.
Although you can't go far wrong with stan's bar in the hotel grounds, every meal we had there was fantastic and great vale for money.
Plenty to choose from for breakfast and the owners are very friendly any previous comments about the owners not being friendly must just be a language barrier as we found both stan and his wife to be very welcoming.
A nice small hotel which meant no real issues getting a sunbed.
All in all a fantastic holiday and we have already booked the same hotel for next year.

calm and pleasant atmosphere,close to the sea and the center of the resort,large and spacious rooms,the hotel staff was very friendly ...... I hope to visit again next summer ..... Sunny Beach has something for everyone ..... I can't wait.

Very friendly and welcoming. Bed and breakfast. Run by husband and wife, Stan mainly runs the pub/restaurant. They both go out of their way to help as well as any problem arises. Stan, wife & staff are in excellent. Room's are very big.

Rooms were a good size. Massive balcony. Good breakfast. Excellent restaurant for food all day. Friendly staff. Never had a problem. Would recommend for families and people who want a quieter location. Only 10 minutes from the main Flower Street. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Short walk to the bus stop for free buses to the Aquapark and Burgas Mall.

My 4th visit to Sunny Beach and will defo be back. 1st time staying at the moisture although been there many times to the open bar for drinks and superb food. The rooms are the biggest I've ever stayed in with good sized balcony and clean well appointed shower/bathroom. People who go to this hotel return again and again as will I. Alan

what an absolute joy,i have been to sunny beach( not nessabar as it says on here) about 26 times and this is the best hotel ever,nice 5/10 mins walk to centre,beside the main road but rooms are not overlooking it,massive rooms for the 2 of us,grassie the manager showed me the family room,2 seperate bedrooms and 2 ensuite,tv,hairdryer,fridge,aircon,double baloncy,lots of storage space

I read with trepidation some of the comments about this hotel and wondered what had I booked myself, hubby and two friends into. We arrived during a terrible thunderstorm but were greeted with a smile even though it was 03.30am. The rooms were massive with a good bathroom. Bed linen was very clean and changed 3 times during our ten day stay and the towels were changed every day which surprised me also there were no holes in either the bed linen or towels. Breakfast to begin with was the usual eggs, bacon and sausage in warming recepticles but there was also a cold meat and cheese buffet with salads of tomato, cucumber, pepper and grated feta like chese on top. Plenty of bread, butter and preserves. After a few days when other continental guests had left and the cold buffet disappeared we were greeted by the manageress asking us what we would like - boiled, poached, scrambled or fried eggs, bacon, sausage all came fresh and hot. The poached eggs were excellent as was everything else. The last breakfast I had a cheese and ham omelette - perfection personified. We had a few meals outside in the bar area at lunchtime and at night and we enjoyed them very much. If I was to go back to Sunny Beach again then I would certainly return to Hotel Klisura. All the staff were friendly and spoke even the maids who cleaned our room had a laugh and a joke with us. Even if people cannot speak our language they will always respond to a smile and good morning !!!

First time we have stayed in the Klisura Hotel, and booked mainly because of the price and good feedback noted on Trip-advisor site - Thanks Bob & Carole! Hotel could do with a bit of modernisation and a lick of paint but more than adequate for our needs. Large room and half decent comfortable beds. Hairdryer not working on our arrival but this was soon resolved by Chrissy the owner. Towels were changed every second day and bedding changed on a regular basis, however cleaning not really of a high standard ie- sink and toilet hardly touched throughout our two week stay, but main reception areas clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Chrissy's husband Stan works in the street bar of an evening and we did have a few enjoyable evenings there! We adored Whiskas the cat and sad to see him leave before our holiday ended. Hotel in a good, quiet location and near enough to the main strip and beach front without all the noise. Would we go again? You bet! Already booked for June 2013.

No there is no kids club or entertainment at this hotel.
Tracey i can honestly say this is a great place to visit relax etc etc the hotel is 10 mins walk slow pace taking it in with a 2 yr old walking lol... this is a great hotel to book we will be going bk for sure this year with more family... make sure you go to fat cat a great place to eat enjoy...
Hotel is behind the hotel kalofer 10 mins walk from the front. If you was to walk to the front from klisura you will be in the busy area it is not flower street end it’s in the middle of the beachfront nearer the fat cat or euphoria restaurant. Not located on beachfront but not too far away highway recommend
