Me and my partner arrived at this hotel just staying one week ( which was enough here ). location of hotel is good which is the only good thing I would state. The housekeeping was AWFUL. I manage a three star housekeeping team within a hotel and I CANNOT see how this is stated 5 stars. Firstly there are no mugs for teas and coffees, each day arrived back within the room with no paper cups replaced. I am not sure if they wanted us to reuse them for one week but they was not given multiple times until asked. On arrival no conditioner for hair which I would expect within a ‘ 5 star ‘ hotel. Each day arriving back to our rooms with no shower gels topped up, I also think they wanted us to maybe add some water to the little bit of shower gel from the previous day for two people by the seems of it. Sand was down for days on the bathroom floor and not cleaned up until the day before our departure. beds were ‘ made ‘ very thoroughly as you can see in the picture below. a couple of times housekeepers would come into room to do service, knock and enter immediately without any confirmation it is okay to come in. And lastly a housekeeper walks in our room at 9 o clock in the evening for some reason and then walks back out when we have not asked for cleaning, makes you wonder why that is the case. - No Ice lollies or ice cream throughout the day by the pool -one outdoor bar - sun loungers umbrellas ALL up around the pool got told that if you want it down you need to ask as 85% of the area is SHADE. - I also believe that the sauna and jacuzzi should be free to guests that have used the spa and paid for treatments which is it not. - As an English you will be outnumbered by all other Nationalities, I do not believe I heard one other English apart from the two of us. I would not be returning to this hotel and once again do not believe they earn the right to call themselves a 5 star hotel.

The rooms are good and spacious and clean however, on our first day the hotel had no electricity for more than an hour. Food is almost cold in the buffet and SKY BAR is a disgrace! No menu available- just the one that was left in our room, rice and all food I got served was COLD - and it’s in a 5 star hotel?! Very little playground for the kids (of all ages) and very little entertainment in general. Booked for 10 days but only managed to stay 3 days, today’s SKY bar killed me dead. NOT RECOMMENDED

Omg this vacations where the best i’ve ever had in my life. The mexican restaurant was the one with the best food, but the italian restaurant doesn’t fall shortly. The entertainment staff made our holidays the most enjoyable thing in the whole year, specially my friends Goo, Robinson, Fatima, Edson, Andre, Jair, Danno, Jesus, Brianna, Ailed, Luis, Ramon and last but not least the best one of all of them which was my handsome, good looking, pretty boy, papichulo, ricosuave, ESTEBAN. The only part that we didn’t enjoy fully was the lazy river. You need to get more tubes man lol lmao.

Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of thr imagination. Located very close to the beach and the main street which is good. But unfortunately the sanitation of this hotel is very weak on day one I noticed what can only be described as human faeces on the W.C walls which 5 days later had still not been cleaned. The food is what it is but unfortunately the cooking of it leaves alot to be desired. Your first house keeping call will be 3 days in. Alot of the guests are from neighbouring countries and lack basic hygiene and manners. All in all if your just looking a place to sleep well then here's your place. If your looking a relaxing family holiday with a touch of class this is not for you.

From arrival there is a problem with parking, the selection so far I have not understood how to do it, who stays at the hotel and who goes to the edge of the resort by car. Everywhere you ask for and for any service you ask for money. On the application I had selected the sea view and another hour than they had. It didn't happen, I had to ask to talk to a manager to get the room I wanted. You have nothing in the room, I stayed for 8 days and for 8 days I quarreled for 7 days because I didn't have a water heater, coffee, tea, glasses of any kind, bathrobes, towels and the cleaning is very bad. I had to file a written complaint for someone to change my towels. The bathroom was not cleaned until the day of departure. The food is poor, not 5 star. There are no themed evenings at the table. I'm just on the sheet. I understand that there are many Romanians but I don't think I should be forced to listen to their gypsy music in the hotel, at the pool and at the pool bar. It is a hotel that does not deserve its stars, until the staff is not qualified for their positions. It is a disappointing location.

Awful. We booked a five-day stay at the hotel. 1 day before our trip we got a message saying that the hotel made a mistake with their pricing, so they actually had another one ready for us, almost triple more. We already made travel plans, covid-test-taking plans, and had to find another hotel last minute, for obviously a totally other price. Planeta hotel was even "making us a service by allowing us to cancel the reservation", although the mistake is theirs. DO NOT book here if you do not want to be scammed and pay way more than you should.

I haven’t visited the Black Sea seacoast since years so I didn’t have such high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. Even with the pandemic situation the staff was friendly and very polite. I had some problems and they were solved super fast! PS: The coffee could be better tho! 😋

We stayed here for 7 nights and were so glad to see the back of it. On arrival we were very excited when we saw the gilded coving and chandeliers. Then, as we checked in outside of meal times, were given a doggy bag with a bun sandwich which was cold and disgusting. The staff were rude and food was awful. No entertainment as it had stopped mid september which was not made clear when we booked. Did not feel safe here at all.

Positives... Great hotel. Clean rooms, nice clean bathrooms. Powerful shower. Gowns and slippers supplied along with towels and toiletries. Fast wifi. Clean pool. Nice cold AC in rooms. Negatives... Snack bar on all inclusive option is cold pizza and cake. Pool bar serves local alcohol in plastic cups. Old fashion decor in rooms.
