We spent seven days in the hotel. Room: Our rooms were in the new part of the hotel, but it has no elevator so you had to carry your luggage to the 4th floor. At first glance the room and the bathroom looked fine, but after our first shower we found out the drain does not work properly so it... More

First impression of Baikal was okay. Unfortunately this did not last. The food in the all inclusive is very very average. The meat and especially chicken is almost without a fail, pink. So if you are a meatlover who prefer not being food poisoned you should avoid this. If you like to enjoy the meal dont go there as you... More

The reception staff is useless. Cannot answer or help with basic requests, such as where the closest ATM is (it's right across the street). At checkout, they also said there was no room to store our luggage, so we pushed for them to find somewhere. Turns out the luggage storage was only half full. The food is horrific. Tasteless, and... After 4 years I came back to Sunny Beach to try an AI hotel. It was a bad choice. If you don't drink alcohol, it is better to choose HB or BB and go to restaurants for dinner or late lunch. The prices haven't changed for 4 years and you can eat or drink quite cheaply. I paid almost 1000... More

A great hotel to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Cozy, well-kept hotel rooms, uber-friendly staff and delicious food. Great value for money too. It was our first stay there but most likely not the last. If you intend to visit Sunny Beach, opt for Baikal!!!

We have already stayed in Baikal three years ago and the quality of service keeps unchanged. Catering is quite good, by comparison with other bulgarian hotels. Our room was equipped with free-of-charge air conditioning, fridge, TV set, hair dryer. Next time I shouldn't forget to take own clothes pegs and shoehorn with me. WiFi was very poor and interferred with... More

We were there in early July, 3 boys all 20. I guess we had the smaller room in the hotel and there's not a surprise it was awful. The sun is start to shine like 07:00 and you can't sleep anymore. The cleaner staff can't speak any, really ANY english or other languages, it's really annoying, and they doesn't do... More

Reading the other reviews, I would say the conditions have improved. A big plus for the hardworking restaurant and kitchen staff and a minus for the arrogant young ladies at the Reception desk. You definetly have to ask for a double superior room and pray for a good one, as it might seem impossible to change it - if you... More
