Great hotel, the staff is wonderful, very friendly and fun, a lot of activities, is always clean and the food is good. Many thanks to the animators Krasimir, Vikkie and Karina, did a great job entertaining people and helping make connections between them; and to Ivo, a really nice person and bartender. A pleasant stay, would highly recommend and definitely come back.

I stayed in this hotel the last week of August and was very satisfied with the hotel, with the offer of the meals, with the organization. I think there was no mistake. Only the beach is not totally ideal (mainly the way to it).

We have just getting back from a 2 week holiday staying at this hotel, The staff at the hotel are very friendly and are happy to help out in anyway they can, the rooms are like a 5* hotel and they are cleaned every day with fresh towels, I’m a very fussy eater and I didn’t like the food in the hotel but they was a place next door to the hotel that does a lovely English breakfast, burgers, mixed grills ect, the drinks at the hotel are big measures so we had to tell them to put a little vodka in, the pool bar starts and charge for the drinks after 6pm so you have to walk inside for your drinks if you are all inclusive, they do burgers, hot dogs, pizza and fries and ice cream at the pool side daily, we would definitely stay at this hotel again, if you stay here you will see how hard working the staff are and just how clean the place is, it’s definitely a 10/10 for us

This hotel is stunning for the price. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge and a balcony and aircon. The hotel is kept extremely clean with plenty of staff to help out. Check in was a breeze and as I arrived at about 11:30 I was told to go into the closed restaurant where there were provisions to make sandwiches. I started to and was then approched by a young lady with a frown as to why I was taking food. I don t speak Bulgarian and she didnt seem to understand english. Being a deaf signer I did the areoplane sign and said I just arrived and had been told to take food by reception. There was no smile or apology she just turned around and left. I didnt feel that was a nice welcome. Next I went to get a drink only to be told I had to pay because it had passed 11 o clock. I could have been there for 11 hours eating and drinking so it would not of hurt for a one off exception especially as reception is opposite and the could confirm I had just arrived.

The room was fab with a fantastic view. The room was cleaned everyday. I didn't feel that the staff were very friendly just served you drinks with no real eye contact and very rarely smiled unless they were interacting with each other and taking into account that we appeared to be the only British in the Hotel we felt quite isolated. The guy who worked at the outdoor grill was just ignorant very unfriendly and the food served here wasn't very good apart from the pizzas if you were lucky enough to get a piece!!. The floor area around the pool, where the sunbeds were needed cleaning more often although plates and cups were removed frequently. The food was adequate for my Husband but I struggled. There was roast pork every night and the guy serving this was limiting how much you were allowed, saying...no more, too much !!! and a lot of the time the food was cold. The soup appeared to be the same every night but different meat added each day, usually veal, pork or chicken !! The hotel was in a nice quiet area very close to the beach and in easy walking distance to the busy bars and restaurants of Sunny Beach.
