Nice quiet friendly hotel staff were very friendly food and drinks were good pretty clean. Very quite area and easy walk to the beach. Came as a group and staff looked after us. Pool was very small but knew this before arriving.

What more can I say about the staff and management at this hotel LandB sunny beach that ive not said a million times before. 5star rating as far as my wife and I are concerned, good location and everything you need at the hotel. as said Jivco family and staff run a great ship.
On arrival we got a very warm welcome, we had to wait until check in time, some people seemed annoyed at this but it’s very standard all around the world. The suggestion was we have lunch so we did just that. All staff in the hotel reception, bar and cleaning staff were friendly and always greeted us. Staff work hard and try hard to please everyone. If there was an issue staff sorted it quickly, the fridge didn’t work and we have medication that needs to be in the fridge within an hour the fridge was replaced with a new one. The air conditioner stopped working within an hour a maintenance guy fixed it. Great service. The pool is nice if a bit small, I’d have preferred they didn’t have the baby pool to make the pool larger. There was a windy few days where there was a lot of plant and tree matter blowing into the pool but the staff were out a lot collecting the plant matter. Everyday I saw the water being checked by staff and a man that scrubs the pool each morning, despite the other reviews I think they do a good job with the pool. Very happy staff keep up rules about no jumping and no ball games it’s too small for that. We ate lunch almost every day at the pool and enjoyed it prices are a little higher than some places near by but still much cheaper than the UK. I’d have preferred a safe in my room, it’s one you pay for in reception which we did, make sure you’re money is tucked in an envelope some of ours got pushed into the safe above we were lucky that a very honest man contacted reception to say he had someone else’s money in his safe. Rooms are big, sheets and towels and rooms are clean and changed regularly. Hand towel could be bigger as it wasn’t enough to wrap long hair in. Toilet paper is cheap and not soft I suggest you do what we did and buy some from supermarket. Beds are 2 singles pushed together not unusual in this part of the world and they are comfy enough but pillows need replaced. The hotel has so many rules up when you first enter - fines for making noise which I would support as there were some terribly noisy same sex groups in the hotel. You’re not allowed to bring melon into the hotel as people had been throwing off balconies was a disappointing rule as fruit shop had melon all cut up nice :( There is a rule about charging if you bleed on sheets it seems to be for the volume of people who get a tattoo, seems discriminatory to women who may get their period early though. They explain other soilage charges but I think it’s very standard in any hotel for these I don’t think they need explaining. The room has no kettle which is a bit of a nuisance although the bar will give you a mug of hot water for 1 Lev. There are also no sanitary bags in the bathroom. The bathroom is a wet bathroom which you get used to it could do with a bigger shelf though as it means you have to keep your toilet bags in the bedroom. I got up for the free breakfast twice (not an early riser on holiday) there’s cereal, toast, fruit juice, cold meat, salad, sausages, beans and scrambled egg. All perfectly nice. There’s no Earl Grey tea but they do have a selection of a few flavoured ones. To make everyone’s experience better it would be great if some of the tables for lunch were made non smoking I’m a bad asthmatic and had to endure people smoking over me at lunch and the pool every day (this is pretty normal in Bulgaria I must add). Be better for children not to be smoked over too. The hotel has a lot of business selling thousands of cigarettes to tourists especially Brits, laws are different here than in the UK but I think it’s terrible these cigarettes are visible all over the place especially when there are children staying. We had a really happy holiday and nice stay here however the air conditioner is set centrally you can’t make it colder and it’s just too hot if your used to cold British weather it means you rarely sleep a night through as you wake up too hot it’s really not comfortable, I’ve never had air conditioning before than you can’t lower the temperature on and 24 degrees setting met the balcony was cooler than my room at times! …
