The hotel is sotuated on the beach. The rooms are clean, but the price is high for quality of interior. The staff is helpfull and friendly. We like food, everyting is fresh and enough. Most beauty is beach, most finest sand and clean water. I recoment this hotel to my friends.

Nona Hotel is a very good 3* hotel on the beach. Of course you can find a better hotel, but 4*, and not at this price, or not on the beach. I choose this hotel because I wanted a beach hotel, a sea view room, an all inclusive. And I wasn't dissapointed. It was great! we had 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per room. the food was very diversify, a rich buffe. The room Ok, also the staff. It have sometimes problems with room service.

Nona is a simple, 3-star, fully refurbished, all-inclusive hotel right on the long and sandy beach of Albena.
The hotel is in a quiet location yet only 10 min walk to Albena's town centre. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and come with a balcony. Most rooms overlook the beach.
The hotel is children friendly and comes with playground on the beach by the hotel's restaurant. Animals are also admired upon payment of a surcharge.
Food is good, staff is friendly, however service can be more efficient. Room cleaning is good, however toiletries are not replenished on regular basis and beds are not always properly made.
Bed sheets are not changed on a daily basis, unlike towels. Beach towels are available for rent so it is convenient to bring your own. Albena is an expensive resort so I would recommend that you bring with you all toiletries, sunscreen, toys, etc. you may need.
The hotel is suitable for families with kids and people looking for a nice, relaxed holiday away from the noise and bustle. For a 3-star hotel it could improve few features in the rooms, such as the showers; and some service aspects such as better room service (chiefly cleaning) and better service at the restaurants where tables were not always promptly cleared, clean glasses were frequently scarce, and wine and bear had ran out in more than one occasion.

I stayed at the Nona Hotel for 7 nights and was well surprised by the personnel, food, and room. Being an all-inclusive hotel, the variety of dishes makes it feel great. The food was so tasty, it is impossible not to find something to your taste. The rooms are 3 stars standard, and some of them are well equipped. I would have appreciated it if the cleaning in the room was done more often, but when asked for cleaning, the cleaning woman was there as fast as possible. The big advantage is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, free of charge for sunbeds and umbrellas.

This whole resort has an amazing beach and very good food. I've seen some pretty nasty reviews for this hotel so I will take my time to do it some justice. We paid way less than €1000 for 5 nights, as a family of 3, so it stands to reason that this is not a luxury resort.
We did not expect very much from a 3* hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. On the outside the hotel could use some renovation, but some work
was done on the inside and everything is clean and smells really nice. The outside bar looks new and although it is literally placed on the beach there was no sand. The cleaning lady was present as soon as we left the room. Towels and beddings were changed everyday and the floor was washed.
The food is of a lesser variety when compared to 4*, but you will most certainly not go hungry. At breakfast there are 3 types of eggs (scrambled, boiled and hob), 3 types of cereal and porridge, pastry, milk, tea, juice, 3-4 types of salad, different types of meats including prosciutto and 3 types of cheese. For lunch and dinner there are 3-4 types of cooked foods, grilled meat, chicken, pork, fish, and salads. Fast food is also available. Everything is very tasty and desserts here are amazing, I am not sure how we managed to keep our initial weight. For an all-inclusive service drinks are also very good. They don't taste diluted or cheap. We were very impressed with the staff here! The restaurant staff was amazing. Tables were clean always and we never had our finished plates on the table for more than 2 minutes. The bartenders were hilarious and made everyone laugh and have a good time. Also, not sure where they found these people but all (Bulgarian and foreigners) looked like supermodels, very beautiful girls and boys. Everyone was so natural and relaxed, without the creepy hospitality smiles that makes you feel that you landed in an alien movie. We also encountered the staff outside the hotel and they were just as pleasant as they were when on the clock. All natural smiles and hellos.
Overall this was one of our best vacations! And on a very small budget!

First of all the hotel and the rooms are terrible,full of dirty,the sink in the bathroom broke down in the second day here,other friends with whom I came to this hotel had a faulty toilet, mold everywhere, rust everywhere, all the employees smell, they are unwashed, the food is pathetic.We payed for all inclusive services but only at certain times you could drink their junk sodas and terrible alcohol!!!The so called snack time is in a building that fell on us, full of spiders and dirt!!! The sunbeds are without mattresses and your whole body hurts standing on them.So in conclusion if you want a horribile horrible holday,come and stay at this hotel!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Nona in Albena, Bulgaria, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled right on the seafront, the views were breathtaking. The all-inclusive package was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was great, the location is excellent and the beach very beautiful and clean! In my opinion, the hotel rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated, at least everything was cleaned up well. We could see from the balcony an awesome view, even Balchik (resort near Albena). The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious! I love this resort and will definitely come back again!

Clean and well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Nice rooms.Delicious food. The location is very good. I have never been in a hotel so close to the sea. Everything is worth the money. Definitely will come back.

I was at Hotel Nona 05.07.2011-15.07.The hotel is located on the beach.We are a big family and needed 5 rooms. The rooms are very beautiful,spacious and very clean with new furniture,TV LCD and radio. Towels are changed every day.Each room is an umbrella and 2 sundbeds on the beach. The bathroom is large and clean equipped with everything you need. Food is more,good and diversified .Clean beach with sand fine. Hotel staff is very nice,kind and friendly. We recommend this hotel. If you have questions I will answer vith pleasure. I wish you pleasant holidays.
