Detailed Reviews
The rooms are ok,food is ok,hotel is ok. I’m really funny about food and cleanliness and I didn’t have a problem saying here for 2 weeks, honestly this hotel isn’t as bad as everyone is making out. The only thing that stopped me coming back this year was that at lunch time a local sports team of teenagers come in and swarm the place, they push in and barge everyone out the way and eat most of the food. So we used to go and eat at the beach bar at lunch time to avoid them. They also come at dinner time but if you get to dinner early then you’ll avoid them. That’s the only bad thing about the hotel. If it wasn’t for that I’d have booked this hotel again but instead we’re going to Gergana.

Great opportunities but management hardly interested in running a great hotel anymore. Maintenance and cleaning are very weak. There is no interest in inspiring customers but only in midsummer to drive maximum profit at the lowest cost.

A good, clean, basic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and 14 year old son. We're from the UK. Room was very basic. It was clean but sheets and towels were only changed once during our stay. Food was OK, we always found something to eat but evening meal was the worst. Pool area was nice. Lots of sunbeds available but the guy in charge of the pool was a nightmare. A few occasions where he shouted at small children for little reason and one account where, fully clothed, he jumped into the pool to confront a child. Not good. The bar staff were lovely and the waterpark and beach were great. Albena is beautiful, would come again, maybe a different hotel next time.

The food was absolutely horrible, aside from the fact that it tastes horrible there is not enough for everyone. Halfway through the dinner timings the staff start cleaning up the empty food trays instead of providing clean plates, cutlery and food which was in dire need. Inside the room there were no good batteries, we spent two nights without air con because the staff couldn't provide batteries. At the beginning of my stay, we had booked a villa, when we walked inside there were spiders and bugs crawling on the walls and the ceiling. The smell inside was disgusting and the balcony door wouldn't open. After 30 mins of speaking to the staff they finally understood what we were telling them and gave us a new room, which mentioned before had no air con

This hotel should be shut down. Filthy, stayed 8 days. No one came to clean the room or change bed linen or towels. Had to source them ourselves. Food in the restaurant was diabolical. Had diahorrea twice. Had to go to a restaurant and pay for food ourselves. All inclusive is a joke.
No snacks between meals on site. No entertainment on site. Its unbelievable that such a poor standard is acceptable by management and owners. Would never return to this hotel.
The beach and the waterpark are brilliant. That's the only good I can say about Albena.

Great place for kids, I had 4 children (9, 6, 2 & 1), hotel had everything we needed, we didnt experience any problems, rooms were cleaned every day and always saw cleaners about in hotel (even at midnight). 3 x swimming pools, small, med and large, 2 water slides, (lifeguards always present) pool bar (sometimes not open) but snack bar always available which also do drinks. Has a park, football pitch, kids club, evening entertainment wasnt as good as places ive been too before but they did a mini disco for kids followed by something for adults. Animation team were excellent with the kids.
Shuttle bus to beach but we walked it, took about 10-15 minutes max, clean beaches, plenty of sunbeds, lifeguards all the time, dedicated snack bar on beach for all inclusive.
Restaurant was always clean, plenty of seats with outside area, personally i enjoyed to food, always had breads, cereals, fruit, salad available, breakfast you can get eggs, pancakes, beans their version of bacon and sausages, for lunch and tea always had fries, different pastas, different meat dishes and rice, salads etc, meat was always nice and cooked properly, also had varietys of meats and cheeses (salami etc) so i feel catered for everyone.
Dont confuse with Hotel Realitsa, its a sister hotel accross the road (we though it was the same complex) but Vita Park is seperate.
All inclusive gave us the option to dine once in their al la carte restaurant (not brill but ok), and to "dine around" in other local restaurants although menu limited (free though), near beach there is also a bazaar with stalls, local shops, bars etc.
I would recommend for people with children, i thought there was plenty to do and I enjoyed the holiday, if you want luxury then book a 5 star... i think this place is great for 3 star.

Been to albena four years in a row, wife is from Bulgaria and knows albena well, with out a doubt vita park is the worse 3 star hotel in albena, arrived and could not get taxi to the door due to the number of cars park every where so had to drag cases from the main road. stayed with my wife and 3kids aged 7 and two aged 14, first room was dirty, hair in shower, no power in toilet to extractor, room on ground floor each with sliding doors with big sign to say lock doors when not in the room, the boys room door to outside had a sign but no lock, so could not lock if wanted two, we complained and were moved to another room which at least had door that locked and looked cleaner however we stayed for 10 days and towels only changed once, bedding also once, floor was dirty and the day we did see cleaner she mopped a path down the middle of the floor no where near the edges, shower was in a wet room where the water on the floor did not drain away and was never mopped cleared by my self using wipes daily, no hot water, at meal times it was like it was like a sale at next, we could not get a table, queued for food no one controlling portioned, food was ok when you finally got some however all members of the family where I'll with stomach issues not sure if it was the food or the fact could never get hot water for a shower or to wash hands. We had a tv in the room that had 1 channel no sound after complaining 3 days in a row it was finally fixed. There is a pool but approx 30 sun beds for a hotel that has about 600 people. There was an animation team I think only seem two of them once in the restaurant never during the day, only good thing was the access to the water park which was free for hotel guest, there was also a free bus to the beach however very crowded first day I was stuck at the door as bus overloaded when door closed metal bar trapped my flip flop if I did not take my foot out I would have no toes,

I stayed in the hotel with friends on a reduced price late booking in June 2011. It was much cheaper than the hotel we normally stay at in Albena and we were pleasantly surprised. It was mostly Romanians when we arrived and very noisy, but when they left a few days later it all calmed down. Food served in a restaurant across the road, and we enjoyed the lesuirely few minutes walk, but it could be a problem if you have difficulty walking. Pool area nice, food OK, free transport to the beach and all inclusive snacks and drinks at the hut on the beach too. Rooms basic but adequate, and any problems were quickly resolved. All inclusive drinks aslo included many non local drinks which is unusual.
We stayed because it was reduced, but are looking to stay again this year, it's still loads cheaper than the beach front ones, even at the full price.

I have just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday here, I went with my family (mum, dad, little brother (12) and a friend..We arrived there at around 4am (coach journey from airport taking around 3-4hours but worth it), stayed in room 506 room was spacious and had two balcony's, air con, tv etc. Rooms were cleaned every day with towels and bedding being changed also, cleaners worked so hard there, working throughout the day and night. Pool was brilliant, always cleaned and life guard around from the time it opened (8-9am) till closed (6pm). Food, was good considering I am a fussy eater, snack bar by the pool, offering pizza, chips, salad, sausages etc and also a variety of different ice creams, restaurant held different nights, for example Italian themed night and 'fish nights' at the restaurant there is seating outside as well as inside, (be warned that complaining about food being 'cold/warm' if an offense to the Bulgarians and also asking for you food to be heated up. The animation team, (Stan, Martin, Geri, Mishe etc were absoloutley FANTASTIC) they worked so hard from 9am till 10pm, they were so friendly to all the children and always got everyone up on there feet doing activities with them, music played throughout the day and the animation team were also respectful by speaking a variety of different languages ensuring everybody could join in with them. These reps were nothing but AMAZING, always sat and chatted with you and also one night, one of the reps Stan spent the evening drinking with us (and was still a lively soul the next day for work), the evening entertainment (this is also done by the animations team) was a kids disco from 8.30 till 9 followed by an hours adult entertainment, which again was pretty good and the reps did ensure they spoke a number of different languages making sure everyone could understand. The town is a short walk away but there is also a shuttle bus (free of charge) that takes you to town and also right to the beach, some great bars with great entertainers in town especially, 'the irish bar' and 'natashas cafe' Natashas cafe offer an amazing very large club sandwhich that has to be tasted also was gorgeous! Everyone was very friendly and nice. The beach was beautiful and there was plenty of sunbeds available. Also the havarna on the beach is free to those that go all inclusive was is very convenient. Overall this holiday was amazing and I am dying to go back already! Everything was just perfect, couldnt have asked for more! ITS A MUST!! IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS THERE NONSENSE ;)

Unsure as I didn’t see inside a villa
Water park is free just scan your all inclusive wrist band at the gate and it allows entry.
yes there is a bar in the restaurant
If you are staying in the 2 bed villas there is a fridge in there hope that helps
