Sandy Beach Hotel is located on the beach in the central part of Albena resort. The hotel was completely renovated in 2011 and is a wonderful place for a relaxing family holiday. Sandy Beach Hotel houses 13 single and 150 double air-conditioned and modernly furnished rooms, an air-conditioned buffet restaurant, a tavern, a lobby bar, an entertainment area and an outdoor swimming pool. The All Inclusive formula includes 3 meals per day, midmorning and midafternoon snacks, ice cream and free local beverages. Twice a week there are thematic evenings. Juices, soft drinks, Bulgarian draft beer, local wines and other Bulgarian alcoholic beverages are offered at the Lobby Bar throughout the day. All guests accommodated for minimum 7 nights benefit from the Dine Around throughout the entire summer season. Elements Wellness Center of Flamingo Grand Hotel is located in the vicinity of Sandy Beach Hotel. A sun umbrella and 2 lounge chairs per room are available at the beach. Sandy Beach Hotel hosts an extensive entertainment program in Bulgarian, English, Romanian, German and Russian languages 6 days per week. Personal safety boxes and fridges can be rented at Reception upon surcharge. Free Wi-Fi at 1 Mbps is available in all public areas.

I went with my family, bad experience, very poor food, at the pool at 17:00 they kicked you out, very bad coffee, same drinks. I ordered from other restaurants, to have something to feed the children. The hotel from the outside looks terrible, miserable and unkempt. I do not recommend . Instead, I appreciated that they came daily to clean. Wifi weak, bad, only in some places it worked. The fruits are effectively spoiled, mess on some tables, and the omelette not made. I barely had anything to give the children to eat during the stay. The balcony of the room was rusty and there was dirt on the floor. Thank you, wish you all the best! :)

The booking was easy. The manager answered super fast and hepful. There was no problem in check in (which was earlier than expected) , check out also no problems. Stuff was very helpful. the restaurant food was excelent (only the man who makes pankakes was somehow slow ) . I am very happy with the attitude - I will visit again if I can!

Once again I am at the Sandy Beach Hotel with a stay of more than 30 days and I want to express some of my impressions. The Hotel is perfectly positioned, but the most important thing for me is the work of the staff who manage it, first of all the general manager, who takes perfect care of all the problems and is undoubtedly the leading factor for me coming to the Hotel for 13 consecutive year. I have man exellent impressions of the restaurant manager and the chef, as well as the entire team that works at the service of the customers. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this wonderful place again.

Nice and clean room, tasty and varied food. Swimming pool and beach next to the hotel. I was there for a week in july with my sons. We have a great time with the animation team- Raya, Sisi, Moni, Marto, Tzetzo, Viki and Nadya. In the morning and in the afternoon there was sportts activities for adults and children, and crative activities just for children. In the evening- Kids disco and Kids party, where even adults have fun! It was a really great vacation!

Hotel of 4 stars (more like 3) All inclusive. Room double superior-we stayed 6 nights- 2 adults with 2 kids (10 and 4) room was big enough for us....we stayed at sixth floor and was the last room on the coridor....and we didn't had wifi signal.But the cleaning was made daily, change of towels.No complains about the room. Pool was ok,but the area around the pool needs a little extracare....it is needed a toilet and more trash cans outside....there is only one toilet in the reception area. Beach and sea ok with two sunbeds free for every room. Reception area....it is ok to rest there....it is cold and relaxing, but sometimes it smells a bit like trash....especially early in the morning. Beverages....beer bad,but cocktails pretty ok, coffee ok, juices depends on the day Food- could be better, but you find something good to eat....especially in the grill area.You can find something in every area that you like.Fruits a lot and good. Sweets good.Salads and dressings great.Soups ok-need salt.Meat-not so much diversity, but the grills were ok. Breakfast needs improvement especially about diversity and cold meats, cereals taste bad Dinner was the best meal of the day....in the last evening we had grilled fish, mussels and calamary Ar the pool only pizza and goffre....not very tasty, needed more diversity They had entertainment programms for kids and adults...but we weren't very interested....if there is a little more publicity around it would be great. I would come back. The kids had fun....we went parasailing and to the aquapark (nor included in the price, but we wanted to go) Albena is great for family with kids…

I was there one week with me family. The staff was polite and the beach is very close and beautiful. There were not much thing to complain about. The menu could have some more variety but overall there is something from everything.

I was pleasantly impressed by the friendliness of the staff which were always kind and helpful. I traveled with children aged 7 and 4 and they were very fascinating by the animation team, by the evenings with special shows for children. Another highlight was the children's pool which is equipped with a slide and a fountain, which for children was very fun. Thank you for a very nice holliday.

I had 14 wonderful days, for which I am very grateful to the hotel manager Kamen Dechev, F&B manager Veselin Vasilev and the chief Zhivka Zhelyazkova. Despite the Covid crisis these people kept the atmosphere and the spirit of the hotel, which makes you feel joyful and cosy. The management did all the best and did very well in dealing with the challenges in these difficult times. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday, as it is very well maintained and the quality of the service is of a high standard. I hope that the next year I will have my 8 stay in this very hotel.
