Stopped here for one night on our way from London to St. Ives. It is just off the main road outside of the city in a quiet rural area. We found the facilities excellent, the staff very helpful, and the full English breakfast very satisfying.

We stopped here en route to Cornwall for a short break and a bite to eat. Having stayed overnight before some years ago we instantly felt things had changed. The whole place looked fresher and the staff were buzzing around keeping everyone happy. If you want somewhere to stay or just a quick stop off then look no further. Much...

Very nice hotel, everything you needed in the room. We stayed for 1 night, and were checked in by one of the owners (I think?) and showed to our room. We had paid for breakfast in the morning too, which was amazing!!! Very good value for money! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area. Everyone who worked there...

This pretty coach house is a delightful place to base yourself for exploring Dartmoor. You will receive a warm welcome from the owners and stay in a thoughtfully furnished and attractive room. Breakfast is served in the attached cafe - bright, buzzy, cheerful with lovely windows overlooking the lush Devon countryside. The breakfast menu is generous and tempting but I...

This beautiful old coaching house is the perfect place to base yourself for exploring Dartmoor. Conveniently located just off the main road, it is clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The rooms are simple, clean and pretty. The breakfast, served in the attached bright and cheery cafe, is superb! Try the omelette. The menu boasts hearty, locally sourced dishes. Highly recommended,

The coach house is lovely. Our room was small but perfectly formed. Nice and clean, with good clean decoration and cracking food in the cafe. You do need to drive but there is a lovely pub a 10 minute walk away. Tv reception was a little hit and miss, but we were out a lot of the time. A 10-15...

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a beautiful old building with comfortable rooms and a cafe next door. The food was excellent, the eggs for our breakfast were free range corn fed. Later in the day we tried the cream tea, delicious! The location was very convenient (just off the A30) and the new...

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with comfortable bed and a very warm welcome. Convenient for visiting Castle Drogo and Exeter. Easy access from the main A30 road but far enough from it not to hear the road noise.

This guest house was a jewel of a find. My mum and I stayed for two nights while attending a family wedding. A lovely sized room, comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilities and wonderful views from our room on the top floor. Only downside was the 2 flights of stairs, not ideal for an 83 year old with bad...
