This place is in serious need of repair. I can tell they have been working on it with new TV's and fresh paint. However it was loud at all crazy hours of the night, even though the pool closed at 10 pm. The water pressure was barely more than a trickle... Honestly. There was a disgusting amount of cigarette butts...

Stayed a few nights, nice and close to the college. Easy parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. The pool had a musty smell but I never used it, just noticed it in the hallways.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. There is so much dust and mold that it should be condemned. My daughter with asthma kept getting sicker each night she was there. The breakfast runs out of food in the morning, and there is nothing much to choose from. The pool is supposed to...

We stayed at the hotel with a large group and numerous members of our group had problems with their rooms, particularly with regard to the heat. In several rooms the heat was not functioning properly and the rooms were freezing cold. Several room changes were required. Rooms that had working heat had the opposite problem - the thermostat did not...

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT book any event meeting here!! They were absolutely appalling in how they dealt with our children's event. First, the tablecloths were literally SHEETS!!! They said they had enough tablecloths for all of the tables and they didn't. Second, after we informed them of all of the tables we needed (15 tables and chairs for...

This hotel is very out-dated and gross. The ceiling of the pool area has mold. The pipes leak in the pool area. The hot tub was not working but full of green slime water. Garbage cans around pool area where over flowing with garbage. The door handles for room leading to pool area wouldn't work. After many compliments were moved...

I don't even think this place deserves a 1 star. Five parties of our seven party entourage were booked to have pool side rooms. When we went to check in one family had the pool side reservation. Everyone else was put all over the hotel. We canceled all of our rooms because this was unacceptable. Especially when through out the...

Hot tub drained for the weekend, even though no one was staying. Humid dirty etc. what a shame it could be this bad . Hopefully someone puts some...

Ok so I've debated about posting this for awhile now but a friend showed me a post of her friend that showed me it wasn't a one time occurrence and I would hate for someone else to have the same fate.....my friend hosted my baby shower at the grand forks inn and suites (the old Howard Johnson) we made it...

I booked through Hotwire as a 3 star option. Hotel on Hotwire is listed as a Howard Johnson but was changed in December 2015. Hotel is very much in need of repair. Pool area and lounge bar are closed. We contacted Hotwire from the lobby and went elsewhere. We only used the lobby restrooms and they were in awful repair....
