We stayed here 2 nights to attend a hockey tournament. The price here is way better than many of the other hotels for many of the same features. The rooms are clean and modern although a little smaller. We had a queen bed, work desk, dresser and cable TV. There isn't a pool, but there is a free breakfast each morning with all the hot and cold food choices you need. There is a sports bar accessible from inside the hotel and you are close to other food and shopping choices. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. It will be hard to find a better choice for us and we highly recommend them.

Booked this hotel based on reviews and was not disappointed as far as the staff goes. The person at the front desk was friendly, helpful, caring, and genuine. The hotel itself was clean although it is an older property. The room was average size, the bed was ok, not great but tolerable for the price we paid. The bathroom left a little to be desired with old faucets and chip in the tub but the shower itself was okay. The heat came from floor registers along the wall which was harder to control and smelled a little musty. But again, for the price and the friendly staff I would probably stay again.

About a year ago we stumbled onto this hidden gem! Room rates are FANTASTIC. Every room that we have stayed in has been updated. The rooms have always been very clean. There is breakfast in the morning. When we arrive in town after a long day of traveling there is even a nice bar to have a drink in. We stay here about 6 times a year!

We stayed one night at this hotel because my daughter had a meet very early in the am the next day and my parents graciously offered to book us a hotel room for the night so she didn't have to wake up too early and drive super early. My Mother booked our room over the phone and talked with a lady explaining she was paying for a room for my husband, myself and my daughter and would not be present there but to please charge her card for the room and keep it on that card. The lady was all ok you're set and good to go. Once we arrived to check in though there was poor communication amongst staff members or something because the person who was supposed to charge the card didn't they just held the room with the card and so they did not want to check us in without my Mother's card present or her present. So there was a ordeal where they wanted to email her a form have her sign it and upload it into a word document and email it bk to them so they could secure the room for the night. But there was problems with their email coming thru to my Mom's computer so eventually after about a half hour of being bk and forth on the phone with my Mom from out of town the lady from the hotel staff said she could just take a photo with both her drivers license and her credit card in the same photo and email it to the hotel to secure the room. So that was kinda frustrating and my Mother was upset because after talking to the lady she thought who should have already charged her card and secured the room there was an ordeal trying to get it all taken care of from when she was out of town. So we prob would not book this hotel if traveling thru Fargo again. However after checking in the room was nicely appointed, there was hot water and it was a pretty nice room for the price. The Breakfast was pretty good a decent variety. I wouldn't suggest this hotel but wouldn't not suggest it really either because if we had paid cash or something it might have been an easier ordeal with the check in. However it was frustrating when arriving thinking everything was already set and due to poor communication had to go thru more steps to secure the reservation. Area overall seemed safe and parking was free and budget wise it wasn't bad but they need better communication amongst their staff I guess. And overall the room I would say was pretty average but good for the price of the room.

Jeff & Sally, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. It is always our goal to provide the most enjoyable stay possible for all of our guests and you have my sincere apology that we did not do this for you. I have spoken with our front desk department about how to handle this type of situation in the future. I am glad to see that the room and breakfast were still enjoyable for you. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
