We stayed in Kays' front guest room. We found the bed and pillows super comfy! Although Kay has 2 guests rooms, she only rents the 2nd room if the party is family or close friends because the bath is shared. So we had the place to ourselves. Very nice. The bedrooms are upstairs so you do have to be ok...

Great location to walk around Bismarck. Kay was so very warm and hospitable and the breakfasts were delicious and healthy. Accommodations were comfortable and private. Definitely a better experience with Kay recommending local events and food nearby. She even sent us off w snacks for the road. Bring your house slippers, she prefers no shoes in the home. But if...

Kay made us feel right at home and gave us valuable advice on a good place to eat. I'm not sure whether there is A/C or not but it wasn't needed at the time we were there. Breakfast was Kay's own oatmeal recipie and home made raisen bread, blueberry coffe cake, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Kay also recommended a...

A wonderfully warm, comfortable home away from home. Great breakfast in a delightful warm atmosphere. Decorated with unusual beautiful curios from the U.S and overseas. This is a B&B you'll want to return to again and again.

We were passing through Bismarck on a drive across the country (in early January...silly us) and stumbled across Kay's on the internet a few days before we arrived. When we showed up, we were immediately met with welcome and hospitality that seemed to come naturally to Kay. The home itself is dripping with early 20th-Century charm. It was built in...

Kay makes you feel like you are her best friend not just a guest! Cozy rooms and great food! Close to downtown for shopping and meals. I would recommend this for any type of travel, business or with family members.

My husband and I were just passing through Bismarck and stayed at Kay's for one night. Kay was friendly and knowledgeable. The home is filled with beautiful artwork. We walked downtown for dinner at Humpback Sally's. We highly recommend Kay's and would love to return.

This B&B was very lovely. We had the most comfortable bed of our entire month long trip. Kay was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Bismarck. We had a great breakfast and wished we could have stayed longer.

This lovely B & B is walking distance from downtown, the State Capital and Historic Governors home. The B & B is beautifully decorated with paintings done by her mother. Kay was so helpful she even made dinner reservations for us at one of her favorite spots. She also has a beautiful garden out back, and the Breakfast was Fabulous....
