We arranged a few days off to Wilmington and the Inn Keepers at the Graystone Inn helped arrange dinners and other tours around town to make our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was very tasty and met other enjoyable guest. We will return! Room very nice and easy to access with our parking.

Nine bedrooms in a magnificent mansion appropriately furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms large and beautifully decorated, the bathrooms wonderful fun. Breakfast was excellent and the service was good (though the front desk closes at 7:00 PM). This is an historic house that has been used as the setting for numerous period movies and tv shows.... This Inn is really the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. It honestly felt like I had been dropped in the late 1800s/early 1900s. Meeting other people at Breakfast each day was very nice - and the breakfasts themselves were very well put together. Each day was a surprise and always delicious. The staff is superb. They were always positive... More

This place is really special, and if you like historic buildings and interesting old world architecture spend some time in this inn. It's small and intimate and you will interact with the other guests at breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The location is close to the waterfront, but far enough away from the bars to be pleasant for sleeping and... More

The owners are very nice and will cook you an exquisite breakfast each morning! This B&B is within walking distance to many downtown restaurants, historical homes, etc. We rarely used the car. Parking can be an issue since there is a very short driveway (if space permits) and street parking. But otherwise a quiet place, securely locked at all times,... More

My husband surprised me with an anniversary/valentine's day weekend getaway to the Graystone Inn. We arrived just as it was getting dark and because the inn is over a hundred years old; initially, it looked and felt a little creepy to me. But once inside, I started to feel more at ease because much to my surprise it did not... More

Everything was wonderful. The staff was polite and very helpful. They have a delicious breakfast with some unique teas available. The Inn is full of history, right down to each room. Our gas heaters weren't warm enough overnight, but it was around 35° at night.

Last minute decision to swing through Wilmington. What a lovely town. A bit out of the way but worth it. Graystone is a comfortable old manor. Antiques abound and it feels like home. And easy place to rest our head after a long ride. After seeing Charleston and Savanah, it is clear that his out of the way spot should... More

Spent the past weekend at the Graystone Inn. First time staying at a bed and breakfast and we could not have picked a better establishment. Absolute wonderful location in down town Wilmington. Easy walk to dozens of eateries, pubs, and shops. Outstanding staff and great accommodations at the inn. Made to feel at home. Key lime French toast is out... More

We recently spent a long weekend in Wilmington for my nephews 1st birthday party. Since our 21st anniversary would fall during the visit, I decided to stay somewhere special. The architecture of the house is lovely and the entrance is spectacular. However the guest rooms, while nice are a bit "tired" and worn. I had selected the Bellamy Jr. Suite.... More
