We are building our retirement home in the area and decided to spend a night here while checking on the house progress. Deb and Ken were very welcoming, as well as Greystone the cat! We loved the history of the Inn, the gardens, the breakfast the whimsical yard art, plus tips on places to visit in the area! We cannot...

Stayed at the Inn while attending a class in West Jefferson. Debra and Ken were wonderful hosts and the Inn itself is a destination! Eclectic decor, cozy, lots of areas to relax inside and out. We were in the first floor Rose Room. Different breakfast each morning.

This was our second time staying at Meadowsweet Gardens. The first time around we found it by chance. This time by choice! Wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting the artsy NC mountain town of West Jefferson! Deb & Ken make us feel like family and their B&B is as cozy as they come. Our favorite is the Rose Room. Romantic...

My husband and I were a little thrown off by the address as Golf Course Road, thinking this was a newer home in a golf course development. To our wonderful surprise, this lovely over 100 year old home was beautifully decorated in vintage Shabby Chic with a rich history as a country farm. Our host and hostess were warm, friendly,...

The Meadowsweet Gardens Inn is our new getaway from the craziness of the city. The Inn keepers made my wife and I feel at welcome immediately upon our arrival. The Inn has many areas to sit and relax, my favorites were the front porch and the garden. I am counting the days until out return.

This Bed and Breakfast is located just on the outskirts of the charming little town of West Jefferson, which has that small town feel but is rich in culture and full of friendly faces.
