Jeff, the innkeeper, was super-friendly and attentive. He made the experience of staying at his B&B a pleasure. I stayed in the Sylvia Murphy room and found it charming and cozy. The dining area is comfortable and the breakfast is of good quality.

Awesome! Grandview Lodge exceeded expectations! I was looking to rendezvous with my finacee for a few relaxing days. I wanted to have plenty to do & see, but be able to just relax at a comfortable place, if that's what we needed. Jeffrey & Breanna were simply perfect hosts! I was coming up from Florida & Julie was driving down... More

I greatly enjoyed my 4 night stay at the Grandview Lodge while attending a conference at Lake Junaluska. I loved the relaxing, comfortableThomas Wolfe room in the main house because I could easily step out on the porch and enjoy the 'grand' view. The bathroom provides the basics but no toiletries (no problem- just be aware), and I was fearing... More

We did not stay overnight at the Lodge (but it looks cute and has a fabulous view) but we ate at the new TOSCANA Italian Restaurant last night (7/2/16), only open on weekend evenings, I believe. Chef Sandra, from Italy, created a fabulous four course meal for us, very gourmet, including excellent wine. She was very creative and attentive to... More

Amazing experience, all the way around. We enjoyed a fabulous four day stay at the Grandview with our family for our wedding celebration in Waynesville. The property is charming, quaint, rich with history, and perfectly situated to enjoy all that the area has to offer, with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, and all of the local arts,... Stayed here for one evening stop over, the hosts are friendly, the property is rustic, the rooms are clean but could use some maintenance. Air vents and lighting need some attention, ceiling fan is noisy. Overall not bad for the cost.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The reception and dining areas were very rustic and interesting in the décor. The yards were a bit "weedy" but that didn't really bother us as it seemed to add to the "out in the woods" feel. We especially enjoyed the owner and sharing European travel experiences.... More

Lovely little place, if you're looking to get away from it all, this is your place. Very quiet and quaint atmosphere. The owners are fantastic, very accommodating. Serves fresh farm breakfast including fresh squeezed apple juice , probably one of the best breakfast I ever had. Clean rooms. Even though the location is kind of in the middle of a... More
