If you ever travel down highway 40, be sure and stop at The Country Squire. Dinner was good and the prices were in line with other restaurants. While you are waiting to be seated, cheese dip, crackers and vegetables are available. The Inn itself is worth a trip just to see it. Apples are everywhere. The best part of our... More

Wife and I just spent our 16 year anniversary at this place. Although the food and wine were ok (there are a lot better places close by), we are getting ripped off for $200 for something we did not do. I will never spend another cent at this location.

We had an awesome package deal for a night. $134 ($150 for a king) for a night at the inn with a bottle of wine in the room, dinner for two at the restaurant with 2 glasses of wine, 2 tickets to the Cowan Museum. Also had a free wine tasting. The room was very spacious, quiet, and rustic. Loved... More

Rooms are large and clean with large flat screen televisions. Nice views of the vineyard and bricked courtyard from the room. Ice machine and drink machine are available. Rooms are a bit dated but they are very clean and fairly priced. Great place to stay for a peaceful night.

I submitted lots of pictures from our visit because there aren't many online. Rate for one night including taxes was only $100. Room was very clean but a little worn. Bathroom was too cramped for us to want to stay here for multiple nights, but for one night it was not an issue. (Not crazy about their wines here but... More

The Inn is nice but rustic. Do not expect fancy updated rooms. The rooms are large and spotless but could use updating. However, they do follow the general theme of the Squire of being historic. It was nice to be able to do a wine tasting, have dinner, walk the vineyard and stay all in one spot. The rooms were... More

I stay in motels and hotels all over and only wish I had a place like this to stay in everywhere! Outside wanting to get home I hated to leave! The Inn just like the restaurant has a great old world charm and character! The room was clean with a nice view and the price was great! Its a shame... More
