Five minute walk into town, warm greeting on arrival, great food, great country luxury accommodation professionally presented & serviced, cosy bed, warm towel rack, treats to entice you, billiard table by the woodfire, indoor games, quiet reading rooms and more. Thank you Sandra & Phil.

We took a break here after a stressful period with work and family. It was so restorative - calm, peaceful, quiet. The house is lovely and the garden had a certain charm despite it being winter. Breakfasts were fulsome and the evening fireside rests with reading and time together we're just what we needed.

You won't be sorry staying at Laurelville. Beautiful old building with friendly hosts. My husband and I stayed a night in room 2/3 with sitting room and ensuite. One night wasn't enough. Breakfast was welled cooked and tasty. Came in winter but will definitely return in different seasons.

For a convenient homely, quiet luxurious base to visit friends from this B and B is excellent. The gardens are interesting, the location near town is perfect & the hosts very nice. The bed was comfortable and if we wanted a place to relax and stay inside at for a "good read", away from Perth, this could be "it". Excellent breakfast.... More

We spent 2 nights with the sole intention of getting away from Perth for a couple of nights and doing not much but resting and reading. This was the perfect place in many ways. For a start the Friday avo/evening drive from Perth is way easier than battling the freeway to go south! A lovely old house which has been... More

An historic house set in rambling gardens. Well restored and providing a touch of peaceful luxury. An ideal escape from the city for a very pampered time of doing nothing but relaxing and reading. Our hosts provided a very good breakfast and it was great eating on the verandah looking over the gardens and the valley. The sweets in the... More
