A real oasis on the Nullarbor. This place is worth visiting if you are crossing the Nullabor. Jeff and his wife are excellent hosts, great dinner and tour of the property ending the day with an amazing sunset with drinks and nibbles. The dinner was fish and chips, salads and dessert all cooked fresh on the premise. The ablution facilities... More

A definite stop over, if not a few days break. Beautiful scenery and excellent facilities. I only wish that we had stayed here on the way over East instead of Balladonia. Lovely camp fire setting protecting from the winds. Well fitted out campers kitchen. Very clean ablutions.

Friendly staff. Clean amenities. $1.00 per shower. Enough room to stay hooked up. Meal available and tours of the station. Fire pit great place to sit at and talk to other travelers. Good BBQ area and a camp kitchen.

This is a gem of a park on the Western end of the Nullarbor run! The turnoff is about 88 Km West of Balladonia and is signposted. We were there in late August. There are 24 van sites – so it is a good idea to book if you can – all sites are drive thru and have power and... More

Great place to stay and get a feel of a working station. We stayed in Darby`s dorm accommodation, it has 4 single beds and it`s own kitchenette with shared bathroom. The kitchen has all basics that you need to self cater. It is basic, rustic accommodation but all the conveniences are clean. Great views of the mountain from the room.... More

We stayed in the stone building which was the shearers' quarters at this remote sheep station (very near the Eyre Highway), in a very solid space and did we sleep soundly! Perhaps it was also the great 'home-cooked' roast dinner we enjoyed beforehand. Or the walks on the property, up to a summit with broad views, or past the wallabies... More

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Nice big drive through sites (choose your own), clean amenities, and a lovely place. One dollar for a 5 minute shower. $30 per person for a meal (a bit out of our price range). We'll stay 2 nights next time.

Wow. Well done. Nice retirement. Friendly staff & owners. Took a 3hr tour of part of the property. Fun, informative and watched a beautiful sunset with drinks and nibbles. Definitly recommend the tour. $40 a head. Sites are $22 u/p. $28 p. Showers are $1 for 5 mins. Who would have thought 5 mins was so long. 🚿 Clean amenities.... More

Stayed with our teenage girls in the family room. Old shearers quarters were surprisingly warm and we didn't need the heater on. Beautiful old stone building complete with farm dog making the occasional appearance at your door.. There is a dInner available. It was really good to have a home cooked meal after all the travelling we had done. Girls... More
