We stayed in the family room in the Stone house and cooked dinner in the shared kitchen. The sleeping area had a lot of character and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teen children for an overnight. There was also a chair and table in the walkway outside the door. Our room had an oil heater and fridge.... More

We recently stayed here and had a very pleasant stay. We had an unpowered site. Lots of area to park up! The camp kitchen was amazing! Lovely wood fire which was appeciated on a very cold night! Great facilities to cook in also. Very friendly station dog, loved a pat! Highly recommend this place :)

We were recommended to stay there and would recommend others to do the same. Very friendly staff, great drive through sites. Two course dinner supplied for $30 each which was scrumptious. Great open fire and about 25 other diners as well. No phone or TV reception but the fire was worth sitting around as it was very, very cold.

A definite must if you are travelling across the Nullabor, this place has it all, the oldest homestead in the area and accommodation catering for all travellers. It's a step back in to the past with today's facilities, all well looked after and clean. They offer tours around the station, different walks that take 1-2 hours or if that's not your... More

Fortunately, this was highly recommended by a fellow camper as we were crossing the Nullarbor. We were so grateful. Quiet, segregated (generally drive-through) sites. Excellent facilities. Even the option of a well priced meal with the station staff. Beats the other stops we stayed at by a country mile!

We spotted this 'working station' accommodation option on our way over to Perth, and booked for one night on the way back (2 years later!). It is a fairly long day drive from Perth, but worth the effort if you're heading East as it puts you squarely on the Nullarbor at the end of Day 1. We booked the stone... More

Raid into the Sheep Station us very well looked after and appears to be graded on almost a weekly basis" Amenities excellent and roasts and other meals available, cooked on site by owner. Layout great. Water, electricity but no TV or wifi. The farmer organisers tours if you're that way inclined. Good value for $30 a night. Farmer has portioned... More

I loved it here and stayed an extra night for the peace and quiet and the lovely evening meals. I'd been driving around the south west coast and this was an ideal rest stop before I crossed the Nullabor. Friendly helpful staff, good food, and lovely atmosphere - I'll definitely be staying here on my next jaunt to WA! No... More
