Upon arrival place all locked up with a note on the door to ring a mobile phone number. This goes to an answering machine. They rang back whilst I was in the loo. I rang again and went again to the answering machine. When they rang back again I was told that the phone didn't work properly. I was told... More

Kambalda is a very small town and it can often look deserted, especially if you were there on a Saturday the 6th February. I guess our staff members immediate reaction was a nervous laugh. If you accepted the offer to stay, you would have seen a comfortable and pleasantly surprising hotel that is run by a couple who is passionate... More

The hotel itself would benefit from some updating...........but what made my stay were the staff.....there is a great English couple there running the place and the food is absolutely fantastic.......I had a great stay......................................................

We had been travelling around Oz and headed to Kalgoorlie WA for a horse racing and festival week in Sept 2013.
