We stopped here as part of our tour group for dinner. What a great Pub. We ordered the steak as that is what the area is known for. The dinner was fantastic and it was great to have a home cooked meal. All the meals are of generous portions so you won't be dissapointed.

Stopped here overnight in an unpowered site with a tent. The tent campsite is nicely grassed (rare in this part of the country) and the staff are very friendly. The grass is grazed on by local cows so there are a few cow pats around. The mozzies were vicious and you definitely need insect repellent! The roadhouse has a very...

Due to the fact that I am travelling around the world and currently around Australia by pushbike I know many accommodations. I already cycled 13.000km in Australia and this is one of the best roadhouses I ever spent some nights. For three nights, I had a ensuite donga, 95AUD/night and it was in a brilliant shape. awesome friendly staff, tasty...

I drove to site to top up fuel and refill LPG bottles, Hema shows LPG available. Staff on site were confused about availability, bearing in mind there is a large LPG tank adjacent the roadhouse and next to the large tank are the smaller tanks used for refilling bottles.. I was informed the LPG was for management use try Derby.

Hi David K, Thanks for your review on our LPG gas. Your correct, unfortunately we do not supply the public with LPG bottle refills, the large tank you see supplies gas to our kitchen, hot water services and the hotel via gas bottles and main lines. Sadly the amount of time it takes to train transient staff in the safe...

We limped into the Willare Roadhouse with a flat tyre on our way from Fitzroy Crossing to Broome on 19th July. The jack supplied with our 4WD hire vehicle was inadequate for the purpose so we sort out some help and were lucky enough to come across roadhouse employee Shannon, who not only found a bigger jack for us but...

We called in for lunch on our way to Derby. Friendly staff, clean amenities. I had a delicious hamburger, my hubby had a steak sandwich. The meat was way too tough. The chips sadly were way overcooked. The salads in the bread rolls was lovely, as were the rolls. The pool looked good and the grounds clean. We would have...

A high ambience stopping point on the highway. Yeeda station own this roadhouse and sell vacuum packed beef at good prices. A historic 1960s canopy is worth a look and there are plenty of longhorn cattle skulls. This is a popular caravan stop point on the fitzroy river- watch out for salt water crocs!

Hi HolgarDansk, Thank you very much for your review, and yes you were spot on about the building being from the 1960's. Originally this building was located on Anna Plains Station (south of Broome) and was part of the Blue Streak ( medium-range ballistic missile ) testing, it was relocated to Willare after being sold off at auction and used...

One night in a room for $120 it had one single and one queen with its own toilet and shower and two A/C units. Food was good and the staff were friendly. This is a nice place to stay. I would stay there again any time.
