We generally stop here travelling to and from Perth. We find it to be just fine. Check in is easy and friendly, the water in my shower was hot and the pressure good. Pretty clean considering the location. We will probably stay a couple of nights on the way home to take photos around the town which is really interesting.

Nothing to write home about. Manager was friendly. It is all a bit run down but felt safe to stay there. Amenities were not great. Good for a one night stay on your way through. Was $30 for a powered site for 2ppl. Slightly overpriced considering..

When we drove in, I was terrified we were going to get the derelict old bus...we didn't, thank goodness, but had a compact, but clean donga type cabin. Very basic, but hey it is not a holiday resort. In retrospect, next time will opt for Kalmgoorlie, although this is a quaint little town & I did get some great photos.... More

$30 per night for water Nd power and good shower. Very pleasant evening no wind, balmy temperature. Elderly gentleman at reception was very welcoming and easy to deal with. He even killed a huge spider which landed on exit door handle for me. Cement slab available. Several permanent residents. Two toilet blocks. One at far end was a haven for... More

After driving from Eucla to Coolgardie my family and I were looking forward to a good nights sleep. We tried a motel first who had no rooms left and were directed to the caravan park. The owner was helpful to begin with and even rang another caravan park as he only had single dongas. After speaking to the second caravan... More

Stayed one night on our way to Kalgoorlie. Owner was very friendly and offered info on what to see and good place to eat. Bay sizes good but it wasn't booked out. Ablution blocks basic and in need of a very good clean. Lots of cobwebs, cigarette butts and old soap left in showers.

I am not usually one to write negative reviews, but this place is one that everyone crossing the Nullabor needs to be warned about. On our way over at the early part of April, we stayed here, and chose a camp at the front , there is a 24hr Roadhouse /Truck stop, and so very little sleep, due to constantly... More

We stayed two nights at this Park. Spent one day exploring the history of this gold-mining town including the wonderful museum and the second day in Kalgoorlie which is just 40 klms away. Don't come expecting five star accommodation - that is not here. (As another reviewer said this is gold mining country). But the power does what it should,... More

Three of us stayed at this place in one of their cabins in October 2014. A teenage boys underpants was found in one bed. Clearly sheets had not been changed. The manager said the fire alarm was faulty and came with a ladder. After removing the alarm from the ceiling, which was continually beeping, he went away and did not... More

On our way over, or back, from Perth, this is our choice of place to stay. Pick your site, they're big, the water is hot, the price is OK, stay a night and you're on your way. Stay a second night and spend a day walking around town imagining what it was or take a drive into Kalgoorlie and thank... More
