Only 3 years old, the facility is very comfortable and still has a new feel. Good quality bar/café and ski-shops located below. Bar/café staff friendly and trying very hard in spite of chaotic systems. There are a some minor technical issues like hot water not coping with peak demand; drying room being too cool to reliably dry clothing overnight. Paper...

This is the worst hotel I been to. I myself work in a hotel industry and I been staying in different hotels almost most of my life. The way they treat me and my family is unacceptable. I can't believe they call this place a hotel. Management are not accommodating and very unwelcoming, one of them is very rude as...

On the 6th of August, we went to the above pub/cafe, situated in the mount Buller Village. My daughter ordered pizza, fries, burger and kids pasta bolognaise for her nephew. The waitress brought everything except the pizza and said I hope this pasta bolognaise is for a kid. And she came a couple of times to check who was having...

The name says it all, located 50 metres from the bus terminal. The hotel is new and the fit out is very smart and edgy but not for the old Austrian chalet style lovers though. Rooms are smallish but very acceptable. The olis cafe is a very nice space to enjoy a meal, or continental breakfast. The site offers a...

As a frequent visitor to Buller we wanted to try this new and oh so central hotel. We booked not one but two weekends here with our 18 year old son. We have no small kids anymore... So here we go. When you arrive, there's no open door or bell to ring for entry to "reception ". You go to...

Wonderful lodge with very modern features. The location is literally the best on the mountain - you can ski up to the ski room. The inclusive dinner and breakfast deal over the weekend was excellent- The dinner was second to none (not to mention the lovely complimentary glass of wine at 5pm). Our family of four stayed in both a...

This is the second year we have stayed at Buller Central for our primary school ski camp. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, catering for students with special dietary needs with a smile. The meals provided are delicious and enjoyed by both students and teachers. They even provided special dessert for a student celebrating their birthday. The rooms are...

Positioned very well at the bottom of Bourke Street, this is a great new lodge. The rooms are simple and clean, and the weekend rate comes with breakfast and a three course meal on the Saturday night - which was great. Really friendly and helpful staff as well - keep up the great work!

This place is amazing! instead of the regular just get breakfast or dinner, you get a food voucher to use at your leisure, meaning no more needing to be up at a specific time or having only a regimented meal plan. Ski in off burke st making it an awesome location and just down the road is the pub. So...
