The hotel looks very inviting and gardens are beautiful, but that's where it ends. The room is very basic, cracked mirror in the bathroom, you need to ask for everything - shampoo, tissues etc... -nothing was provided. Breakfast is very limited and poor, and the owner is rather rude - all he wanted to do is to watch football on...

Whilst it's true some rooms need updating our group of 40 had wonderful 5day stay incl bus trips and 5star meals. The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and of good variety. Nothing was too much trouble for mine host Michael and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We were even treated to a brass band concert which...

Room was very spacious, the big breakfast variety in the morning was great. Also the staff were very welcoming. If you're traveling with a motorcycle they also offer areas to store them overnight if needed. Perfect.

As a stop over this is comfortable and cosy. The rooms are a standard size if a bit small & the bath room very tight. Overall the room is tired and in need of a serious renovation. The food is basic with no frills or much flavour. It should be noted that the queen size bed is actually two singles...

This is the third time I have stayed at this establishment and while it is not luxurious it certainly is acceptable. I came here with a large group of like minded motorcycle riders to ride the back roads of the high country. The place has had some improvements out the back with the addition of a pool and deck and...

It's a pity that the photos didn't match the experience, run down dated rooms and staff didn't provide a welcoming and informed experience . Unfortunately, to make matters worse, I scraped the rear of my car exiting a tight parking space. I won't be recommending or revisiting again, the lesson learned is to book ahead.

This hotel was an easy walk in to town along an avenue of shady trees. The pool was clean and grounds well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the staff very helpful and friendly.
